Researched online and decided these seemed like the right folks to help me recover photos from a broken external hard drive. Listed on Google as Open and only 30 minutes away! Perfect! 40 minutes later after driving by the location several times because the sign is the size of a license plate, I walk into a dingy vestibule to find a small sign and some business cards. Call the number to find out they are by appointment only AND are closed for the day even though they are supposed to be open for another hour. So you better call first if you feel like taking your chances on a business like this.
