Took my truck in for an oil service and new fuel filters, after picking up my truck the next morning the truck struggled to turn on, and also did the same later in the day. Turned out that it was primed wrong by the mechanic who performed my work. A week after the service I noticed a diesel leak on my driveway and found it coming from the rear fuel filter housing. Went back to OSSCO and they said it’s probably a cracked fuel filter housing and quoted me over $500 to repair the issue that wasn’t there before me taking the truck there for service. The reason for the crack they gave me was wear and tear. By the way an oem fuel filter housing online costs 89.99 from ford. I will never let OSSCO touch any truck I own or anyone I know that owns any type of vehicle. They wanted me to pay for their mistake and the poor work their mechanic performed that I will not name. I have heard horror stories about Ossco but didn’t believe any of them until it happened to me. Stay away

In true MK5 FSI fashion my "Stage 2+" GTI ate a lifter subsequently playing ping pong inside of my cylinder head. Obtained a Used cylinder head from a salvage yard & sourced all cylinder head internals. Ossco Groups reputation speaks for itself but when I dropped all this stuff off I never thought I would receive a cylinder head that looked this good in return. Can't wait to install it and give a car that's not worth it, top shelf parts.

They had my truck for a few weeks. Couldn't figure the problem out but still did alot of work looking. They did not charge me a thing. I want my truck to be right but I also don't want to pay for guess work. So I really don't a bad thing to say.

As a tractor trailer Owner operator this is the perfect shop. They know they jobs and will get you in for service and back on the road as soon as possible. Had my truck for 1 week and the problem was not fixed, $483.00 for nothing In response When I dropped the truck off, I emphasized the need for communication. I was assured that you would stay in touch. I never heard from anyone the entire week. And while you had 7. 5 hours into the truck, you had the truck for more than 5 working days??? Disappointing.

I cannot express enough how professional, kind, and understanding every single person at Ossco was to me and my husband. We had a major issue with the motor on our RV and everyone went above and beyond to be sure that it was repaired quickly and correctly. I can not even begin to thank this place for how they went above and beyond for my boyfriend in getting him back on the road!!!! He went 7 different places who were unable to help him due to machines being down or not big enough and Ossco Group was able to deliver!!!! We are transport drivers and live in California, my boyfriend was in desperate need of new tires and an alignment due to a previous tire shops mistake. The employees of this company did EVERYTHING they could to get him back on the road while he was over 2k miles away from home!! The staff at this location is amazing thank you for getting my boyfriend back on the road so he can safely get back home to us in sunny California! You truly went above and beyond and I will forever be grateful to your business!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!

There’s not enough room to even start to say how happy I feel about having found The Ossco Group. Whether it be diesel trucks or a tractor everything they have touched has come back better than we’ve ever had it running. Hydraulics on the tractor that five years old and beat to hell is running better than New and I still can’t believe it a week later every time I turn the key and use it. The entire staff there was awesome. communicating with me constantly and the work for the price I was blown away when I walked in there and got the bill. even though they told me what it would be before hand typically Mechanic has extra charges and tack on fees but it was the same damn price that they said. Use them! You’ll be happy you did! I run a landscaping business and this is my go to spot now

Owner Kyle is a good local dude. Puts his personal care into each vehicle and has built an awesome knowledgeable team around him. The facility is great with all modern technology and the people who operate that technology!!! All around great place to bring any kind of vehicle

I needed some parts of my landscaping trailer welded where they started to fail. I needed all the electrical wiring redone since the lines got mangled after falling off my hitch on the highway. I also needed a custom metal plate fabricated and welded to mount my winch. Ossco did an amazing job at coming up with ideas on how to accomplish what I wanted, and the execution was done perfectly. Super professional all around, great communication, and for a very reasonable price after shopping around. I highly recommend them for any trailer/auto repairs!

I had blown some hydraulic lines on a pretty sophisticated aerial lift. The machine was inoperable and I was stuck in a customers yard. I stumbled upon Ossco group and they swiftly set up a tech to come out and get me running. Getting my machine back on the road within a day was invaluable to me. Great company great people.

as the former in house mechanic for a local tow company, I began using Ossco for repairs that were beyond my capability and knowledge. Since I have left the shop and returned to towing more, the company has continued to use them for more repairs. The Staff is polite and fun to work with and will even give recommendations on where to go to handle things that they are unable to do.
