My truck battery died, i walked a few miles to get to the autozone- after the employees were informed of my situation they gave me a ride back so i didn’t have to tote a huge battery for a few miles. When i couldn’t get the socket to fit the bolt- they came by and helped out majorly. Thanks to them i made it to shelter and am no longer freezing in a truck that wouldn’t start.
This has got to be the worst autozone ever!!!! I went in asking for the fix finder tool. I asked a younger employee. What seemed like the older woman manager butted in and told him that he could take people looking for the tool until his line was down. Which would have been the right advice only if there where people in the line but there were not. The employee looked so confused. To be honest the comment was directed at me. I will NEVER go to this store again and I will tell people to never go here. They are rude and indirect.
This store is full of scammers! I recently bought a car off fb marketplace and the guy I bought it from took me to this store to ensure that the car had no issues. He seemed very friendly with the employees whilst they were extremely hostile to me and my boyfriend. Disregarding the weird behavior like the man who sold us the car telling the employee who ran my diagnosis “I have something for you tomorrow if you’ll be here” after he assured me the machine came back clear even with the check engine light being on the car. I thought to myself there is no way the man working here would risk his job over his friends fb marketplace deal, but as I think back on how we went to this particular autozone after changing our mind on the deal which was farther away than the one goggle recommended. I also think about the fact that I never was able to see the results of the diagnostic or received the paper they usually give. I decided to call the store to make a complaint and the manager told me that the boy working on my car was 17 and she didn’t believe he would ever do anything like that because he was a family friend of hers. She was also extremely hostile so please be mindful of these things if you’re going here!
When I called asking about coolant for my vehicle the person on the phone said what’s that and then said they would ask someone else and had me on hold for a while and then got back on the phone and said we don’t sell coolant here and to go to the dealership . Uneducated people working here
Worst customer service ever. I was in the commercial line, and the guy in front of me was just chatting with the cashier about nonsense while I waited around 20 minutes. When I finally said, “Yo, I need to go,” the cashier got rude with me. On top of that, the price they rang up was way higher than what was listed in stock, and only after a “discount” did it match the shelf price. Total waste of my time. I’m never coming back. I was treated very poorly at this AutoZone. I asked for motorcycle oil. I was told if they have it would be down a certain aisle. I didn’t see it. They told me that I’d have to go to a specialty shop. I came back the following day and looked around further and it was right on the shelf, but nobody knew the product was in the store or was willing to help me find it. The customer service is disgusting and mistreating customers doing this.
Awful costumer service, wouldn't expect anything else from anyone given that I got to see the main problem the store manager Christina. Do better autozone.
This place is terrible. I feel bad for the employees being under such terrible Management. AutoZone needs to do better when hiring people. The Manager Kristina K. shouldn't even last another day if of course as a store you would want costumers to keep coming there.
Worst costume service in ever, i am a business owner and on a sunday i went to get a alternator for my OWN car and the store manager Mis Kristina K. Was so rude towards me that have a commercial account with autozone for 7 years
First of she wasn’t trying to help so rude and just because she didn’t have that alternator I needed she literally kicked me out the store saying i dont wanna help go your your store where you commercial account is registered,
I was in desperate need of a car battery along with wiper blades. Greeting wasn't too friendly & he, the counter associate, decided to opt out of helping me. Another associate approached me and was fantastic! Not only was he very helpful, he went out of his way to make sure a battery was installed, which wasn't easy, he also made sure the wiper blades were installed. Kudos and many thanks to D.!
I’m a valuable customer at this location & believe me the lady doesn’t know anything about Cars also she isn’t very good with communication with people. I think she is just a body standing there.
If I could give 100 stars I would! This will be our go to going forward. We are new to the area. The staff was super welcoming and friendly. He went above and beyond to help my husband and I. Not only did he help us, but he educated us as well. We had an ease of mind leaving the parking lot. Thank you so much sir for your time and help today!

Maureen the commercial manager for 6435 should be retrained. The store has ran through numerous managers because they are poorly trained. This terrible commercial manager hung up on me after arguing with me over the warranty return policy I wanted to use for a visible malfunction on a battery. Will post pictures to show corporate how wrong she is and exchange my battery for a good one. It’s a shame she would rather think she’s protecting the companies interest at the expense of a satisfied customer.

Another customer and I were left abandoned at checkout today. Nobody helping, other people doing tasks in the store while there’s a line of people just sitting there. We couldn’t do the self check It was an error message. I had a complaint before somebody would help, a random customer helped us out. Another employee was too busy scanning other items that didn’t come to help us. This store can’t even get helping customers check out. I’m never going back..
I was just at this autozone location and the lady manager christine is the most ignorant woman every single time i am there. How she was speaking to one of her employees who is older and was having trouble with the pin pad while checking a customer out is disgusting. She clearly hates her job and is a miserable human. Hard to believe this is someone this company has representing them. I have seen a handful of negative reviews written about her but nothing seems to be happening. I will not be returning to this location.
Absolutely horrible customer service. My car wouldn't start in Ollie's parking lot, so I walked over to auto-zone. Big mistake. The manager with blonde greasy hair was not only not helpful but down right rude when I asked him about a jump box. I chose to call a friend for a jump and went and spent my hard earned $300+ on a jump box and battery somewhere else.
It's okay. Had one girl who kept having to get the manager for everything which was insane and she kept having so many issues. Manager was a decent guy though so I'm not going to complain. Felt sorry for him since he was running about like crazy.
Friendly service and advice. Went today form my truck having issues. Maggie handled it professionally and personably! She did the various checks and we figured out the issues. A pleasure to deal with !
I have gone to this location on several occasions. The staff there are very rude. The older lady that works there acts like she does not want to be there. Does not want to do her job. She always has an attitude. When you ask her a question, she acts like she doesn't want to be bothered & as if you are disrupting her. She won't come from behind that counter to help you find the item that you are looking for. Now she sees that you sat there looking & can't find it but, yet she will sit there & yell out it is in isle such & such. I recently called and was told by some young boy "his exact words" Hold on because we are in the middle of an argument. Now who tells customers that? When he finally picked the phone back up in regards to my question about the rewards card, I wanted to know if they could look up my account by the rewards card & tell me when i purchased something. Of course he didn't know and had to put someone else on the phone. So again I was put on hold. Finally, Dwayne had picked up the phone and was very helpful. Dwayne is always very helpful and also very friendly. I'm sure if it was not for him and his friendliness, this store would lose a lot of customers. For the location it should be alot busier, compared to the other locations but, it's not. I'd wonder why it's not if I were the owners. Anyway Dwayne Thanks for all your help as always. Hopefully they treat you good so they can keep you as an employee. As for the others forget it. Hopefully this store will start to shape up to keep customers coming in.
Friendly and great staff. Margie was her name who helped me. She tested my battery(FREE of charge), walked me through my options inside, and even installed the new battery for me after I purchased(FREE of charge). Great overall experience. Had me in and out within 20 minutes.
