I've used Batteries Plus in Warminster several times and have been very happy with their work and turnaround times. They quickly installed a new iPhone battery a couple years ago and this week, they replaced the screen on my iPad within a few hours. I also used them for smaller jobs, such as getting new key fob batteries. Excellent service at a reasonable price.

Excellent service, convenient and only took an hour to replace my daughter's iPhone 11 screen. They even offered to install the screen protector I brought along figuring I would do it afterwards but they offered at no additional charge. Highly recommend.

I find your website confusing I'm trying to get a replacement key fob and it keeps instructing to put in the information in again. It loops but doesn't show me my key fob for my 2003 Chrysler Town and Country. You need to work on your website to make it easier to buy your products. Sorry buy I'm not going buy anything. I'll find another website that is user friendly.

Needed a battery for my 97 Mustang cobra today and Jimmy n staff were great had the battery in stock Jimmy installed it in minutes like a Nascar pit stop ....Thx for the great help today .

Using non-OEM parts on Apple phone. Not telling the customer they’re using non-Apple OEM parts. Only for the customer to find out certain functionality will not work because the device recognized a non-OEM part . They clearly only care about their bottom line and profit. Tried to have Apple repair it after that, they refused as it was repaired by a third-party repair shop. Don't be foolish like me, go to the manufacturer for phone repair, once you go to a third-party repair shop, your left with this mess, and having to buy a new phone. Lesson learned! , karma!!!!!!

Took our Dyson vacuum in for battery replacement and am extremely satisfied. I am 80 years old and the staff was knowledgeable and patient with me. Performed an outstanding job and I would highly recommend them.

Great place to buy car and truck batteries. The batteries are far better quality for the same price, as other auto stores. Also free battery install if required! Staff were friendly. Will certainly be buying car batteries from this store, as required.

I have been coming here for years. It's always a quick and easy experience when I need a specialty battery or specific bulb. Just recently, I placed a small pick-up order online and it was ready in less than 30 minutes. I walked in and was back out of the door in less than 1 minute to pick up my pre-paid order. It could not be easier than that.

This place goes above and beyond. Brought my boat battery in because I thought there was an issue but they tested it and there were no problems. Used it to power my boat on the lake for three hours. They provide excellent advice and have a large variety of batteries you can't get at the big box stores.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced..and do not get your phone fixed here !! Anything in this store you can buy on Amazon for alot less ! This answer to my post is a lie .. I never brought phone back to his store after it was serviced there ! I took it to apple where I should have taken it in the first place ! Water splashed on an iPhone which is water resistant up to 5 ft of water for 30 min ! After their repair of screen ! And I never signed anything! Maybe a receipt for my cc that's it !

Easy-peasy! Ordered two 51R batteries on-line and got a nice 10% discount. When they say "in stock" on line, the item was actually in stock...how refreshing! Got "confirmation" and "order ready" texted to me in MINUTES! Went in a little later and they were set aside waiting for me. The sales person refunded my core charge quickly and helped me carry the batteries to my truck. A great experience.

I got a new battery installed into my car, and less than 24 hours later got into an accident which led me to junking my car. I called a different location and was told I would be able to return the battery for a full refund, however, I learned that this employee was misinformed and this was not actually the case. Despite not being store policy, Art, an employee was able to accommodate my situation, and allowed me to return the battery. It was not his store’s mistake, but he made sure to rectify the situation. I really appreciated this, and the kindness of all the employees here at Batteries Plus Bulbs. Highly recommend!!

They had the car battery we needed and they installed it! Very friendly group of guys! And so helpful. We went to every store that sold car batteries from 2 Wal-Mart's to Auto Zone and more. This place had the only battery in a 3 county drive that we took. Over 4 hours driving and Thank God for them they were life savers that day! Thank you so much!!

I am very happy with the service and they are very friendly, the reason for my score of 8 is only because of the price, I would recommend them for the knowledge and quick service they have a great inventory for batteries and lighting needs,(work lights). Thank you Justin he was my service tech., I called the night before and scheduled my phone(I phone), appointment they had it fixed and ready for pickup in an hour from the time I dropped it off for a screen replacement. I would absolutely recommend them for your smartphone repair

Took my 3+ year old Samsung Galaxy S7 for a battery replacement. They replaced it, and it was ready in the time they promised. After using it for a few days, I did not notice any change in the battery life from what I experienced before its replacement. When I went back to the store to ask them about (since it has a warranty), and the guy behind the desk looked at my phone for a few minutes, I was told that it was operating as expected. That an older phone works harder with updated apps and software releases and I shouldn’t expect its battery life to be like new. Another customer in the store said he worked for Verizon and said the same. So I’m out $65 for nothing. It would have been nice for the guy in the store to have told me this when I first went to the store. That I shouldn’t expect any better battery life even with a new battery, obviously they knew that, and I wouldn’t have had them do the service. But I would have appreciated their honesty and customer service and come back to this store when I needed something that they offer. But no, I wasn't told or advised anything, they just took my money anyway. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. But I’ll never go to this or any other of their stores again, and I suggest you do not either.

I started out with doing the online purchase thing, but it turned out that I had ordered the incorrect battery. When I went to the store to pick up my product (which was waiting for me) I let them know that I had discovered that I may have made a mistake in my choice of a replacement battery. No problem. I was told that they probably had what I needed in their inventory. They did and at a lower price. I was able to walk out of the store with not only what I needed, but also with a refund because of the difference in pricing for the items involved. Nice trip!

The service was 100% efficient and friendly. I ordered the battery on line, and submitted my payment information. I copied the address of the Warrington store and entered into my car's GPS, and found the store. I was greeted by one of the staff, and mentioned I had pre-ordered and paid on-line for the Verizon-replacement battery. The manager said "We have it ready for you" and pointed to the battery sitting on the opposite counter. I paid for the battery and left within 5 minutes. The manager was polite and efficient. I was thoroughly impressed!! And would highly recommend this company to others.

Had a great variety of car batteries at a very good price. Installation, which was not that easy for my car, was free. The people working here were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Recommend very highly.
