Don’t trust for a seller. He tried to hide a very obvious busted airbag in the front. Before I came, he claimed the car was “ready to go no issues”. When I arrived suddenly it just needed the speaker replaced first and also the inspection done.. but “they’d handle it”. Then after I already have test driven the car, I noticed the dash with the airbag busted hanging out so I asked about it. He claims “that’s just the dashboard they were fixing” He soon admits the car is rebuilt title and that it had been in an accident.. I ask “only body work was done?” and he says yes they ONLY had to fix the front bumper and hood! Then proceeds to add on that it has some Toyota type of motor. After looking more me and my friend circle back to the airbag, and I mentioned I can’t drive a car with missing airbags it’s dangerous.. he then tried to play it off acting confused and stressed saying “the guys were supposed to fix that”. He was completely dishonest and tried to hide a major safety issue. I would not recommend buying a car from his lot.

I have been to several auto detailers in the area, all charging over $200 for a very small suv, and the results were sub par. At Gerald’s they are professional, accommodating, courteous and by far the best car detail I’ve ever had. They don’t miss ANYTHING. My car was nicer than when I bought it and the prices are beyond amazing especially for the results. You will NOT be disappointed. They are at times difficult to get by phone but it’s because they are working but they do have a voicemail. Earls charged double and the back of my front seats still had footmarks and when I questioned that and a few other concerns they were abrupt, I felt I was out of line for asking questions about what they did and didn’t do.

No recommend it They give one price and when u. Get there is another price (more) also the clean don't was a good one glass are dirty... One of the guy was with a cigarette inside my car ? The onner don't have any manners... First and last time ... BTW give one start because carpet are clean pretty good

I brought my car to Gerald’s first class auto after being in a recent accident. I originally spoke to the owner after my accident and he was quick to move. He was at my location within a hour with a tow truck picking my car up. He communicated with me thru the whole process. (Extremely professional). I got my car back finished within a week. Let me tell you I couldn’t be happier with the craftsmanship and work performed . You can’t even tell my car was hit. My car actually looks better then before me accident. They detailed it for me and I couldn’t be happier. Super friendly staff. The best part is the quality of work. A++++ for Gerald’s first class auto. They just gained a customer for life. Hats off to Gerald and his staff. These guys are official!!!!!

Do not trust this place. They told us they put a new transmission in the car and the check engine light came on about two weeks later and there was obviously a problem with the car so I took it to another mechanic he said it was the original transmission still. I’m out $5, 000 and Getald the Jerk said it’s not his problem. These people are super shady. Don’t make my mistake. Check out their BBB record. It’s not good.

This was my 1st experience here at Gerald’s detailing shop. Picked my car up yesterday. Friendly guys. They did a great job for the price! Would definitely use them again.

Dropped off at 9:15am the guy in the shop next door took my keys and number because nobody was there yet. I tried calling twice and left messages to make sure they got my keys then at 1:15 they called and said it would be $80 more because there was dog hair in the back seat and they would start when I agreed to the extra payment I told them I needed my car soon and would come get it i didn’t know they were not gonna start until afternoon or I would have dropped it off later I went to pick up and they had my car parked up by new falls rd with the keys in it I told them I didn’t like my car parked that far away from the shop with the keys inside and the door unlocked they said I had an attitude I was mumbling things I couldn’t hear they were unprofessional on how they handled my car and the way they treated me I took pictures of the shop and of where my car was left and they started telling to not take pictures I would not recommend going there

So, my son just picked up his 2009 Hyundai Sonota, from this detailer. I purchased a Groupon coupon for him as a Christmas gift to get his car detailed. All I can say is, I could’ve hired a neighborhood kid to do a better job. The car looks like Helen Keller washed it. There were still bugs on the mirror bodies and the front grille, that were easily removed with a single wipe of a finger. None of the wheel wells were cleaned properly. None of the door jambs were cleaned or wiped down, there was still coffee drops in the cup holders of the center console, not to mention the dust still in the cup holders. I could go on, but what’s the point, you get the gist of it. I can only assume since my son was presenting a Groupon, they did a very sub par job! I would not recommend this detailer.

Do not go here. They sold me an absolute lemon and they stopped returning my phone calls. I cannot contact them and they sold me a “turn key” car that ended up needing $9,500 worth of repairs. I can’t even call them to ask where they took me to get my license plate! They also got mad because I looked at the car for a few hours. I’ve never been to a place that doesn’t want you too look at a car you’re willing to buy for too long. Maybe thats because after I put 50 miles on it when I bought it the check engine light went off! Please be cautious with these people!

This was my first time buying a groupon and thought it was going to be just an OK job I get for the price I paid. Two words: "THE BEST" detailing ever!! This was a gift to my husband for his 2007 Infiniti. So when I picked car up I didnt believe it was his car it was so shiny and then when I looked inside there was not one crumb in it and smelled so good. My husband loved it! I highly recommend Geralds Autosalon. Cant wait to take my car and my daughters car here. Thanks alot Gerald. See you soon!

Took 2 of my cars there my 2019 honda and my moms 2008 chevy blazer.. they did a amazing job, my honda which looked like it had a brown carpet becuase the amount of dog hair i had was crazy now. I can see the black carpet that wasnt noticeable before they cleaned it. The was and wax on both cars made them look brand new will be definitely going back there in the future.

Complete con artist. Sells cars knowingly that the engines are completely shot on and the owner is completely unprofessional. If you try to have work done on your vehicle from this shop or these owners just know at any point that they may block your number or hang up on you or completely SCAM you if you have questions about your car and it’s not what they want to hear. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASING A CAR/GETTING A CAR FIXED OR HAVING ANY WORK DONE ON YOUR VEHICLE IF YOU WANT IT TO BE SAFE AND YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE SCAMMED OR TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

Just picked up my 13 yr old work truck. When I dropped it off it was filthy and told them it was a work truck and since I was just redeeming a groupon before it expired, it wasn’t necessary to give it the full treatment... when I picked it up it was 100% detailed, even better than the day I bought it.
