When I saw that my rear window wiper was jagged today, I headed right over to this store where I had been helped in the past. Jaquon found the blade to fit my car's make, model and year and when asked how to put it on, he came outside on the cold, misty day to do it for me. I watched as he worked with skill and patience, so now I can probably do it myself the next time! Thanks, Jaquon and AutoZone!

JaQuan Williams did a superb job in replacing the battery in my Jeep Cherokee this morning in very cold weather in Warminster. He was very courteous, instructive, and professional and deserves to be recognized!

I walked into the store needing new wiper blades and didn’t know how to put them on. Sean asked me to make a model of my car and had no problem putting them on for me. He was very nice and I couldn’t appreciate him more. Wanted to say thank you for taking good care of me.

Went in there for a new Battery, Quan the assistant manager was great. Replaced the battery in the snow, while only having 1 other associate there with him. Went above and beyond to help me and not over sell me a more expensive battery. Recommend him for all your automotive needs.

The team was wonderful & Chris even attached my new windshield wiper blades for me … He did it in seconds.. So helpful and friendly.

Very rude and lyer staff they are close at 9:00pm and I went there at 8:50pm and I just want to replace battery in my car key and it's their closing time so the guy told me he doesn't have screw drivers to open keyfob.

These guys are awesome. Chris went well above and beyond with swapping out a lo beam headlight that was buried behind the ECU in a tight compartment on a Jeep model. A++

They sell you re-manufactured parts at full price and don’t tell you. I have had to have the alternator replaced 4 times now. 4 different mechanics each time said to get a new alternator not remanufactured, smh. Never trust them…then they are all mechanics all of a sudden but yet work in retail. Calm down and stay in your retail lane. You’re not professional mechanics. I’d like to know who I can send all these labor bills to

Very disappointing experience. The employees at this AutoZone location seem to have very limited knowledge about cars. Every time I come in, I end up having to explain things to them — from basic part compatibility to how certain components work. It’s frustrating when I know more about my vehicle than the staff that’s supposed to help me. It feels like they’re just typing into the computer without understanding what they’re doing. Definitely not the level of service I expected

Very helpful staff. We were in a bind and needed grease fittings for a trailer. Staff members helped us find the fittings in the store despite it being 2 minutes to close.

I stopped in today for a battery and Chris was very helpful and so was the lady who rang me up for the battery, sorry I did not get her name but I was given EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE unlike how I was treated at Willow Grove Prior to going the Warminster Auto Zone! I stopped into the Warminster Auto Zone for wiper blades. Tory the GM was very helpful in finding the correct and most durable wiper blades. Then he offered to put them on for me! Great customer service!

An employee named Roni at this AutoZone in Warminster went above and beyond for me, helping me with everything from finding what I needed to putting it in to giving me some basic knowledge about oil, fluid, maintenance, and where the heck the switch is to open my hood. She was pleasant and more than willing to do whatever she could, even in single-digit temperatures. This is now my permanent AutoZone, because I felt truly cared for as a customer.

Stopped into Auto zone to buy new headlights. Devante offered to replace them for me and did a great job. His customer care was 100% on point.

The counter person didn't even know what tool is used to get the taillight lens off to change a turn signal bulb. After reading the sign on the front door about loaner tools, it read... just ask! I simpley asked for a star tool. No clue, tried to sell me some regular hex tool. I asked for a loaner, he claimed that they don't have tools to lend (your sign clearly states you should), but I could buy a random tool, non returnable. After being annoyed by his lack of ANYTHING. I simply walked out!

Young guys just stand around. Service has defiantly gone down at this location. I had to return something and the young guy refused and just acted like he didn't want to work. It was with a receipt unused item. Went to another location and didn't even ask a question. Called the customer service regional office number at 2pm and it stated that it was off hours and could not get through. Will not be going to auto zone at least this location.

Didn't have receipt for a "boot" for my truck that I don't need. The young dude at the sales desk looked up my account w/ my phone number & easily made the return. I admit I forgot to turn over one of the (3) keys that's still in my possession. Not sure what to do as it's 15 bucks in gas money round trip & might put it in the mail as I happened to be passing by.

Exceptional customer service! Went into the store needing a headlight replacement. Not only did the salesman come out to my car, find the CORRECT bulb I needed, put back the bulb I incorrectly pulled out, to top off the great service he also put the new bulb in! 10/10.

I really appreciate the friendly service from this particular location. I'm horrible with names but on my latest visit I had a young man go alittle above and come out to my vehicle to see what I was talking about and help me correct it. Their always quick to give you options which I really like instead of being told this is what I need and it can only be this for whatever may be the issue. I never encountered any employee at this location that wasn't willing to take a minute and look something up for you. Just great service at this location.

Big thanks to the staff at this location. We had a situation where we purchased a battery for my Mom's vehicle, and within a year it started to go bad. The battery was under warranty, so we went back to get a replacement. My Mom who is 81 years old drove there herself to get a replacement. She let us know that the staff was so helpful to her and very accommodating. They checked out the battery and some other things with her car. They didn't even hesitate to offer to replace the battery for her while she waited. The staff was super friendly and very helpful to her. This meant a lot to us. At the time we were out of the state and it's nice to know that she was well taken care of. Thanks Team Autozone, we highly recommend you guys for the next time we need you ! Great job

Halfway decent store for your general items even better that it's open till 10:00 p.m. or is it ? Its advertised open till 10:00 p.m. yet at 9:40 lights are on doors are locked. As cashiers are sweeping the floor pretending they don't see you at the door just trying to get a replacement bleeder for a brake caliber something that I know for a fact is in the help aisle ,probably only cost a couple bucks. I could easily be run up and out of the store in under 5 minutes maybe they should change the posted hours on the door and on the internet open till we don't feel like being open then we'll just wrap it up.
