I wouldn’t recommend you going to this establishment before doing research on other auto shops. I took them to fix my car a couple of times and each time they fixed my car weeks later I would have the same problem and they would charge me again even if it was their fault. It seemed like it was on purpose so I can keep coming back. In addition they will charge you before they can consult with you about the problem. Trust me do you research before you come here
They are legal crooks. They towed my car took it less than a block away. I could literally walk to retrieve my vehicle less than 30 minutes after they picked it up and charged me $200. I could never sleep with myself at night. The phone numbers on the sign that you can call to find out where your vehicle is. No one answers and the address online does not match the address that you actually have to go to get your vehicle. Don't go here for anything unless you want to feel like you have been completely robbed
Most tow companies will make you wait for hours. Vincent was at the car in 30-40 minutes. Car was mounted and we were on the road in another 10. Price was lower than the competition.
We were in KoP and needed a car moved quickly. They were super responsive and very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely use again! Highly recommend!
They always rock. I admire the owners. Always multitasking, super busy and honest with pricing. Very difficult to find a family owned and operated so united no matter what.
