They charged me 350 dollars to release my work truck that was stolen mind you even after I explained to them that I didn't have money to spend like that now that I needed to get a new work truck I'm an independent contractor in that vehicle with my only way to make money for my family being destroyed is detrimental for me even though it says in the Bristol Township code of ordinances that any tow company that wants to have a license to tow vehicles in Bristol Township must tow a victim of a police investigations vehicle for free of charge during the day and $35 after business see pics
Please be careful with this company they charged me 4000 dollars to tow my truck 20 miles just because i did not wanna do the body repairs with them , it was gonna be 500 dollars and because i decided to take it to the dealer he overcharged me his name is jeff be careful with this guy ???
Liars and scam artists. Prey on people’s misfortune. My sister was in a 3 car collision on the turn pike Friday night one of these guys tow trucks came and got her and another car. These guys apparently have a contract with the turn pike so we had no choice in using their truck. She asked to be taken to our body shop of choice but the tow truck driver refused he took my sister and one of the other vehicles to robs. Once they got to robs the story changed now he can take them somewhere else, more miles more fees. Since it was getting late on Friday we couldn’t promptly reach the body shop we wanted to use so they could open the gate, asked tow truck to to get sisters car down but he refused to take it down and give us the keys. Lied multiple times and said we can pick it up next day(Saturday). My sister pays the tow truck driver. Called the shop Saturday at first they can’t find her car then they tell us back no pick ups Saturday, Monday only. Now today it’s Monday she calls the shop at first they can’t find her keys, again they call us back. After they magically found the key if we pickup the car they want $645 for the 3 days of storage we where lied and cajoled into. Of coarse if we use their shop that fee will be waved. Steal money for extra miles by taking people to their body shop first then lie and hold your car hostage for an insane amount of money. I have no idea how the turn pike has a contract with such a shady business but I will be reporting this incident.
