If I could give zero stars I would. They told me 3 days for a tire to be out on an e-bike and it’s been 3 months. I went there, got the police involved and they said they’ve received numerous complaints. I left a door hanger here and talked to neighboring businesses and they said the owners haven’t been in. Mind you, it’s been 3 months!!! Go into your shop, Give me my tire!!! I would run far from this place.

I brought my $4000 scooter in an electric scooter and all I need was a tire changed it’s an 11 inch tire they fix motorcycles they told me to bring it in so I thought they would be able to do it. I bring it in after work they tell me they will get it done you the scooter has less than 1000 miles on it. The scooter goes 70 mph it’s Wolf king GT Pro. They say they will have it done by Saturday. I drop it off on Wednesday and they tell me a boat is stripped so he nailed a gun into the rotor and cut the bolt in half and left it in the motor and he wanted me to pay him $100 to put on a tire mind you the tire wasn’t pumped up the rotor wasn’t put back on the handlebars were still off of the tire and the cut in half bolts were still in the motor. These guys are terrible. I am bringing them to court and I am going to sue them. I needed one tire put on not 2 only 1 these guys are clowns don’t bring anything here. Scratched a 800$ rim to shreds.

Stay away from these hacks! Slow, expensive and can’t get the job done right. Stopped there with the flat and 10 days later got the bike back with bunch of bolts stripped and twisted, plus the exhaust leak. Bike didn’t even have 3000 miles on it.

The Worst Place Ever. Not sure how are they still in Business. It took them over 2 weeks to switch and balance tires (brought mine), change oil and replace spark plugs on a CBR, Grand total.... over $800.00 !!! Got it back with loose and misplaced screws all over, broken fairing clips and Green Gunk Grease in my fuel injector throttle bodies. They have no business touching motorcycles, as its a safety issue to return a bike in that condition.

After I got my latest Dream bike, i'd given it some time for rides during the Spring/Summer time, I noticed that my bike needed to go for some tune up and inspection. Brought it to these guys, because I wanted to help out local businesses. How little did I know what was in stored for me. These guys have danced around the actual problem, they would tell me that "Oh we'll need time to fix this problem" then next time it'll be fine but another comes around. Heck, I even took a 12 hour road trip to buy a part they "Needed" only to tell me that it wasn't even needed in the first place. Then one of the owner made a small remark about people "eyeing" my bike and hinted that I should probably consider selling MY bike. After 35+ phone calls and NUMEROUS visits with nothing to bring back to the garage, 1+ year later, these guys STILL have my bike hostage under the guise of "Under repair and don't worry by (Insert date here), it'll be done" Avoid these guys at all costs if you love your motor kids.

Probably The worst place to do business drop the 125 off for a top end rebuild the guy at the counter told me about 75 bucks about 6 months later I go to pick the bike up it's It's not ready I go out front and see them bringing the bike around laid down in a blue pickup truck with a cap All of a sudden it's gonna be $800 Because they had a bore this out and pour that out which mind you I never ask them to bore anything out They're topping that took 6 months lasted a month found a real dirt bike mechanic on state road he charged me 65 dollors The bike still runs today Had I known then what I know now I would have never went to them and I've never been back in there since They are thieves And I can't believe the bb B doesn't have complaints on them

Absolutely the best place for service and sales. Jerry and Dave deliver quality at an affordable price point. Motorcycle Services is for every type of rider. I never leave without learning something new. I've been riding for 56 years and this is the best MC shop I've found.

Called to get service done, and they said they was booked till mid May which i understand, so i asked if i could come pass with cylinder and for them to take and look and give some advice. Person on phone was very unprofessional and claiming all techs are too busy at any time of day to talk to me for 5 minutes. I understand they are busy but to take 5mins for advice isn’t much to ask for. I wasn’t pressed for time or even a day, but for him say no one at anytime could do was crazy. At this point i wouldn’t even spend my money here, jus thought i share my first experience with them

Excellent local vehicle repair center, don’t look any further! The folks at Motorcycle Services in Warminster are extremely knowledgeable, timely, personable and friendly. They’ve repaired all sorts of issues on my friends’ bikes, quads, three-wheelers and other vehicles over the years, and really know what they’re doing. They’ll work with you to find the best and most cost effective solution to your repair issue, and get it done in a timely manner. The folks I know who have taken their vehicles to Motorcycle Services are all very satisfied with the results and don’t go anywhere else!

Just the sort of place that has no business doing business in the modern era. No concern for customers or their time. Just imagine a dingy 1980s motorcycle shop with a bunch of good'ol boys giving you the stink eye when you question them on why they seem to have no regard for keeping their word. Took 4 weeks to do a job that I was promised would only take 1 (clutch swap on 1999 Kawaski) even though I ordered the parts from them in advance. Then the clutch friction plates weren't adjusted properly so the job had to be redone elsewhere. Awful awful business.

Very poor quality in costumer service. My bike was in their shop for over two months. I had to call myself about the part needed for my bike. I was told one price, but given another when i went to pick up the bike. Very unprofessional.

Wish I could give no Stars but I guess you have to give something...My boyfriend found this place while working delivering tires and after his regular shop moved to another state decided to take a chance on this place. Took his bike there a couple years prior to this time to get some minor maintenance done. Was sub-par work and had to be redone by my boyfriend...Luckily he knew how to change his own oil...so we chalked it up as maybe he forgot cause he's older but everything else was done and he got no receipt. So, during the winter 2015 the bike just set in the garage and all that summer until the summer of 2016 and that is where all the problems started. We took the bike to this Service shop...I should say RIPOFF SHOP! Needed some work done...Throttle and there was a leak in the gas line, decided to take the bike to this place and of course they had to order the parts and it should take about a week or 2 because it was during the Labor day holiday and everyone was going out of town and things were closed. We waited and called after 3 weeks and was told the part has not come in. The bike was inside at this time and that is where it was left. Called once every week and then about 2 or 3 times a month to check the status....still the parts have not come in. All summer of 2017 they are waiting on the parts and then we were even told that the bike is being prepared to be fixed. We live in Philadelphia so Warminster is not a hop, skip and a jump. Came there several times and found that they have not worked on the bike and it was just sitting there all this time and now it is the summer of 2018 and called, and called and still the bike is not fixed, told the old man that we were coming to get it and we get there and parts are gone from the bike...the gas tank off, brand new mirrors are gone and many more parts...he told us to take it home and inspect it, what ever is missing he will replace. Some of the parts that he gave to replace what was stolen were used and the throttle was old and useless....So many parts stolen off this bike and no one know what happen to them...How does this happen....then he said the bike was outside and he is not responsible for the bike and can't keep an eye on it out side..No cares. .He does not care about the safety of his clients either...there were no brakes and we didn't find that out until after we were pushing it up the hill and had to go down hill and could not stop the bike...Supposed he was riding it and found that out then. Well, needless to say...We are filing a Law suit against this Chop up Shop! and we do not recommend this place to anyone and please stay clear of this place before you are in an accident with a bike that has had maintenance from here.....They are thieves....If you value your life go to another service shop. The owner is a bitter old man and no one in there has any good customer service skills at all..BEWARE! STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

They fit me in on short notice and did good work. I believe they're pricing was good for the wheel mounting and balancing on my Harley. I would recommend them two others.

Stopped in for a spark plug cap. I'm assuming it was the owner behind the register, very nice gentleman. We talked bikes while he compared my old part to what was in stock and gave me exactly what i needed. The price was very competitive to what i could find online which is very surprising usually shops are much higher. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews but after reading them i have a feeling they're mostly by people who know nothing about bikes or maintaining them. Drive it into the ground then expect someone to fix it for pennies? No. Get mad when something breaks on your 20+ year old bike while it's being repaired? No, that's going to happen that's why it's called an estimate because no one can read the future. Things break, if you don't like it do the work yourself.

What a rip off. Quoted one price and wound up spending $100 more. Then, when I asked if they could deliver my bike they were happy to. After a two hour wait I was informed that it would be an additional $60 on top of the $500 I had spent with them that day. I was told that it was "very fair" I wish I had read these reviews before I went there

I've only ever brought wheels here to get new tires mounted and this place is great and fast. 2 hours and $27 to get a tire mounted and new air valve.

I took my bike to this shop for the first time for a repair on my bike. They've now had my bike for a month. It should have taken half the time to be finished. Everytime I call they give me the same BS "the part is on its way" then when I call a week later they tell me that the original part was received but they had to order more parts for the bike and "theyre on the way". I will not be returning for any repairs I need.

Took bike in for tires and an inspection. No problems...he recommended a nice set of Dunlaps that handle fine. No difference from the stock Bridgestones. Everything was done as quoted. I have had my Triumph serviced here twice with no problems and fine work and will continue to do so.

I typically do my own maintenance when I can. I can't change my own tires so I thought that this simple task wouldn't be a problem for any shop. I took off the rear wheel of my bike and took it and a new tire to Motorcycle Services. After a day I hadn't heard anything so I stopped by the shop. One of their mechanics explained that they were having trouble seating the tire on the wheel. He showed me where the tire was not seating properly and it was obvious that there was an issue. I left it with them for two more days. After calling each day for the status I was told that they hadn't gotten to it yet and then end of second day I was told it was ready. When I asked what was required to finally seat the tire on the wheel I was told just some hot soapy water did the trick. I took the wheel home and examined it more closely and it appeared to look exactly the same as when the mechanic told me it wasn't seating properly. I let the air out of the tire and during this process there was a 2-inch section at the edge of the wheel that began to bubble up where air was escaping from the bead area (the soapy solution still present near the bead). When all of the air was removed I was almost able to push the tire from the wheel and there was a noticeable gap. I then took the wheel to another shop and after removing the wheel they found that the area where the bead would seat was corroded slightly and this was causing the difficulty. They bead blasted the wheel and were able to seat the tire without issue after that. That shop said "...that the other shop had no business trying to mount the tire on the wheel in that condition". The worst part, in my opinion, is that if I had taken my motorcycle to Motorcycle Services instead of just the wheel they would have mounted that wheel, with an incorrectly seated tire, back onto my bike and I would have rode away with it. Their incompetence could have resulted in a serious situation on the road for me. I will NEVER return to Motorcycle Services and I recommend all to steer clear of them.

Unfortunately I've been going there for years and finally had enough. They had my bike 3 1/2 weeks to replace a simple part. Every few days I would call and they'd say, 'the part is on the way'. BS can't trust them. A few years ago I asked for an oil change. I picked up my bike and paid for the oil change. I get home and it's the original filter. They never changes the oil or filter! Also, it took over 1 1/2 weeks for tires that were 'pre-ordered'. And both tires are losing air!! I am not taking it back there, I'm looking for some where better .
