First and foremost, I would like to say “To God be the glory”! Shout out and blessings to John over at NAPA auto parts in Kingwood. I purchased a battery with AAA roadside assistance approximately four months ago. After the second month, I’ve been having issues with it. I had no more tows available for the year so AAA did not want to come back to check on the possible bad battery in my vehicle. It has been a nightmare and tons of stranded days. I was led here to NAPA auto parts where John was so kind. Even though I was at my wits end, frustrated and a bit emotional about the whole situation John was kind and welcoming and was able to assist and get me back together. Over and beyond amazing customer service. I drive 45mins to come to this Napa Auto parts and every encounter with every staff member has been exceptional! Many Thanks to you all.

I was told that my vehicle did not have a hood prop (and I couldn't find it 🤣), so I went to Napa and the young man behind the counter asked me which one I would need for my Nissan Rogue. He followed me out to vehicle to make sure I purchased the correct one and there it was!! My hood prop!!! 😅 It was at the top of the hood not on the bottom!! He was so sweet to even go out to my vehicle and didn't make me feel stupid for already having one and not seeing it! He really made my day! I didn't have to spend any money and got a good chuckle out of it. I will be going there in the future!

I was on the hunt for a specific paint product and HONESTLY, I didn’t think NAPA would have it. Something told me to go see RYAN at my North Houston NAPA on Northpark in Kingwood, Texas. He walked out of his office, greeted me and I told him my issue. Pictured here is an image of him looking up the product. I had been trying for 2 months to find it. Ryan found it in 3 minutes. It was not available at his store but he ordered it and it was there WITHIN 30 minutes! For this reason I write this Review. The folks here ARE going to help and they will not try to rush you! In fact I GOT TO TAKE SELFIES! GO VISIT RYAN AND TELL HIM VIRGILIO SENT YA!

Came in with battery problems !! They got rite on it !! did testing !! Had these bigger style batteries in Stock replaced them, in and out in less than 30 minutes!!! They checked battery warranty, and Free of charge !! Highly Recommend This NaPa Store ... Thanks Very Much !!

Very helpful employees. Also put on my windshield wipers for me and I didn't ask. They asked me if I wanted them to do it!

Man, I don't think I've ever been helped more passive aggressively or rudely. Ordered a part online, came in to pick up and received no guidance as if I should've worded myself in a way the lady would have more accepted. I've bought many parts at this Napa and the service has been great. Count me out at this location and Napa in general. Even the other customer was shaking her head at the reps responses. I'm a reasonable person, that was the worst

Make sure when you ask for a part check the clerk physically puts their hands on the part or you'll be waiting 3-4 business days to get a refund on a cancelled order and literally have your vehicle in pieces, scrabbling around for a sub. 👎

The young man at the service desk was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Found what I needed to get my vehicle back on the road at the most reasonable price. Thanks Napa!

Needed the simplest little part for my brake light switch. No stores had it but they ordered and got it quickly. Went out to install it and it fell out and I couldn't find it. Sean was super cool when I went in to order another part. He came out and actually found the tiny part lodged in a tiny corner of the floorboard, then proceeded to install it himself since he'd had the same issue before. He didn't have to do that, but he saved me money and an extended headache. Can't thank him enough. I'm coming back to this store when I need parts just because of Sean.

in this place, in the car workshop, the staff are tremendously rude and have no education at all, with that bad attitude with which they receive customers, they only show the rubbish of the quality of the work they do and that they lie to you blatantly to steal your money, do not come to this nest of snakes, there are many better places and with the attention you deserve as customers.

Came in looking for a piece with these guys. Called them in advance so that I wouldn't waste time on the trip there. Came to find out it wasn't the correct part. But what set these guys for a 5 star review, was that they looked up the actual part that I required an gave me the part number so that I could find it cheaper elsewhere. You don't see those kind of good people much. 5 stars for the great help!

Had the parts we needed that day, to get our vehicle working, when other stores told us it would be over a week or two before the parts would be in. Definitely be coming back for parts.

Very helpful and nice employees. They are quick while getting the job done. Prices are competitive. They have never tried to up sell me being I am a female. I will keep bringing our vehicles here for service!

I had mechanical failure issues with my truck today. They were willing to give me tools so I could clean my battery post off and check my batteries and sais the batteries were the issue. Unfortunately they were not the people I bought my batteries from but I was able to get batteries under warranty. At NAPA They were able to help me and assist me even though I didn't buy the batters from them. That's good customer service!

Very good experience. NAPA had what I needed, my exchange was pain free. Clerk was knowledgeable and friendly. Store was clean and stocked. This location has a car wash also. It is a smaller store, but has plenty of parking.

I was in the store yesterday and John was extremely helpful. Guided me through the process of changing out the battery in my 2013 Durango which was not a typical battery swap out. Great service and very helpful staff! Kudos to John for going the extra mile for his customer.

I like this NAPA store and it is close to my house. It sits off of Northpark Dr. so you need to look for the sign or you will drive past it. The staff has always been helpful and has taken returns as outlined by the NAPA rules. I do have a brother-in-law that has worked at a NAPA store 70 miles away for decades.

I love these guys, john was literally my savior since my car died on the side of the road I walked up to Napa bought my battery and was going to uber back to my broke down car. John instead drove me to my car and then stayed to make sure I got the battery back on the right way, which it wouldn't go back on until he stepped in and got the wires put back in place and followed me back to the store!!! World class service please pay this guy more money

Very helpful young man who helped me with a headlight out. He even replaced the bulb for me while I was there. In and out less than 10 minutes.

Great place! The man who assisted me was very helpful. He and another associate figured out how to remove a battery from my key remote.

Never called me to tell me that I part that I paid 10 extra to get shipped arrived. I had to call them. Then when i went to pick it up it took them 15 minutes to find it. Face 3 stars because at least they had it available.

This is by far the best parts store in Kingwood. The counter persons are knowledgeable, polite and very respectful. A big plus is this location is locally owned by a Kingwood resident that supports the community. NAPA parts have always been known to be the best in the business. I am not sure why anyone would buy parts anywhere else I highly recommend NAPA in Kingwood.
