Family owned business. Very nice, professional and relatable. Communication skills are A1. They replaced and painted my driver side mirror, which came out looking great. Got it fixed in less than a week, and the price was fair. Looking forward to returning to them in the future if need be. ?
Our daughter was home from school in Asheville just for a weekend, and needed an exterior mirror replaced on her car. Mel went above and beyond, on a weekend, to find the right part, paint it and install it for us for a very reasonable price! The place is in a rougher area, but the quality of service outmatched many others. Antonio drove from the secondary location to squeeze in a brake pad replacement service on a Saturday. I will definitely take my car here next time I’m in a bind. Also very affordable pricing.

Owner "Melvin" at the Gwinnett St site went out of his way to help someone who knew nothing about the automotive body shop world! For me, there were a lot of scary decisions to make as to what to do to fix my two broken doors. He put up with my many questions and tried to guide me in wise financial choices while making the doors safe for my grandbabies riding with me. He even took me on a little tour of his shop and how they fix things and called me back several times over the two day process to keep me posted on what he was doing. I would recommend this body shop to anyone trying to find someone to trust their vehicle with. Also want to give a shout out to Secretary Maria who always answered my calls so kindly and also tried to help me make those decisions.
I'm from out of state, currently traveling down south when I realized at my last stop that my bumper was coming loose. I called and they told me that they'd have to look at it first. They quickly and efficiently took care of my car with a friendly attitude and no complaints. Highly recommend.

I called Tony to get a quote for painting a front bumper, and his price was very reasonable. I picked it up, and was impressed with the color match to the rest of the vehicle. It's nice to find a family run business that still believes in quality work. I'll definitely be giving Tony a call the next time I need something else painted.
I took in a 2006 Pacifica in to get some body work done and I cannot say enough good things about this place, I got a quote within hours and an appointment within days. The price was very fair and the paint job was awesome. These people really know how to do their job within reasonable time. I recommend them and will definitely do business with them again.
