Just checked the air in the tires but the guy was kind. Nobody ever charges for this service, but it's worth it to me so I always make certain to to these kids, (young men, mostly).

Scott was really nice! Didn’t try to pressure me into doing more than what I was needing right then and very knowledgeable

I took my truck, a 2006 Chevy Avalanche 1500 ls, to have the alignment done. My alignment was way off. The technician, casey, did an excellent job. This guy is a very very very nice guy. He took time to properly explain to me future problems that I might have with my vehicle and may need to pay attention to. I just love the service that I had received that day. I will always keep going back to this location.

I even booked my appointment online, and it actually worked- Sammy called to confirm immediately in spite of them being really busy today! I received same day superior service. When I arrived there was no parking available and I parked in front of the store just to ask if my tires had arrived; And they told me to move because I'd get a ticket there, and I asked them where I could park.He pointed, and I told him I could get a ticket there too. After that, I went inside, and while I was waiting, the manager called me a clown several times, thinking I didn't understand English.

I love this location and the management team. They are always friendly and helpful. They do not try to upsell unnecessary services and are very trustworthy. Thank you, and I will return the next time my vehicles need servicing.

Called in to make an appointment, they told me its slow and to come in i did and was told It would have to wait 6 hours for an alignment. Drove 30 min because of their incompetence

Good overall experience. Just didn't like waiting so long for parts. Wasn't the establishment fault . The service advisor stayed on phone trying to get updates on parts. When he finally got an update he kept me informed. Good job

I am a company car driver and Firestone is on my approved list. The other day I was driving, my check tire came on and I heard a low rumbling sound from the back right. Roadside is too slow so I found a safe place to swap the spare. I dropped the tire off, they got fleet approval and my service writer called me when it was ready. I showed up 20 minutes before closing but everyone was happy to remount my tire and get me on my way. I have used this location frequently and always get good service.

A great experience. Plus after 6:00 pm and customer service was spot on. The technician was efficient and courteous. I will be using Firestone for all my needs.

My truck had a right side pull and uneven tire wear so I took it in for an alignment and I got the lifetime alignment package and when I got the truck back the alignment paper said the wrong vehicle, the tires were still leaning in, the right side pull was still bad and now the steering wheel wasn't straight to go straight. I took my truck to a different shop where they said they could correctly do my alignment and they also let me know that I also needed wheel bearing and they were very nice and helpful. I will be using them from now on.

Starting with my initial phone call, Sammy answered several questions for me and scheduled my appointment. When I arrived the next day, I was greeted by a couple of young men and once I got checked in, a technician started working on my car immediately. He finished in a timely manner. I paid and was on my way. The car now drives much smoother.

Sammy and the crew were very helpful when my radiator started to leak. They worked with my scheduled and were able to have the job done in less than three hours from time of drop off. Convenient and professional care when life strikes.

This Firestone location has always taken great care of my business vehicle with every bit of patience and professionalism. Specifically today, 9/12/2025, there were some challenges in getting my business vehicle's tire repaired, but Sammy accepted the challenge and went out of his way to ensure my business vehicle was serviced properly and safe to be back on the road.

We feel like the guys know us and take care of us. Scott and Sammy are always so accommodating (as much as they are able to be) and attentive to the needs of our vehicles. We feel like they treat us fairly. We are always pleased with the service we receive.

I have been using Firestone on Northpark in Kingwood for over 20 years. I have depended on them to take care of all the vehicles I have had over that time and now. If I question them about anything they always take the time to explain it to me. I appreciate that I can count on them to keep me and my family safe!

Scott and his pit crew are always available to help. My husband and I don't trust any one else our vehicles. Personally is not that it's a Firestone. It has the do with the service and professionalism this team on a regular basis.

My battery began dying fast on a trip. It has happened to me before and I ran my diagnostic plug in to be sure. I barely pulled into this Firestone on time before losing all power. They put in a new alternator and battery in under 3 hours while I waited. Didn’t try to claim any unnecessary repairs were needed and explained the drive time needed afterwards for my idling to adjust itself. Thank you for the honest, friendly and courteous service!

I have patronized Firestone 3 times and all interactions were poor. 1st my hood was not closed completely. Didn't feel valued one time. 2nd time my sister was trying to get tires n the person waiting on her basically left her standing at the counter but he stop helping. N the last time we bought 2 tires replaced n our spare was just tossed into suv trunk on top of my jacket and towel. It would have bn nice to either put the tire back in the cargo space or asked if we had a preference. When we were considering getting a wheel alignment there was coupons or discounts even though I would hv bn spending over 600 for services. But there was another customer who was giving plenty of discounts with the help of the person assisting him. So no I will not recommend Firestone to anyone.

Best Auto Care Ever! Honesty, Thorough, & Competitive! Scott, Sammy, Carter treated me very well, and was up front from the get go. They listened to my concerns and took care of every single one! I live in Conroe, but I drive down here just to get my car serviced here!

I had an unexpected TPMS when I cranked my car today. Frustrating. There was a large screw in my tire. I arrived at Firestone a walk in. Mr. Carter greeted me treated me like 'a boss' as he called me! My car was immediately put on the lift. Mr. Sammy broke the news to me that the tire could not be repaired. They were very professional and service was quick. Thank you both and the technician as well that replaced the tire!

I had a great experience with Auto Care Advisor Curter, who delivered outstanding customer service. They were able to accommodate my flat tire repair on very short notice. Professional, efficient, and courteous—highly recommend!

This place is the best... I've bought tires and batteries at Firestone but didn't know they worked on air-conditioning until after I had someone else put a new system in and had so many problems. Anyway, after coming to Firestone for help with that situation they will be my first stop from now on. I'm definitely recommending these people to everyone I know. Phenomenal customer service! Had a great experience at Firestone with my Tesla alignment. Patrick and Scott are professional, honest, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to make sure everything was done right and treated me with respect throughout the process. It’s not always easy finding a place you trust with your car, but these guys really came through. Highly recommend!

I forget their names, but two of the kindest gentleman fixed my car, free of charge. After explaining the symptoms, the manager told me it was the battery, then he left for the day. When the guys in the garage changed my battery and my car still wouldn't start, they figured out it was the starter relay. They said if their manager would have listened to what I was telling him and ran a diagnostic test to determine the problem, then I wouldn't have had to have the battery swapped out. They didn't charge me for the battery because their manager didn't run the proper test and they didn't charge me for the little tiny part to repair the starter relay because of my bad experience. I bawled like a baby. Two of the kindest people I've ever encountered. Thank you, whoever you are. 🙏
