Great customer service + a nice, clean, waiting area with comfortable chairs, a tv + complimentary K cup coffee machine.

Had an appointment at a car place for an inspection at 5. Got a text saying they would need to keep it overnight and if I could come earlier they might be able to get it back same day. I arrive at 11am and I’m stuck sitting there for 6+hours anyway

I needed new tires, and as usual when my truck needs work I always take it to the Street Road PepBoys for repairs! They have exceptional mechanics at that store, who do a great job!

Had tires installed. It took 3 hours. And the tech scratched my wheels chipping pain from the rims and broke my hub cap

Always gets my vehicle in for service immediately (most others takes 2 weeks) and gets the job done on time for a fair price and offers good discount coupons as well, friendly & efficient staff.

I would not recommend this business. They told me my car needed a new alternator and it did not. I took my car for a new battery and they called to tell me it needed an alternator as well. They were charging $1302 for the alternator in addition to $259.00 for the battery. Pep Boys also tried to scare me telling me if I took my car with just a new battery, I should drive it straight home,not drive it and bring it back in the morning. I called my car dealer and asked them to check it out . Thank goodness I did!! Alternator tested absolutely fine and I did NOT need one. I will not return for any type of service here.

I was pleasantly surprised the service I got at the pep boys in Warminster, PA. I was in need of my tires mounted in a timely manner. The service I received was very friendly and they even gave me a military discount since I served in the Army. Thanks again, fellas!

One of my car's TPMS (tire pressure monitor system) sensors went bad. Pep Boys was able to quickly identify which tire had the issue and replaced the sensor. I'm pleased with their work and and happy to no longer see the annoying tire sensor warning on my car's screen.

My experience has been terrible, how do you tell someone their car is ready when there is nothing ready about it. How do you knowingly say the repairs have been done and they haven’t. Liars! You give me back a car that isn’t even safe to drive, if the job was to big that should have been stated from the very beginning, not have my car for damn near 2 months and then give it back to me with the same issues it had when I initially dropped it off. I emailed the ceo of the company and called corporate and got absolutely nowhere.

I was charged for a diag saying the engine would not crank but drove my vehicle into the shop and told me the ac compressor went and the clutch was keeping the car from starting with that being said I had them replace the ac compressor I supplied and then stated after the evac and recharge that it was still not working and didn't check to see if a fuse was blown due to the ac compressor clutch locking up but then proceeded to sell me a diag for ac to check and told me a fuse was blown and still charged me $60 to tell me the fuse was blown . the diag wasn't done properly if all it took was a jump the get the vehicle in the shop and did not give me a complimentary inspection on the vehicle check my fluids or my battery which is part of the complimentary inspection I want want the money back for engine diag or ac eval…really both because i feel like ive been taken advantage of

I had a slit in one of my front tires and decided to get two new tires and my son took them to Pep Boys rims and all and the mechanic did an excellent job balancing both tires and my car runs nice and smooth.?

I set the appointment and showed up 30 minutes early for my oil change. I was out the door in 90 minutes. And they didn't hound me about other things that needed to get done. I still got the semi-full inspection report of some items that I will take care of shortly. I'll take that as a win.

Made an appointment & my Service was promptly started at that time. They were courteous & the Service was outstanding. In & out in a blink of an eye it seemed. Felt like I just sat down & was standing at counter paying A+++++++

They were able to squeeze me in, last minute after needing to get my truck towed there. They were honest about the work needed, and didn’t upsell me on anything, plus for the work I needed done it was a great price compared to others

Over $700 for an oil change, tire rotation and balance, battery replacement, and new oil filter cap. Charged me over $160 for a new oil filter cap alone…First I was told I’d need a whole new housing for the oil filter then I was told it just needed a new cap. Only reason I even came here was because it’s more convenient and I can’t do a tire rotation/balance. Do your research before getting and services done because an oil filter cap should not be $160….

Went in for appointment State Inspection and general maintenance review. Quickly accepted. Comfortable waiting area with coffee maker. Soon notified Inspection passed and a few maintenance items suggested, agreed, done. Prompt service, attention. Courteous, professional, reasonable recommendation and prices

Had my car towed to Pep Boys in Warminster. It was leaking power steering fluid. They replaced the power steering return line and did a power steering flush. The cost was $725.00. I literally drove the car about a total of approximately 20 miles in a day and a half. I only drove it to work and back one day and the following day I drove it to work and it was leaking again. Now I had to have it towed back to them for the second time. They called me yesterday and said it needed a power steering pump, hose, etc. They are charging me over $1000 to do this. I don't understand how the pump replacement, hoses, etc weren't diagnosed correctly the first time. I have no choice but to get it fixed since I cannot afford a new car. I believe I should receive a discount or they shouldn't be charging me this outrageous labor fee. I am extremely unhappy about this and will not be using them again for any car repairs.

Great service! Purchased and had new battery installed. Despite that I did not have an appointment, my car was accepted and serviced in a timely manner. I was treated with kindness, courtesy and respect. I recommend this shop without reservation. Thank you!

Do not come here, this pepboys used to be the best back in the early 2000's. A lot of the front cashier employees are dishonest about what they can and can't do and overprice simple services. I asked them for the service of a vehicle, and they stated (employee whose name starts with "j" )it would be impossible, and the approval of certain services would take months for approval. I went to another pepboys and they accepted my service within minutes, and my service was completed in less than an hour. Some scheme is happening here and it's scary not gonna lie.

As usual, being a loyal customer, I appreciate great service provided each time I am in. This time service agent was Romio. My first time interaction with him. He was very courteous and accommodating. My vehicle was serviced on time as I had made an appointment. Very happy overall and that’s why I will keep coming. Keep up the great job. I miss my previous service manager named Abdul, who unfortunately passed away.

Went here for a wheel alignment for a Tesla Model 3 after another big name retailer wasn't comfortable performing. Got an appointment quickly on a Saturday - when there was an issue between what the Pep Boys website claimed a coupon was applicable for and the actual coupon the link generated, they did the right thing and honored the coupon.

Great experience at this peo boys.. came in on a very busy day, this past Sunday. Had gotten a flat tire and needed it fixed so I could make it to work. Mike went above and beyond for me and I can't thank him enough. The staff was dealing with multiple customers and doing their best to take care of everyone. Unfortunately some people are just never satisfied and like to cause trouble. I will be using this pep boys location as my go to going forward

This was my first time getting service from this Pepboys since the one near where I live closed recently. I needed an Oil Change and Tire Rotation and only had to wait just more than an hour. Very prompt service even though I did have an appointment and was there right when my appointment was ? but still, that’s what kind of service a customer deserves and they delivered that for me. Guys behind the desk were also very helpful and didn’t push anything else on me needed for my car. I definitely will be back for future services for my vehicle ?

They are just a service center now but they hit the service out of the park. I had a flat tire and I went to a place near by that couldn't help and pep boys was the next one down the road and they went above and beyond expectations. They took me quick and patch my tire. Vasca was the best! He was so kind to me and was so helpful. There are days that are hard and sometimes interacting with someone like Vasca just make your day better. Thank you!

Went in for a typical oil change. I liked dealing with Daniel at the front counter because he was very polite. However, when I left and got on the highway, the hood flew up and smashed my windshield. (Mecahnics incorrectly closed the hood by "slamming it 3x times till flush") The hood catch was bent to the side... They told me to bring it in the next day so I did just that. However, upon returning to pepboys, I did not receive friendly service. What I got was push-to-shove. All claims denied, no responsibility taken. Shown below is the damage caused to my vehicle that they say they have nothing to do with because I have a "finicky" car, unknown to them because of the exposed front grill. If they had checked the "exposed" latch they would have known that the hood was CLEARLY not latched correctly. And all of this would have been avoided. Anyone who reads this, please double check the work they perform on your vehicles. Don't trust any mechanic to have done his job ?. Oh and they even forgot to put an oil change service sticker... ? What real competent people you have working here ??
