Called to make a service appointment because my car was shaking while driving after the snowstorm. Was told it was probably ice build up. Went in and the people in the service center had my wheels power washed for free and was back on the road in ten minutes. Rob's saved the day yet again. Great people and great service.

Great place, 5 stars is low for them. More like a 10. Been here a few times and will continue go. The customer service is outstanding. Ask for Bob or Tyler they'll get you straight. All types of truck and cars, any make, you can't go wrong here. Big, big trucks as well, check them out. ?

I wanted to thank Robs for there great service. Drew K who works there recommended them since my mechanic was backed up with work. A little nervous as a first timer, but the tow and work was outstanding. Very professional, fair and no unforeseen charges was my experience. Again first time here, but I would have to say they most likely will become my primary mechanic going forward. thanks againn

I've had one problem after another here electrically. Their one "good" electrician had my car to fix lights that wouldn't work after they were supposed to fix or replace my engine fan, they didn't and instead put in a new ac fan wired together to my old engine fan (both still only work as long as it's not in stop and go traffic). Granted the manager (maybe) came and had it fixed as it was of their doing for nothing extra on top of that $1,200 fan job (also said this time). By the way when I picked my car up. I asked to replace my battery terminals since one was broke. When I picked my car up Tania the electrician had to jump my car in the lot bc somehow now the battery was dead. Again not a problem before, he said maybe it was my hood light and when he went to unplug it ripped the chord out of the light right in front of me and continued to try to unplug the now dead light. I let it go. Then I realized, maybe not their fault, but my heat wasn't working. I went to a different mechanic because I had no idea it was electrical. Told him I cannot see and need defrosters for my 2hr drive to work. He said it's likely the computer bc power is coming in and it works but the buttons won't turn it on, he put in a temp flip switch to get me by bc when I called they had told me I had to wait 3 weeks to see the electrician Tania. I brought the car thinking I probably had to get a whole new computer, it didn't matter at this point since it's my only car and this guy charges $170 an hour. He called told me he wasn't comfortable doing the work and I had to pick my car up again problematic. Granted they didn't charge for no work. My best advice DO NOT go here for electrical for sure.

My registration was not in the glovebox and it was completely my fault. I must have misplaced it. They worked with me, told me how to get a new one, and printed it out once I emailed it to them. This is the quality of service most businesses lack these days. Makes me trust their advice and won’t take my car anywhere else for inspection or oil change.

quite literally have no idea what theyre doing. been there multiple times and they claim to not know “whats wrong with my car.” it has had a problem of not starting for almost a year and they “replaced the battery” but it still wont work. screw this place. only good worker there is a fella named Bob L.

Great experience! One of our RV’s tires blew out on the northeast extension of the turnpike. We were thrilled to have a Rob’s Towing truck coincidently show up as we are senior citizens. He handled everything even calling AAA. Fortunately, we have Premier RV coverage. We were very thankful!

I have known about Rob's for years. I went to the website - Walk Ins Welcome - hmmm - Called at 8:40 AM Saturday - 11:40 Am Saturday I was driving home with new Brakes & rotors on the front! Price was soooo fair! I have a new Place (my old guys closed up shop)What Excellent Service!

Had my newly purchased car sent here before shipping to me, charged over 1k to have work done including car looked over. Receive the car with oil leaking out of PCV valve, fuel leaking from fuel lines, broken tag light housing, and leaking oil pan. Clearly taken advantage of since I’m not local. Only went there because I was a previous customer. Stay away!

Rob’s took great care of my car…inspected, pluggedy tire from a nail, oil change and good to go. Tyler was great to work with, constant communication letting me know what my car needed and when it would be ready. Highly recommended for all your automotive needs!

I ended up at Rob's when my car broke down on on 95S and I'm so thankful that I did. The front desk assistant Laura and her team were beyond nice, patient, respectful and just overall wonderful. I can't thank them enough for helping me in a tough situation and looking out for my best interest. I'd recommend anyone who needs work to give them a chance.

Car broke down on the side of the Turnpike. Rob's was the tow company contracted to pick it up. I was worried about charge when we pulled up to the Museum/ service. Thought I'd go broke! Turns out they only charge a half hour labor to look at the car and they assisted in helping me to donate it. Very friendly, helpful and affordable. I would recommend them to anyone in the Bristol/ Lower bucks area. Thanks Laura and Tom

Outstanding job with fixing the road rash on my 2018 Challenger wheel. New tires were installed and balanced. The ride is smooth at all speeds. The staff is professional and friendly. I rarely trust anyone with my car, but Rob’s has my confidence that we are in good hands.

I want to take this time to thank Justin, and Rob’s automotive. I broke down on my way home from work at 9:30 pm. I lost complete power on my car it just shut off at the light ( scary). I was able to coast from the Bristol exit off of 95 into their parking lot. I was not sure what I was going do at that moment, and just a few minutes later, along came a Rob’s tow truck into the parking lot. The driver’s name is Justin, he rescued me!! (He was off the clock) stayed with me until, he was sure I could make it home safely and gave me his phone number if I had any problems. I could go on and on about Justin. But I will end with this “ there are still good people in this world” Justin, you’re definitely one them! Also want to thank the staff at Rob’s automotive for their kindness and taking care of fixing my vehicle and getting back on the road. I certainly recommend checking out Rob’s automotive repair shop. I can say my experience with them was very good ?

This shop is an absolute life saver! Not only are they quick, efficient, professional and friendly, they’re HONEST! We’ve dealt with other shops over the years that charged a ton of money to never fix the problem. When I called to get a quote, I was told that they weren’t going to just give me a quote until they knew what was wrong with the car. They towed it to the shop before I could make it to the place where my car broke down (a driver was available immediately). They didn’t get mad that we hadn’t made it with the keys! They actually had a driver come to my home to pick up the keys. He was very friendly and professional! When they called back to tell me what they’d discovered, they were glad to tell me that it wasn’t anything serious! Let me repeat that. . . They were GLAD to tell me that it wasn’t something expensive to fix. I only had to pay for the tow (which was cheaper than when I slid off into the ditch a few years ago and had to have a company pull me off of a snow drift and then about three feet to get back on the road) and 30 minutes of labor. Picking up my car was easy and Laura was INCREDIBLY! This is my family’s new service center.

Wanted to give a huge THANK YOU to Laura and Chris in the service department. They are both the perfect mix of fun and professional! I had gotten a quote for brake service on my 17’ Jeep Wrangler at a jeep dealer and I felt as if they were taking advantage of me. I called up Robs, Chris told me to bring my car in the same day to take a look at it, they were upfront and honest about what it needed. They did NOT try and price gauge and or recommend things I did not need. I was treated like family rather than just a number. Thank you Again Laura and Chris, you have my business for life !

Took my Mitsubishi here after a low life stole my catalytic converter. They are very professional the office staff were so nice and Chris from Service was awesome. It took almost six months for us to get the catalytic converter from Mitsubishi and Chris from service was so nice and patient with us. They had no fault that it took that long but were always caring and professional thank you so much will definitely be taken my vehicles for service here. You guys were awesome.

Rob's service department is outstanding. I was pleasantly pleased with the work that was done on my vehicle. I felt they were honest and were really looking out for my best interests. The service manager Bill is a great guy. He explained in great detail the issues that were going on and potential issues that could arise in the future. I highly recommend Rob's service.
