Greatest Staff ever ?. I had a flat tire and the gentleman first offered to put air in the tire when he noticed that the tire was beyond just getting air put in. So he then offered to change the tire for me if I was not able to get AAA or A tow. Highly recommended coming here for your auto parts needs. Even when they didn't have it they went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and comfortable until my AAA tow arrived. Thank you so much Shawn and Tauri.

They have signs that they install battery wipers etc but the guy inside doesn’t want to do it makes up lies like it’s to dark or I’m by myself this what he said unbelievable so go to auto zone much nicer and no lies

Refused to help install a battery. Advertises everywhere they'll install. Had me wait for 10 minutes after telling me they'd help to tell me they wouldn't. F this place

I had the pleasure of an excellent customer service, care, and thoughtfulness of Tauri at the York Road location at Warrington PA. This young man went out of his way to listen reflect research and solution the problem with my RV. Complete with bringing a handheld diagnostic out to check systems after I purchased my battery and jumper system. He He handled the problem and delivered excellent customer service like a seasoned professional. I am going to go out of my way to come to. This advanced auto parts for future automotive needs. Good service is hard to find and I really appreciate people like Tauri who truly care and take care of the customer.

I wanted to give a shoutout to Taurien at Advance Auto Parts on York Road in Warminster PA. I had my 4.5 year old Panasonic battery replaced with a new DieHard Platinum AGM 650CCA battery for my Subaru Forester. From the time of purchase to completed installation took less than 15 minutes. I came to the store to replace a faulty battery that was still under warranty, but the visit was extremely disappointing. Their battery tester wasn’t working, so they couldn’t even check the battery. The staff member, who said he was the manager, was not helpful and spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional way. Instead of offering a solution, he told me to leave in a disrespectful manner. I expected better service and basic courtesy. I can’t recommend this store based on how I was treated.

Advance Auto Parts in Warminster, Pennsylvania is the absolute best advanced auto parts around anywhere! I have been to many throughout the years and this one is way far and beyond better than any other one I have ever shopped at. Tauri The general manager was so knowledgeable understanding and took his time to help me. He Was able to detect that it was my battery with the machine that my battery was faulty. I needed a new battery and checked around online to compare prices and choices. AAP had the most choices to fit my car (12 exact fits vs 1 or 2 battery options at other stores) with comparable prices. I called ahead to see if there was sufficient staffing to help me install the battery; they mentioned they were a little short staffed, and asked if I could come a little later in the day for faster assistance. I ordered my battery online (and signed up for their rewards to get $5 off), and the battery was waiting for me when I got there. Liam was super pleasant, and he competently installed the battery for me in 10-15 minutes.

WONDERFUL STORE!!! they helped me with a bad battery situation. Liam and Tauri and their staff were incredibly helpful and got me right back on the road in no time. I HIGHLY recommend this location, they will take great care of you and your car!

if i could give zero stars i would. went in to get a brake line adapter and was treated like crap which felt like a situation if a white man did it they wouldn’t have said something, i tried to pay cash and was denied

Best auto parts experience in a very long time. Vehicle has the computer mounted atop the battery, not a simple install. It was a holiday so everyone was trying to close early. Tory, the gm at the Warminster store, installed the battery himself in a timely fashion. He was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. I definitely have a new car parts place! Very impressive!!!

I came in this morning hoping to get a diagnostic test run. After Tori looked at my car, he was able to see that my battery needed adjusting. He showed me what I needed to purchase and then came out and did all of the work for me. I was very grateful for his help. I later found out that he is the GM of the store and I personally think it's great when the higher ups are willing to actually do the work. I was impressed. Thank you!

It was a horrible experience. I arrived early in the morning around 8:20 am to ask for a part. The very rude employee showed him the photo to see if they sold what I need and he answered me in a very rude and rude way, that's what it is. auto part and also I am not a mechanic. This gentleman seems to lack professionalism and empathy. It is because of people this mediocre that businesses do not prosper. He was an older gentleman with white hair who was very bitter. Delivery driver h ad truck part sideways blocking 2 parking spots, 1 was for Handicapped. The manager didn't care. Also, they told me earlier in the week they get a Cabin Air Cleaner Filter by Friday, but they had not gotten it or ordered it. I will never go to them again!

Called in about a limited lifetime warranty advertised on a product. The kid told me he thinks it's 45 days. But wasn't sure, I asked if he could get someone who is sure or if I'd be better off calling during the week when a manager was around to clarify policy (I called on a Sunday). He said the manager was there with him but I could come in to talk to them. Why? What's the difference if you tell me the answer over the phone? You're going to make me waste my time coming to the store to tell me you're not sure also? Put me on hold until you get an answer I don't care but there's no reason to come there if you're going to tell me no. It felt like I was getting the vibe I was wasting their time on the phone. As if no one's day matters besides theirs where they can't even be bothered to know their own warranty policies which was the sole reason why the call went on longer than it should. Therefore I must take time out of my day drive down to the location for them to answer a question that would take 30 seconds if they just had a clue about their own policies in the first place. Anyway I looked up their policy online and it's 90 days unless otherwised specified. In my case it's lifetime. The limited refers to not covering costs of installation or other damages that may be caused by the part failing. And is only for regular non-commercial use with same owner. I ended up calling another location where they were able to quickly handle my warranty claim.

Traveled from another area to pick up this part as only Warminster store had it in stock. When I got home and was ready to install part, opened the box and part was dirty and definitely previously installed. Since it is an electrical part I couldn't take a chance. Over the phone the store ordered a replacement part for me and it was available next day. Good customer service.

Just had a fantastic experience with advance while purchasing a new batter for my wife's car! All the staff was super friendly and helpful! Love that they install batteries for free! Absolutely will be back for all of my auto needs!

These guys are thoughtful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Play Source the part I thought I need but then discovered that I had given them the wrong and model year. They were able to switch it out quickly with one they had on the Shelf they removed ancillary parts so that I could immediately return the core and left me with a working model 4 less than I expected with minimal effort on my part very pleased with the service and the attitude of the workers here. In a town where there's an auto parts store on every corner these guys set themselves apart.
