Always have had great service at any AutoZone but while at this one. 👍🏼 Great service from Mike H. and his fellow employee. Mike saw the problem and his coworker (not old but older) guided him to the part that he thought it would be. Nice to see an employee educate a younger employee by empowering him to problem solve.. go see these guys at this location.. thanks again for the help!!

Bought a couple batteries from this location, and did not use them. Brought them back to this location to return said batteries, and the manager Brian told me that his return system was down and to leave the store. Stunned, I left, and was told to go to another location to return batteries. Turns out manager Brian had called in advance to tell the other stores not to let me return these unused batteries. Didn’t like being lied to about the return thing one, and two, telling me I could return at other locations when he purposely called ahead to not let me do that.
Went back to this location and he was not there thankfully and this other managers name eludes me, but he was super friendly and took care of the return without issue. Certainly do not recommend dealing with the manager Brian.
My experience at Norristown location was nothing short of excellent. Christopher Lawrence(Manager) installed my new battery in my truck today and this was not easy to do, as half the truck had to be pulled apart just to get the battery out. Christopher showed no frustration in doing this as I would have given up. I am definitely recommending this location to anyone that needs parts and or service.

I came in to the store to get my battery level checked and to buy some errosion spray... The team went above and beyond to help me not only did the check my battery put I didn't have to buy anything they cleaned off the errosion for me at no cost. Thank you for 100 percent customer service above and beyond.
Not a good experience after receiving $600 of the incorrect, ordered auto parts for the correct vehicle. AND NOT able to get my cash back for refund while they claimed they didn't have enough cash! No mention of thus when I inquired about a refund if parts didn't fit/not needed while I was paying. Really agitated, disgusted and disappointed. I will have to escalate this issue for a resolution. This is unacceptable!
We went in for something simple as changing a rear bulb, and the guy who helped us had no idea which one it was. He calls the store manager to help him and they ask my bf to take the current bulb out of the car. My bf doesn’t speak fluent English so it took him a while to understand what they were asking him. He eventually did what they asked him to do but as he went to do it the associate and store manager looked at each other and said “Like, Help me help you” in such a condescending way. Right in front of me too. I found that so disrespectful we did not give them a hard time at all.
Terrible phone skills ...I couldn't get more then a 1 word syllable from this guy name Shawn that works there ..Finally Brandon was there to help ..This boy name Shawn keep on hanging up on me everytime I called back because he acted like he was annoyed and Not helpful and when I said that he keep hanging up everytime I called back...If you don't like your job quit.. No body happy to deal with you either
Norristown, PA AutoZone. The only reason I gave this store 2 stars and not 1 is because of associate Larry. Larry, 10/10 brother. But who I believe to be a manager, Morgan, shouldn't be allowed anywhere near customers. She was rude. She acted inconvenienced that she had to help at all. And she was extremely belittling. I did call her out on it. No one should be talked to like that or treated that way. Morgan doesn't belong in a management position. Feel free to reach out for further info AutoZone. Larry needs to be promoted to store manager. Morgan should be looking for a new job that doesn't involve people.
I came to this autozone in need of a battery... the store associates were very friendly and helped me find the correct battery and they even took the time to install it for me, no charge! I gave them a tip but I was very pleasantly surprised that they did it right on site and explained everything. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I will come back here for any auto part needs.

Went in to get my battery checked as my car wouldn't start. The girl that assisted was amazing. I think her name was Jacqueline but I'm not 100% sure. She tested the battery and it was dead. She replaced it very quickly and also filled my brake fluid because that was low. She showed how to do the things she was doing and explained everything. She was so personable and so nice. Great experience. Thank you Jacqueline (if that is your name) you are the best. Give her a raise!
Received great service here yesterday, employee helped me diagnose a check engine light and also replaced my battery for me. She was very helpful throughout the entire process.

Needed brake lights for my car.
The store is neat and organized. I was greeted by 3 employees as I entered. The associate at the parts counter looked up my car and grabbed the bulbs I needed.
She accompanied me to a register and checked me out. She was friendly and attentive.
I live close and use this spot as my 1st stop for automotive parts etc. Always a good experience.
We stopped in last night (9/24) to get a tire repair/plug kit for a flat tire we got in the city, with a long drive ahead of us to Pittsburgh. The two gentlemen at the store (we're sorry we didn't get their names!) were extremely friendly and helpful, and basically did the repair for us. They definitely saved us some time and energy with their expertise and in choosing the right tools for the job. Flat tires aren't fun but these guys made the situation a great experience. Major kuddos to them!
I never been to a automobile and employee or manager tell me that there store is not customer service friendly. The dark skin older guy in with glasses with the gray shirt. He was so rude. He said and I ask over and over again in shock because I couldn't believe my ears. He even stolen money off my grandfather card we paid to times cash and card. This was around 10am now I am on my way to the store to get back my grandfather money. This is a bad example for a manger
Staff is always friendly, courteous & helpful. The store itself is spotless, well lit& the aisles are clearly marked which makes it quite easy to find what you are looking for. Autozone has great hours & if necessary, you can repair your vehicle in parking lot which is convenient because you may need the technicians guidance & or more parts/products to complete your project.
Devon is the employee that helped me discover my battery is in need of a replacement. He was extremely knowledgeable on why I needed to replace it, as well as which deal was the best option. I really appreciate his positive, friendly customer service and would certainly return!
Just had to deal with switching out an O2 sensor in my car. The manager, George, was extremely helpful and attentive even when it was extremely busy. He even went as far as to let me borrow personal tools since the store did not have what I needed in their tool rental stock. The rest of the staff was also extremely accommodating and friendly.
I do everything with my car except deal with live electricity. I always go here to get my battery changed. Friendliest staff ever. I have to go back and give the gentleman who helped us change a battery a tip. Make sure to bring cash if you get a battery changed seems like a small tip is the right thing to do. Thanks again!
Ordered hub bearing assembly for the rear of my sentra , they send me front ones. The car is front wheel drive and the hub bearing they gave me had axle slots and they told me that they gave me the right parts. Now they are saying the items were boxed wrong, so,they will reorder parts for me which would come from same place and obviously boxed wrong again, and no surprise there, the parts came wrong again. Their customer service is really bad, i have to keep,calling them to receive any answers or news on what will they do now to fix this issue, but they seem not really helpfull. I took a day off from work to fix my moms car and it was for,nothing.
