Had much difficulty starting the car two days in a row after a stretch of extremely cold weather. Called and Tim said to bring it right in. They checked the battery out and said it was showing it holding a charge just fine. Appreciate the honest service when it would have been easy to sell me a new battery. Been coming to this location for many years and never had a negative experience.

Every time i go to a mechanic i'm always stressed out but Michael was so helpful and speedy, if i could give more than five stars i would for him honestly. he’s really respectful and not to mention so good looking, so it was really the full package. i’ll definitely come back when i need more work done to my car.

One of my tires popped around the time we had crazy snow, want to thank Michael for his great customer service and a great review for his help. Super easy and didn’t take too long.

Scheduled an appointment online for the next morning when location was already closed for the day. Service was performed promptly while I waited. Employees were polite and honest.

When I moved here 4 years ago from Queens I immediately asked someone ti recommend me a good mechanic. My trusted mexhanic in queens told me I needed a tire and rear breaks. I was referred ti Firestone on Ridge Pike in Norristown. I called them and told them What I needed done and brought my car in for service. After they looked at the car they immediately said I was good on the breaks and the tire. Never heard of mechanic turning down a service. Today, i came in after a big storm needing to check my antifreeze! They topped me off and said no charge today! Amazing helpful people, and have earned a repeat customer for all my needs!! My battery died. AAA jumped my car but said it might not start again if I turned it off. I called Firestone and they said drive it in right away. I left it overnight. They changed my battery that night. I picked my car up in the morning. It was just before Thanksgiving. So this was a lifesaver. Thank you Firestone!!!

My vehicle passed the inspection, which they give to let you know everything is OK. My back windshield wiper is in tatters, the vehicle has next to no windshield wiper fluid, but according to the inspection, all was good. They did say I needed a new battery, which I declined, since I know of 2 people who went there and were told they needed a new battery. I haven't check but by the ride of the vehicle, I suspect the tires are over-inflated. It seriously makes me wonder if there is anything wrong with the vehicles that I would need to know about, like the brakes, or tire wear.

I showed up at Firestone with a completely flat tire and my 4-year-old child in the car. it was an emergency. Despite having a valid tire warranty, I was met with nothing but arrogance and indifference even explain the situation. The staff were outright dismissive, rude in their tone, and shockingly unprofessional. They showed no empathy, especially knowing I had a young child with me. It was clear they had no interest in helping, regardless of the warranty. This wasn’t just poor customer service . it was a complete failure in basic human decency. If this is how Firestone handles emergencies, they have no business serving the public. I’ll be reporting this incident and strongly cautioning others to avoid this uncaring and incompetent location.

Almost a 10! I have one issue, and that is the price for a part. I needed an oil level sensor to mitigate an oil leak in my 2011 bmw x5. I was given a price of 650.99 (part only). I needed the leak corrected so I went ahead with the work. After the work was done I went online to see how much the part is from a genuine bmw parts supply and I could not find one over 300.00. Why was this part 650 dollars? I could not get a clear answer from the shop. I also was suggested to get new tires because of cracking on the sidewall. The tires are Firestone le3 less than 3 years old with 7/8 tried still on them (pa Philly suburbs). They showed me the cracking I am just not sure why the cracking isn’t the responsibility of Firestone brand. They should be replaced for free either warranty or road hazard. If not an issue why would it be suggested to get replacement?

I recently visited Firestone on June 8 for a wheel alignment and state inspection. The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the efficient way they handled both services.The location is convenient and clean, which added to the positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for future car maintenance needs. Thanks to the team for making it a smooth and pleasant visit!

App allowed to book an appointment at 6PM. But they couldn’t take the vehicle saying 6PM is too late. I missed their call prior day but I never received a voicemail or message about the cancellation. And even the app shows appointment is active.

My husband and I attempted to attach a replacement license plate on my car, but this task turned out to be much more difficult that we realized. I called Firestone and Rodney, the service manager, told us us to come right in, which we did. He attached the plate right in the parking lot. We expected to pay for it, but he would not accept payment. Rodney provided excellent service, is professional and very kind. I highly, highly recommend Firestone in Trooper, PA.

I made an appointment the day before and came in the next day. I was greeted and talk to Tim at the desk. Tim was understanding and was able to get my car taking care of. There was open communication able the progress happing with my car and was even able to let me know about things that I will have to have taken care of on another day.

Tim, the store manager was great. Had a problem after having tires installed at another Firestone and Tim rectified the situation immediately. Great customer service. Highly recommend

The low tire pressure alert went off, and I called to see if they could help me. Not only did the servicemen fill my tires, but he wouldn't take a payment. My son has bought tires there for years and has raved about their service. I will be shopping there for tires in the future! Thanks again for being so kind. My husband is on crutches, so it was great to get service without waiting.

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on the morning of 11/20 for a 7am appt. on 11/21. I dropped my car off late afternoon on the 20th for the following day's service. I got a call an hour later saying they were able to do my car and it was ready to pick up! This saved me so much time! I really appreciated the quick turnaround. They are so helpful and friendly. A+

Had an issue with my engine heating up. Took it in to Firestone and was diagnosed with a faulty radiator. Asked the manager Tim if there was any damage since it would be covered under warranty. Tim stated he did not know because the tech that worked on my car wasn't there on Sunday. Tim actually called the tech and let me know that the tech said the radiator was leaking from the seam. Tim went above and beyond to help me out and ease my stress. Thank you Tim.

I priced out a set of tires and an alignment online, I called to confirm the details and Firestone locked in the quote. When I brought the car in, they gave me an estimate of how long it would take and hit the estimate perfectly. Tires are good, and I felt supported that I was making the right decisions about which tires to get and the installation process. Highly recommend!

I am beyond frustrated with the service I received at Firestone. I took my car in for a tire replacement and spoke with Tim, who assured me that the necessary parts were ordered on Wednesday. After hearing nothing for a couple of days, I called back on Friday to check on the status. Tim promised to give me a callback, but that never happened. When I followed up again on Saturday, Raheim answered the phone, and to my surprise, he informed me that he wasn't the one who took my details. He then told me that Tim, who was handling my case, was off for the next two days, and I would have to wait until Monday for any updates. The complete lack of communication and the failure to follow through on promises is extremely unprofessional. Not only did I lose valuable time, but I was also left without any clear solution. This is not the kind of service you expect, especially when it’s something as basic as a tire replacement. Very disappointing and awful service overall!

I brought my truck in when it wouldn’t start. I told them I thought it was a problem with the battery. They advised that the battery was fine, and it was the fuel pump that was causing the issue. After paying a substantial cost to have it fixed, it only ran for half a day. When I returned they told me they were incapable of getting the truck back on the road, and advised I take it to the dealer to address an outstanding bulletin. When I took it to the dealer, they advised me the reason it’s still not starting is because of a faulty fuel pump that Firestone just claimed to have fixed. Firestone only refunded about half of the total cost. I don’t think what they did was malicious, but I’d advise their team to use more care when diagnosing and addressing problems in the future.

This is our second year with Firestone and I love them. They are honest, do what you ask, don’t make up what’s wrong with your car when you come in go one specific thing. Most important to me is their customer service. They are always friendly and recently exceedingly helpful. My key fob broke on the way to my appointment (you know that’s $$$) Dan took his time and fixed it for me. I really appreciated that. I will be a repeat customer. #customerservicestillmatters

I came in for an alignment adjustment that I knew needed to be done. They treated me like I couldn't possibly be sure what needed to be done to my vehicle, presumably because I'm a woman. After telling them I only wanted the alignment adjusted and waiting for it, they come out with a clipboard and tell me that my inspection will be due next month, so they can do it now for me. However they claimed a tail light was out and needed to be replaced before it could pass inspection, and that it would be $250 to pay the mechanic for the 1 hour minimum of work it would take to replace a tail light. I declined this offer, and asked for my car alignment report. Shockingly, the exact adjustment (toe on my passenger side front) I claimed needed to be done (and was told there is no way I could know) was what was adjusted. I also checked all my lights after the appointment, and NONE of my headlights or taillights were faulty. I am confident they thought they could make some quick money off of me and were very condescending - avoid them at all costs!

I originally purchase tires, firestone all season, from this establishment years ago. The were great tires and durable. Naturally when there was a problem with the tire, did not hesitate to return. Unfortunately on this day, as a walk in, was not welcomed.The attendant explained, they were busy, only 2 technicians, 6 cars ahead, about 3 hour wait. I explained issue with the tire, my concern and was there another establishment close by? The attendant responded "I am new here, look it up on your phone." 😮 Then I mentioned about purchasing the tires there and again my concerns about the tire, willingly to wait. The attendants tone changed. He spoke to a coworker, who made a phone call. He returned to explain it would be a 4 hour wait and handed me directions to the nearest Firestone establishment with assurances they were expecting me. My only option was to take the risk and drive to the next place. 🤨 Maybe they should have put up a huge sign : "No Walk-ins", "Appointments or drop offs only".
