I work at Jiffy Lube across the street and I came in one day looking for a part while in a dire situation. I have come into the store several different times and the service has always been decent but when working with Evelyn I got first class service! She went above and beyond to help me out with finding a part and getting the part number and finding out where I could pick the part up immediately which saved me hours a phone calls and driving around. I'm not sure if she is in management but she definitely should be. She sets a very high standard when it comes to customer service I've never had that kind of help at any parts store and I've shopped at many!

Evelyn was great help, she helped me locate a tricky part and even managed to find out part numbers and all information necessary I need it.

Was very helpful, I wasn’t sure what transmission fluid was for my vehicle, she seen me looking confused and asked if I need help and I said yes / no and she took her time to look the right one on the computer and made sure I had the right one . Also she even offer me to borrow a funnel instead of me buying one . Great customer service and communication. She also liked my last name because of the show “ Game of thrones ”.

I purchased some items online. The website was easy to navigate and the price was unbeatable. My store pick up was exactly what it should have been. Fast, friendly service at Advanced Auto as always. This is the second battery I have purchased from Advanced and I couldn't be more satisfied. The free installation is a big bus and I was able to avoid the core charge while in the store.Products are always in stock, and if they aren't they, they'll be on your doorstep within a day or so.

Called all competitors have part. Part number . Even the Advanced in Kingwood VA . Has it but they dont have the part in their system in Kingwood TX. "If you have the part number bring it in ill look it up " like I know the part number 🙄

I came in with a dead truck battery and met NEOMA at the counter. She looked up my warranty, helped me remove the battery, found a replacement on hand, and then helped me install it back in the truck. So thankful for her helping hand and positive attitude.

Staff in the store are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Purchased items online and needed to return them and without hassle they were able to assist and make sure I had what I needed to proceed with next steps. Specific shout out to Dan and Bobby, both men were friendly faces and helpful in getting me the info I needed. Will definitely keep Advance Auto parts on top of list for any parts I need in the future.

This company gives no cares to there customers. I had my but grabbed by an associate and turned it into the manager;12 days latter nothing. Hr has not contacted me, the manager has not contacted me and I can't go back in there without my husband with me. I wish someone would come in with better ethics to run this company. Plus no cameras in the store so I guess they don't things serious either
