One of the Wesley tow trucks came to my home late at night in search of a car and the driver had the wrong address. It looks like he entered our garage. I chased him down and asked for an explanation and he became belligerent and I called the police. It is disturbing that something like this could happen in an upscale neighborhood and that an employee could be so unprofessional. I would never ever use this organization.
The staff is very professional and accommodating. Everyone has a job to do and it’s nothing personal. I came quite a distance to retrieve my vehicle only to realize I left the keyfob. Bob was kind enough to let his colleague leave and wait beyond closing time for me to complete an hour and half roundtrip and come back with the key. Although I hope to never be in that predicament ever again, my experience with this company was worth sharing.
Even though I lost $30,000 because I can't find any repo or finance company to enforce my lien, I am still rating Wesley five stars.
Jennifer responded to both my online contact and phone call and was very friendly in explaining their conditions for doing repossessions and why they would not take me as a customer. My experience with her contrasts greatly with that with the 27 other companies I contacted, all but one of whom failed to respond or treated me rudely.
I don't know what other services Wesley provides, but their customer service was so exceptional that if I lived near Philadelphia, I would go out of my way to make use of them.
My car got repo by this company,nothing bad to say because is not their fault,they are doing their job just like everyone else.Bob took care of me and he was an awesome man very caring person,god bless you Bob,down to earth guy

In December of 2016 I was in a real bad car accident and was out of work for 8 months. I got behind on all my bills including my car payment. A couple months ago a tow truck pulled up in my driveway at midnight a guy started hooking up my car to it. I went outside and the guy introduced himself as Mike. He was extremely courteous and kind, he allowed me to take the time to remove all my personal property from the car and he also allowed me to give him my car keys. Mike was extremely professional and kind during a very tough situation and I appreciated that. I wanted to write this review to let him know that I really appreciated the way he went about doing his job and I appreciated him treating me like a person rather than some deadbeat who owes money!

Unfortunately I could not afford my car (fiat) anymore so I voluntarily forfeited my car. When they knocked on my door I was expecting an attitude. Instead I was treated respectfully. I was very appreciative. especially during a difficult time and the holidays. He even removed my plate for me.
