I needed all four tires replaced and Oscar took great care of me. It was close to closing time and they didn’t rush me once. They made me feel like a valued customer. I definitely would do business again and bring my car here for routine maintenance next time. They also offer good promotions on tires and other services.

Always a great experience here. Good customer service. They dont lie and always show me whats wrong. They do what they say they will be doing no random surprises or lies.

By Far. The best experience Ever!!!!! Kristen in the front was absolutely amazing with her professionalism and knowledge on how to assist and make a customer feel special and helpful. Mr Rustan the technician was the best. His master skills as a master tech did a great job aligning my four wheels after been told yesterday at the Atascocita Pep Boys that my tired rods have so much play and are rust locked. And they also suggested a full suspension evaluation. I dont know about your experiences. But I'll drive the thirty minutes here while knowing I'll get the best service Ever !!!!! Great customer service at my visit this morning. Was in a bind with a punctured tire and they helped me out quickly. Would definitely revisit if in need of tire repair/replacement.

Pep Boys has been such a huge help! They were honest about what I really needed done and took care of it quickly while I waited. This is the second time they have helped me with something no other place would. I highly recommend them!

I have taken my vehicle here for years and they always do a great job, and I trust the work that they do. I would not take it anywhere else.

Appointment time was exactly as scheduled. Had a tire replaced and work was done in less than an hour. Staff was very courteous and professional.

I went to 4 different places for tire quotes. My last stop was Pep Boys and I was treated by Oscar. Out of the all the locations I went to Oscar was the only one who attended to my needs and answered all my questions about tires. Oscar quoted me for Cooper adventure A/S tire, $263.99 per tire. On Sunday I arrived to placed the same tires Oscar and I discussed on Saturday. This time I’m greeted by Kristen. Who seemed to be under the influence of something. She slurred most of the conversation, and she totally couldn’t give me an explanation of why I couldn’t buy my tires on line when clearly pep boys were having a sale. The only price was for the same tires $197, buy 3 get the 4th free. I was too frustrated to argue because either way the deal was still better than the other places. My problem came when I arrived at 930am with an appointment and I was the first and only car in the bay. My husband and I left for breakfast, groceries shopped, stopped at the mall, returned and my vehicle wasn’t complete! It’s now 1:45pm, my husband had to speak with Kristen who spoke with Michael the tech to make the process move faster. Once Michael stopped goofing around the car was completed within 10 minutes of the conversation! Michael didn’t set my tire pressure settings inside of the vehicle, so on my way home the tire pressure light flashed. It wasn’t until I got home when I realized Michael replaced all my VW stem cap covers with plastic black ones and didn’t tell me. When I called it took over 15 minutes on hold for Kristen to say Michael has them and I can come pick them up. Tell me who tries to steal STEM CAP COVERS!!! I learned my lesson, one shouldn’t cheat on FIRESTONE!

Went in for an oil change. I scheduled online and they promptly serviced my car. Needed inspection also. Explained everything clearly. No surprises at checkout. Service rep at desk was very long and helpful!!!

Need an oil change on the wife's vehicle and asked if they had time for an oil change, alignment and 4 tires for my truck. They were able not only to perform all the work, they also had to go to another store to pick up the tires that I asked for. Kudos to the team all work was done in a reasonable time.

Kristen behind the counter helped me with all the details of what services that they offer that I needed help on. i left my drink in my car and i believe it was Jose who helped me get my cup i appreciated that. my new brakes and abs system feels great so far, i already had gotten tires from them before and no problems.

I went in for a tire patch and made an appointment for 12, they were busy and told me to come back. I came back twice that afternoon and when they finally looked at my tire there was nothing to patch up. They tried to scam me and tell me that my tread was worn down and that I would need two new tires. I in fact didn’t need new tires at all. On my way out they told me I needed an oil change, and I didn’t. I had an oil change a month ago. They wasted my time and tried to scam me into purchasing things I didn’t need. They are not an honest place at all. I’m disappointed they wasted my time and tried to use me for a sale.

Honest review!!!!!! Please Read DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! I had my truck towed in for a racket pinion job nothing prior was wrong with the truck other than the racket pinion racket pinion told Oscar to plz have it test drove before picking it up and i got it fixed paid the money owed not 30 mins after driving off i was on 59 south truck instantly over heated had a blown head gasket and a cracked radiator almost lost my life by being hit by passing cars on freeway a lot of drivers could of been injured now previously too all this the day i picked up my truck the bed liner was completely damaged due to a theft of property of my bed cover that was on my truck the theft happened while the truck was in there care didnt call me about the theft occurred or anything i picked up my truck to notice that it was stolen and bed liner on my truck was damaged very bad all that was done i was given a lousy 600$ credit on my repairs the 2nd time i got my truck out when i had no major issues other than the racket pinion the first time it went in now i have to get it towed to a real mechanic shop and i have to pay thousands of dollars for repairs on the damage they did so plz to any one who takes there vehicles to this pepboys location watch your selfs with them and honestly save your self the money and stress n take it sum where more reliable.if i could give 0 stars i would n btw the bed cover was on the truck the day they picked it up i have video proof of it on the truck while the truck is sitting on back of tow truck .

I highly recommend Pep Boys automotive service. The quality of service was exceptional with an excellent staff and technicians. They felt very good while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. The manager Mr. Diaz kept me informed and updated about the repair. Mr. Diaz even treated me to a hot cup of coffee during that very wet and cold day. The lady at the front counter Ms. Christian was very polite and professional. I will always consider returning and recommending Pep Boys thank you for your service.

Kristen made my first experience dealing with Pep boys a memorable one. Great communication, Great service, specialist in foreign cars. Even was able to use a coupon I had no idea about when checking out. Definitely recommend

This is by far the Best PepBoys in the area. I have visited others and as far as technical/mechanic work and craftsmanship this place has thee best. As far a customer service superb, they are straightforward and they do not screw around when they see an issue and it’s better to take to the dealership they tell ya. Not more so because they can’t do the work but more so because you would get a overall envelope of determining factor of in depth with the original findings of a dealership diagnostic. So they are honest and this is coming from, true live events that I have gone thru. I definitely recommend this location.

Dropped off my 2010 F150 on Friday due to electrical problem. Front lobby employees were really helpful and got me in and out pretty quick. Truck is not ready yet, as of today, but they are informative about what is going on and are confident they will fix the issue. That is all I can hope for, honesty and reliability, and that is what they have been. I would recommend this shop to friends and family.

Jose and the young lady at the front desk (I forget her name) were SO helpful today! They were able to fit me in and get my car fixed the same day which helps me more than they will ever know! I did have to wait at the shop due to not having a ride and they were both so kind to every single person. Not to mention knowledgeable and able to explain things so people could understand. Thank you both so much!

If I could give 0 I would This place is horrible the bent my son rim so bad I had to replace the whole thing. Then they wouldn't fix what they did. There excuse was the rim was rusted . This isn't right now I have to figure out how to come up with money for a rim. Update 10/21/2024 They still will not fix there mistake caused me of bring them in like that and will not call me back they ruined my sons rim and don’t have the common courtesy of fixing them or compensating me for what they messed up. I had to buy four new rims, of course not from here if you value your cars rims or your trucks rims or your ATV rims I would take them somewhere else this place has poor customer service in corporate is a laughing joke.

Oscar was amazing, meeting him was truly a blessing! The service was awesome they kept me informed with everything they did. This was my first time at a Pep Boys, won’t be my last. I scheduled the appointment online and was 15 minutes early and they took care of me right away.

This was my first time at the shop, I used to go to my dealership but was referred to them. Oscar was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained every part of the process to me and why certain repairs needed to be done which I appreciated a lot. The team was thorough and I will definitely be returning back.

I had an outstanding experience at Pet Boy in Kingwood, TX. From the welcoming reception by Kristie to the excellent service provided by the knowledgeable and friendly team, especially the store manager Oscar, every visit has been consistently great. Their customer service is top-notch, and I appreciate the positive attitude that keeps me coming back. Oscar's team is truly the best of the best

I had an Engine Light pop on, went as a walk in and they fit me in their schedule, assessed the issues and quickly provide me with an estimate before any work was done for approval. They did a good job using high quality parts as far as I could tell. They further assessed the entire vehicle for any other possible problems and provided a detailed report. The front desk was very helpful and easy to talk and provided updates as I waited. They also help me with some coupons and senior discounts to help drop the price best they could. I would recommend Pep Boys on 2408 Northpark Dr, Kingwood, TX 77339 to anyone for regular maintenance, tires and oil changes and more difficult repairs.

I am honestly disappointed with Pep Boys, we had been taking our cars there for inspection for years, and this week I tried and had the worst experience ever. I called them on Friday 4/14/23 and asked if they had a state inspector, they said yes they had one Friday and Saturday. So on Saturday I took my car (we usually don't take our cars in a none passing state). At first they said the inspector is going on lunch, I said that's fine I'll leave my car since I don't live far. Well I get a call later that the car didn't pass because of the brakes and rotors, wiper blades, cabin air filter, and brake fluid (I'm attaching a picture of the quote to this review). They quoted it'd cost 1,532. I say ok that's fine, I come in person to the shop and ask them if they actually measured the brake pads (the brake pad indicator was not going off and from my visual inspection my brakes may be a little low but not less than the required 3mm). The guy says they did measure, the front pads were less than 2 and rear was 4. They said they did not run emissions because the brakes and wipers would fail the car (I attached pictures of the wiper blades as well, which are working fine and not leaving streaks). I tell the guy I will change my brakes myself and bring it back later (we always change and maintain our own cars). Well I did change my brakes and they were no where near what they said they were, I'm attaching a picture of the front brake pad. The cabin air filter has carbon fibers, I wonder if maybe they don't know what carbon fiber filters look like, but they are practically new (also attaching a picture of the filter). So now today on Tuesday 4/18 I call to see if the inspector is there and I am told they have not been doing inspections since December. So now I am at a loss for what is going on. From my perspective they are maybe scamming or something. Or maybe they saw I am a young lady and thought I don't know anything about my car, little do they know my dad has had me maintain my own cars since I owned one. So on this list of things they said needed changing none of it was actually true. I am extremely disappointed and do not recommend anyone go here. Something is fishy. I am also attaching a picture of the brake fluid that was supposedly low.

Beyond expectations, WAO; after going and calling several RENOUNCE tire places in the area, I found Robert @ PEP boys service. Robert and Terry toke the time, search for the very specific tires I was looking for and make me feel appreciated. My truck uses 275/45R22XL and I really wanted the factory original brand style tires the truck came from factory. This truck is an F150 Limited edition that I plan to keep, for ever. So it is very important to me to keep and maintain the originality of the truck. Other places I called and visited, lead me to believe my factory tires were discontinued. After talking to Robert, he found my tires in times he was supposed to be heading home. Not only that, he didn’t try nor toke advantage of me, and help me stay in budget with a realistic cost and service price. Thank you Rober. Thank you PEP boys.
