Tim, at the service center, is very rude, impatient and turns away customers with his attitude, talking down to them. I asked how long a part would take from order to delivery, he answered "How am I supposed to know, it could be a day or few days or few weeks, what did I say, I said I'd call you when it came in" in a loud angry manner"...lost my business

Probably the best experience I ever had buying a car. Abe was professional, helpful no pressure and very knowledgeable at his job. My sister bought me a car for my 60 th Birthday and Abe was the reason the sale went so stress free and easy. He even sat in the car with me showing me how things worked since I had not bought a car in 22 years. Abe is a class act , as well as his financial guy Joe I believe, both are top notch in our Book‼️

Service was excellent! The part I needed was in stock made the appointment it was a breeze was told it would take about an hour it took less which was wonderful! And they washed my car wow ! ! Staff very courteous and pleasant love the waiting room especially the coffee machine! I did not purchase my vehicle from O'Neill's but will definitely be back for service in the future if needed!

I purchased a 2026 GMC Canyon Elevation from GMC O’Neill, and while the price was the best I could find in the area, the overall experience was far from smooth. I drove over an hour out of state for this purchase. After the test drive, it took nearly four hours to complete the paperwork—far longer than expected for a straightforward sale. About 30 days later, I received a call stating I owed an additional $267 due to a miscalculation of tags, title, and registration. I refused to pay for their error. After two days of back-and-forth, they finally released my tags. However, I still did not receive my title. I then had to spend two separate hours at the DMV to resolve the issue myself, which ultimately cost me an additional $50 out of pocket just to straighten out paperwork that should have been handled correctly by the dealership from the start. I’m especially disappointed with Mike Farrell at GMC O’Neill. For a dealership that regularly sells vehicles across state lines, you’d expect them to know how to properly handle out-of-state registration and title transfers. While the pricing was competitive, the administrative incompetence and time wasted made this a frustrating experience. I would think carefully before purchasing from here if you live out of state.

I was treated with the up most respect when I was there with my automobile. Mr Dave Hogg really know his business he has always been so kind. I have been coming there for 6 years and he has always took very care of me and given me outstanding information on the car when ever I call. When leaving a message he always returns the call no matter what. He needs to be chosen Employee of the Month! Thank you and O’Neil for all you do.

Angela and Mary were both very helpful with my search for a vehicle and provided answers to all my questions as well as setup an appointment to visit. Once in the dealership Mike C was great. Very friendly and helpful in the process. He worked with the back office to get us a great deal on my trade to make the new truck purchase an easy decision. My only regret is I wish o'neil was a little closer so to make service more convenient.

O'Neill I had not used in years due to the horrible experience with the service staff and bad service on my car. I had to go in for service a few times recently and on top of being treated just like I remember, absolutely terrible, my car was never fixed properly so I had to bring it to another GM dealership. The local Chevy dealer treated me outstanding and actually fixed my car on my first visit. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this service center at all costs if you want to be treated with respect and get your car back actually fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Additional update I just went and opened up the hood to check the oil and it appears O'Neill broke my hood struts so the hood wouldn't stay open. So in addition to them not fixing my car and not wanting to fix it after failing to fix it many times, they also break my hood struts, just wonderful!

I recently dropped my truck to the service center to have the transmission checked as it was not running right. From the first call for the appointment, bad feeling. The man who made the appointment was rude, short with me, and abrubt when I was trying to describe the issue I was having. I made the appointment for a month out due to traveling for 3 weeks out of the country. I dropped my truck off on a Tuesday at 7:30am to the same man that took my appointment (Mike C), who was as rude as the day he took my appointment. Told me they may not look at it today because they were busy. Never heard from them. Wednesday, never heard from them. Called around 4pm and Mike informed me that they were not going to look at the truck again because "We only have 3 trans guys and they are working on other trans this week. One guy has an engine apart. You will have to wait". I asked for a loaner and same rude reply. "We only have a few cars and they are out". Ok, Thursday, 12pm, called Mike and his reply with a big disgusted sigh "I told you our trans guys are working on other trucks". Not going to happen again today. So, no loaner, truck sitting in the lot the week of christmas that clearly will not be looked at anytime soon. I replied that I may come get the truck to take to another dealer. Mike gladly accepted that offer and hung up abrubtly. I took it to Faulkner that day without an appointment, had the truck back the next morning with a quick fix. Faulkner was super friendly, offered me a loaner if it was going to take more than 24 hours and had me back on the road the next morning. Additionally, I was standing next to another customer that just came from GMC ONeil that was frustrated and glad to be out of there because he was not getting good service. Never again.

The entire staff was great to work with. Very fair price and I was in and out in under an hour. Sales. Consultant ,Frank Raisman did not waste my time was very knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend O’Neil GMC !!!

I was extremely disappointed with my interaction with O'Neil. I have a car I was going to sell. I was just looking to get the value to sell it on my own when I was offered a price that wasn't bad. So I put everything including pictures into KBB. I was given an official quote which I knew I probably wasn't going to get but was sent a message from O'Neil that made me think, maybe I'll check them out and give it a try. We walked into the front room and was greeted by someone who asked me "what do I want". He even said "I don't know why said that" which is a good acknowledgement. Then the next guy who helped look at the car came back and offered half of what was said, again which is fine. I was expecting much. However it was how he talked to us. He was so condescending and belittling in how he was talking with us. The way I was treated was so disrespectful, I wouldn't treat or talk to someone this way. You guys reached out to me. It's fine we didn't have a deal but treat me like a human being. No good human interactions here.

From the jump, he was super responsive and worked hard to get us the deal we wanted! A lot of dealers wouldn’t go out of their way for someone out of state, who they have never seen & when there is no guarantee. We are glad Frank was different ?? So often times good service is either taken for granted or not recognized enough. On Tuesday evening my main truck I use for business was having a limp mode issue. I called and spoke to Mike Cantrell in the service department, I have been there before and he recognized me by name as well as my immediate need to get my truck back. We spoke about the issue, he said bring it in and he will do his best to get in as quick as possible but couldn't guarantee anything since it was not scheduled. I dropped it off not expecting to hear anything for a couple days, however by lunch time that day I got a call with a full diagnosis of the issue and the plan to repair it. I picked up my truck the very next day after a pretty major repair, covered under warranty thankfully. So I wanted to say thank you properly for the excellent service. Not only does Mike provide excellent service he also a super nice guy and great to deal with. Kudos to you Mike and thank you so much!!!

While my visit was nice and quick for both the inspection and needed repairs, the online scheduling does not work. I made an appointment on the site a month prior, choosing date and time. I receivd an email from the GM confirming my entry into the system, but when I got there, they had no record of my visit. I was told that happens all the time.... they were nice and squeezed me in, but it was a hassle. Lesson learned to call and make your appts!

My experiences with this location have been consistently unsatisfactory, particularly regarding both staff interactions and service appointments. The issues began prior to August when I brought my vehicle in for an inspection. I was informed that my car could not pass due to the need for new windshield wipers. I paid the listed price so my vehicle would meet inspection requirements. Upon picking up my car, it began to rain, and I noticed that only one windshield wiper had been replaced. When I returned to the service department, I requested to speak with a manager, but I was advised no one was available, so I spoke with Tim. After explaining that just one wiper had been changed despite being charged for a set, Tim insisted this was impossible. Eventually, another staff member addressed my concerns and promptly replaced the other wiper after listening to my explanation. Several months later, I returned due to a check engine light. I was advised that no appointments were available for approximately one month due to recall-related service volume. I explained the urgency of servicing my vehicle and securing a loaner, as I require transportation for work and school. The detected sensor code indicated it was unsafe to continue driving. Nevertheless, I was sent home and scheduled for a future appointment, but my vehicle’s condition deteriorated further, creating safety concerns. When I returned, I was provided with a rental vehicle, which I drove for several weeks before receiving any update on my car’s status. At that time, there was still no diagnosis, and I was informed of significant diagnostic fees with uncertain outcomes. Further investigation confirmed my warranty coverage, though follow-up communication remained challenging due to frequent staff unavailability. Ultimately, my vehicle was returned to me after about a month with repairs reportedly completed; however, within days the check engine light reappeared, accompanied by the original and an additional code. This sequence of events has been extremely frustrating. My requests for an even trade-in or monetary credit toward another vehicle were denied, and I was only offered $1,500.

I am the proud owner of a 2021 Toyota Highlander XSE bought from O’Neil GMC. The experience at this dealership was mostly amazing ! My salesman Keith was great! Very quick, very professional and very nice. Mary, who I communicated with frequently prior to my appointment, was extremely helpful through text. Bad things : Financing Service Department My father is self employed. So it takes a little extra to confirm his income but they just kinda didn’t? They did not ask us for any tax documents or bank statements. So lo and behold, take a wild guess what the next words out of their mouths were … “you weren’t approved for anything … besides OUR financing !! :))” Whatever. I’m 21 years old this is my first time buying a car (with my dad but you get me) I’ve only physically been to one other dealership besides O’Neil, but I’m already DONE trying to fight or reason with anyone in the car sales industry. So I do what anyone should, refinance after the first payment. The most important thing to me was the sales price because that cannot change after the contract is signed, but remember kids, you can always refinance ! Slashed my rate in HALF. Kind of hard not to be salty about that and have a negative look on the dealership overall but I’ll just be happy that I live in 2025 and it takes watching a 5 min youtube video to know what to do when going to the dealership. The service department or anyone else that was in this car for more than 3 minutes definitely don’t have their heads screwed on all the way. The central display, was completely malfunctioning. It was flickering on and off, it could not connect to BT or respond to anything. I remember I tried to connect my BT on test drive, the car was moving so I assumed that was the reason it was being difficult but I just had a bad feeling, so I went back out while they were supposedly calling the banks to get us approved (lol) and checked to see if I could connect. That’s when I realized the display was just all types of messed up. Once I brought this up they brought it back to the service dept. and they came back with a printed screenshot of the AI overview google answer to the problem the “service tech” looked up…Again, whatever. I ended up buying the car as-is and taking it to a Toyota myself to get the radio replaced (completely covered under warranty that was included) otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to take it home that day. Discount of $800 for this, on the condition that I would finance with them, as you know, I didn’t have a choice anyways. (Even tho I was pre-approved through CapOne) Now that I think of it, the manager also told me the best option would be to refinance anyways so, no issue. The discount does literally nothing in the long run with their crazy interest but it all worked out, so we shall move past that. Other little things: some electrical ports don’t work, wireless charging a little faulty and small plastic piece missing from the rear passenger arm rest. Basically everything else about the car and car buying experience was amazing. I absolutely adore my vehicle, that’s also mostly on me for doing my research :) But the vehicle is very obviously well maintained, and I think the price was great! The overall process took max 3 hours and it was a Saturday so that was appreciated. They were super up front with the cost of the car even before coming in. Upon arrival we were on the test drive within 5-10 minutes. I think this was as good as it’s gonna get at a car dealership. The people were great, everything went quickly. I really appreciated how upfront everyone was. Like I said, even the manager telling me I had no other financing options atm told me that I could and should refinance to get a better rate. The finance manager we met with at the end, Joe, explained everything so well and was funny. The car has Toyota matts, tinted windows, low mileage, fully detailed, all the good stuff. Going to the dealership makes anyone want to jump off a cliff but it doesn’t have to be so bad. Thank you to O’Neil GMC for not being so bad. Love my whip ! :)

Eric my salesman was excellent! He worked with me to make a deal, I was both comfortable with and fit my needs at this time. The staff understood I lived 2 hours away and went out of the way to make sure the vehicle was 100% at delivery, so I would only have to make one trip and got me in and out of the dealer within a reasonable amount of time. This is my 6th GMC Truck and Oneil GMC will be my first call in 5 years when I am ready for number 7!

Keith at O’neil GMC looked out for me beyond belief. My old car unfortunately had major engine issues and it wasn’t worth saving so i was in the market for a new car and my uncle referred me over to Keith. He was very patient with me and went above and beyond to make sure i got the best deal possible. I am beyond satisfied with his service and would recommend anyone to visit him! Tom Wardle, my sales rep, was incredible to work with — he was patient, never pushy, and really let me take my time looking over the car and taking it for a test drive.
