Very easy to make an appointment, whether online or if you call them, the employees are extremely helpful and quick. I had a simple issue, and I was in and out, and on my way to work.

Literally just needed to get a tire plug done here and i check the next day my tire is still losing air. Take it to my car guy (Eby’s in Coatesville) the next day and they told me they never even plugged it to begin with.

I had a scheduled appointment set for 4pm and arrived early to be told no one was there they close at 5pm and no one was there to complete the service because they all went home

While there is always some level of uncertainty when having a vehicle service, I’ve come to trust Chad, Jaimie(sp?) and Thomas! I go trusting that they are going to give me the right price and not charge me for services that I don’t need or over charge me for services that I do need! It’s very rare these days to have that level of trust.

poor service.I took my truck in for an inspection, a ball joint replacement, and a broken shock absorber bolt. They charged me 1100 and left it in worse condition. Sorry, but I don't recommend it.

Terrible service, I saw 3 drops of antifreeze and. As a precaution due to the heat I wanted it checked. The temperature monitor never moved.the coolant in the reservoir was full. I basically wanted it checked. To be told my radiator was totally “ leaking all over the place” was hard to understand. I was told my car was not drivable. Unfortunately I had to get it fixed. They lied about calling me to keep me informed about the time it will take to replace the radiator. After waiting 8 hours and still no calls to me I called them. They said it will be ready 1.5 hours I walked to the station and waited at Wendy’s next door. 15 minute walk. 1 hour later I went to garage and was told the radiator was defective and had to order another. Being already there and seeing my car and no other deliveries to the garage I knew that wasn’t true. Waiting another 1.5 hours I was ready to leave. As I’m driving home the engine light came on and right back to Firestone I went. It was determined the temp monitor switch was not plugged back in. The total experience was nothing to want me to bring me back to Firestone. I was lied to about the first defective radiator I was lied about them saying they called me and kept me informed of the situation with my car and most of all I feel I was lied to about the severity of the radiator. A simple check of 3 little drops of antifreeze on the ground I was told my radiator was totally broken. And was unable to be driven. Stay away from Firestone. At least the one in East Norriton Pa.

Every aspect of servicing my car at Firestone has been phenomenal for the last 3 years at Norristown. Staff are friendly, respectful of your time, provides all the necessary details that you must be aware of. Overall, a great experience ☺️☺️☺️ Thanks Firestone Norristown Team!!!!!

My Honda was leaking power steering fluid and Chadd was able to order a replacement hose and cooler and was able to fix it the same day

I find that the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are affordable and Firestone is dependable. My sister and brother-in-law referred me here a few years ago. There's usually a good sale too.

Chad and the team at this Firestone shop were very helpful. Got me in quick and made good on a mistake another Firestone shop hundreds of miles away made while replacing a Firestone tire in an emergency situation. I’ve used Firestone tires installed at Firestone shops for a few years. They are fair and stand behind their products and services. Plus the Firehawk Indy 500 Summer UHP tires perform great and have lasted longer than other Summer/UHP tires I’ve run.

Chad the manager, is the best in the business. Honest and trustworthy. I drive 30 mile to his store passing 20 Firestone stores closer to me

On the phone, I spoke to a gentleman named Chad. He was crying on the phone and reassured me that they would do the best they can to try to get my card done as quick as possible so I can get back to work. After receiving my car, the next day, it was running with brand new. I normally take my vehicles to the Pep Boys nearby, But since Pep Boys wasn’t answering their phone on Monday afternoon, I called Firestone and they did an amazing job. I’ll be going to this Firestone from here on out!

Ward and Thomas kept me informed throughout the process. They made me aware of mechanical issues, necessary repairs, and cost options. I felt neither talked down to, nor duped into purchasing an unnecessary service. Comprehensive care, skilled, concerned mechanics.

My SUV had symptoms that pointed to needing a battery. Soon after dropping it off I got a call from the manager saying that they checked the battery and cables and other electrical components and everything checked out fine. He offered to keep the vehicle overnight and check it out again the next day. Sure enough it checked out ok again. All I paid was a very modest service charge for all the time they spent diagnosing the problem, which I thought was quite fair.

Horrible experience! I dropped my car off last night (5:30pm they are open 7am -7pm ) for an inspection and oil change. They told me they wouldn't be able to finish same day. I said thats fine and got a ride home. Today the morning and afternoon go by and I still hadn't received a call from them. My car is a 2021, I take care of it and the inspection should have been quick and the oil change is routine. I called to check they said they are still working on it at 12pm. Ummmm ok. Around 1 Thomas calls and said they suggest an alignment for $120. I said sure do the alignment. An hour and half later Thomas calls and says hi I'm calling to see if you spoke to someone about getting an alignment?! I said what are you talking about I spoke to you an hour ago about it. He says oh ok. I said is my car ready? He says yes, I said did you do the alignment he said no do you still want it? ! I said no you've have my care for 10 hours for an inspection & oil change I just want my car back. He said they are putting the stickers on now. So I uber over there and my car is on the lift as I pull in. I go in and he says he should be finished shortly. The guy supposed to be working on my car is eating a sandwhich and bag of chips. I waited an another half hour for him to say you insurance is expired. I calmly showed him my insurance again which doesn't expire until 10/29/2024 he goes back out and talks with someone else and disappears for another 15 mins finally comes back and rings me up. It's just total imcompetance there. It should never take that long to get an inspection & oil change. Not to mention call to up sell me on more work and then don't do the work. I will not be returning to Firestone.

Chaze the service manager fit me in for inspection on a Sunday. He recommended couple services I will be needing and they did the inspection. I feel good taking my cars back there to east norriton Firestone. Why? I use to be in the tire business and a lot of shops recommend way too much stuff when your in for a routine service. It's overwhelming, and feels deceitful. Thankyou Firestone and chaze

I took my car in on time at 8 am and was told it would take "a few hours" to fix. I said cool, well I will just wait here in the lobby and I was discouraged because fixing would take a few hours. So I had to wander around on a HOT DAY for somewhere to sit until my car was done. But here is the thing, my car was fixed at 3 PM! I drove off to only have to come back because the issue WE PAID TO GET FIXED (Jerking feeling) was not fixed. I did not leave the shop until 5:45 pm!!!! I canceled two work meetings because I was there the entire day! The staff was unaccommodating and slow, and I was offered no apology. I am so disappointed in my experience.

I was pleasantly surprised of the amazing customer service by the gentlemen who helped me out today, his name was Raheim. He was thorough and explained all that I needed in detail. What else can a female ask for who knows nothing about car maintenance. Great experience!!! I will be returning for sure. Almost forgot, he even applied coupons for me to save some money from my visit today! Happy Customer I am!!!!!

I am a little late with this but wanted to call out the prompt service I received from your service manager. My car was leaking water inside. I thought it was a clogged AC drain line. I called two different places who couldn’t even see me for a week. I called your shop and your service manager I don’t recall his name, told me to come in at 2 pm. I showed up he got me in right away and less than 15 minutes said I am good to go it was a clogged line. I asked what the charge would be and he said nothing be on your way. I promised him I would give him and the shop a great review. Thanks for the prompt service!!

I was visiting from out of state. My first night in town, I got a flat(something punctured my tire). I get my car serviced at Firestone in VA, where I live so I looked for one near where I was staying. I called first thing the next morning and spoke with Dan. He was super friendly and communicative. He let me know they could get me in first thing the following morning. I arrive to my appointment, I'm greeted by Dan and he was helpful right away. He informed me they would be able to repair my tire and had me in and out within 1/1.5 hours. Dan and his whole team were really great and made me feel at ease with this unexpected situation in my vacation. I highly recommend!!

I've entrusted my car care to this location for about three years now. They have never disappointed me. Everyone is friendly and professional. My service has always been convenient, finished on time, and well done. Price has always been very reasonable including my last full set of tires. I'll keep coming back!
