Ive been a contractor working over at the trailer park for years and I can say Deb really cares about the homes and the residents. Deb and her maintenance guys are extremely nice and inviting and willing to go above and beyond for those who live there.
Deb is not a nice person and picks and chooses who she wants to be nice too, yeah she’s nice to you when you come in to try to buy one of these MH then once your in she picks and chooses who’s she’s gonna be ok with. Constantly harasses me and my family. I have a special needs kid and sometime things can’t be done on her 2 days to get it done time and she clearly can’t understand that. But sorry my kid comes first before what your asking me to do when my son barely made it out the hospital at birth.she also Has illegal cameras on a street/stop sign that doesn’t belong to her and some pointing directly at people’s houses. I have quite a few reports of harassment against her with the police. July can not come fast enough for us to get the hell outta here so she can find someone else to harass but it won’t be me! She also tells your business to the people she likes as if giving out what you may be struggling with is ok meanwhile other residents are going around spreading the business of yours that she gives them. I’ve been approached more then once by other residents of her speaking on things she shouldn’t be speaking to other people about, RHP doesn’t care about you only your money and has no interest in solving your problems other then telling you to go to the person your having the problems with! Beware seriously because a lot of the people here that live here leaving reviews that Deb is great are the ones she is telling all your business too!
The woman who works in the office, Deb, is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. She gives a great presentation that really let's you know all about the company, the park, and just buying a house in general. The property is situated right next to a beautiful park. The houses are all different price ranges. The only thing I didn't like, which was a huge disappointment for me, was the cost of the lot rent. Over 800 a month to rent the land. If I wanted to keep renting, I wouldn't be trying to buy a house. That really is an exorbitant amount for a park that doesn't offer any amenities. It's a shame, too, because everyone seemed super friendly and I really could have seen myself living there.
I don't know who is in charge of listing homes for sale on the Website- if it's VFC management or Bayshore, but if it wasn't already obvious from the lack of photos, BUYER BEWARE. Two homes in this park with no photos are borderline dilapidated on Google maps- junk on the porch, caving roof, moss and rust. Of course the listing details talk then up. Just pay to have them removed and sell new constructions there! Speaking of new constructions, a realtor site lists one home as "new construction" but the single photo matches Google maps where you can see crumbling skirting, a broken window, and rusted hitch. Another listing on realtor sites (not the website) is around 52k, increased from 18k, address is the main office because the home doesn't even exist. It's a falsified ad to entice people to build a new MH there. I'll be staying far away from this park, personally. Dishonest listing practices does not instill confidence for people looking to buy. Honesty or just spending to get rid of those unlivable homes and showcasing a REAL new construction at those addresses will sell far faster- as this is a very beautiful and accessible location.
Stopped by yesterday with my wife and daughter to inquire about a home for sale..Debbie was simply amazing..very friendly very courteous very welcoming very patient very clear explaining thouroughly every step of the procedure to us..during our stay with her at her office few residents of the trailer park stopped by you can tell she has great relatioship with everybody..we felt very good about the whole place and we are excited to join the community once we can..
Deb the park Manager does a great job she try’s to make this park a better place! Ever since Deb took over as manager she’s gotten more done for us then any other manager!! I’ve been here 11 years and it’s gotten so much better thanks to Deb!’
Never rent anything from VF crossing, Bayshore or RHP. They are the most ignorant people ever. They are in process of evicting and 80 yrs old woman from her home that she owns! Because she didn't follow park rules after her significant other passed away. They gave her a last chance before eviction, EVERYTHING they required was completed quickly. They still moved forward with eviction. According to the letter to the letter written to the judge, that when the constable came out my mother was at there screaming at management and neighbors. When I questioned Debra she stated "your mother wasn't even outside, I was able to stop constable from knocking". However, she told their lawyer and "upper management" that she was out there screaming.
Bottom line....this horrible, 2 faced company and Debra (property manager) are kicking an 80 year old woman to the streets just as winter approaches. She has no place to go, no place to live. So before renting or buying from these ignorant investors, remember she owns her home, never missed or late on ground payments in 24 years! Debra, management company, Edward Flitter (attorney), and anyone involved, I hope you sleep at night while my 80 year old mother finds room on the street to live!
Moved here a week or two ago. Debra is amazing and is one of the most sweetest people you will meet. Prices are super reasonable for lot rent, and the people surrounding in the community are some of the nicest people you will ever meet! It's tight knit, up front and honest. Love it.
My father as lived in this park for about 13 years. All of the people are very nice and look out for one another. In recent years Debbie has been very helpful working with me on situations with my father. She is a great person and does a great job keeping the community nice.
