I used Got Junk today, after not using them for at least five years when I was cleaning out my father's house after his death. I will say the men who came to my house today were excellent in every facet of their job, but I was blown away with how high the pricing was for the following items: Queen bed mattress/box spring/folded bed frame 50 bricks (just bricks) one china cabinet base piece, which was about five feet long and two feet wide. Weight about 90 pounds. Total price for these items was 1135 dollars. Yes 1135 dollars. I am going to say that despite good service from Raheem and James, the pricing is just too high for me. I will no longer be a customer of Got Junk as they are just too high in their pricing. Attached is the price list used today to bill me for my items taken from my house.

I’ve been using 1800 Junk for years and I absolutely love this company. They make things so incredibly easy. We recently had Jay and Kari as they were so kind, helpful, and made the process simple. Would 10/10 recommend this company, and if you get those two you’re lucky!

I have used Got Junk several times. Aidan and Carlos were very capable, efficient and pleasant. However, the cost was much higher than expected, based on previous experience. The guys said it's because fees have increased at the dump facility, and also the company is under new ownership. So be warned..

Kai and Aiden we're amazing! They helped me work with what was best worked for me. They were very polite gentleman they worked really fast.

Tyreek and Seth were so helpful in assisting us to get some fitness equipment removed. They are so strong! While our time together was short, we enjoyed every minute with them during this project. They came in with a positive attitude and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I hope we get to work with them again for future projects!

Cody and Tyreek came and picked up my items and were super efficient in loading all my items and mentioned they donate as well. They were super strong too. It was impressive. They gave me a good rate and I would highly recommend them both!

Tyreek and Jay were wonderful! Very professional and offered great communication about pricing and fees. The service is expensive but given the work and stress that goes into moving and disposing of old furniture or other items, it is worth it. The Charleston branch manager Ethan was also super helpful about getting us the best deal. Overall I am pleased with my experience. Thank you!

I had a great experience with this junk removal company. Both employees, Jaden and Jay, were respectful of my home and very professional. They arrived on time and even provided a courtesy call when they were on the way, which I really appreciated. They were careful while removing items and did not cause any damage to my home. Most importantly, they worked within my budget to remove unwanted furniture and appliances that were taking up space, which was extremely helpful. Not having assistance to move heavy items on your own can be a major disadvantage, so I’m very thankful for the economical and reliable services they offered today. I would definitely recommend them.

We booked with our appointment time being only in 3 hours. Kari & Tevin showed up, very nice and communicative and removed so much office furniture for us VERY quickly. They were extremely considerate of our space and were truly so nice and made the experience worth the price honestly! Tevin & Kari truly helped us start the new year off in an amazing headspace and physical space as well!

My elderly parents had a chest freezer that broke down over the Christmas holidays. Unfortunately, my dad was admitted to the hospital 2 days after Christmas and was there for a week. So they did not have a chance to clean out the freezer. The home improvement store where they bought a new chest freezer wouldn’t take the old one out even though they paid for that service. I booked 1800GotJunk online and was called almost immediately by Ki. Since the weather was rainy we moved the appointment by one day. Ki and Louis showed up, were very friendly, thorough, and quick. This was so easy! I scheduled online less than 24 hours in advance. They did a great job of communicating about timing, expectations, and pricing. Jaden and Tevin were prompt and respectful and very friendly. It was a little expensive, but so much better than dealing with a truck rental, hauling things down several flights of stairs, and going to the dump/figuring out how to recycle big items.

The guys reached out to confirm and asked if they could arrive early. They were polite and very professional. Job was finished very promptly. Jayden & Jay did a great job. Would recommend to my friends!

Kai and Aiden did a superb job taking away our pile of accumulated stuff. Both were very pleasant and polite and arrived within our requested time slot. The cost was fair and well worth it. I have used this company several times and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them.

My positive experience started with Louis. He was extremely professional, had a sense for urgency, and he was polite. His passion to provide excellent customer service is abundant, he will go far. Jeremiah and Ky picked up my items and again they too provided excellent service. They were polite, respectful professionals, excellent guys!

Cody and andrew did a great job removing my piano. They were on time, worked carefully, were both pleasant and finished the job quickly. No mess left. The price was better than other estimates I received. I highly recommend this company and specifically these two gentlemen.
