Had my screen repaired at Batteries Plus. Parth is amazing. Not only did he repair my screen in less than 30 minutes, but he also suggested a better phone case than I already have. I highly recommend Batteries Plus for phone repairs.
Update: My screen cracked and I went back to Batteries Plus for the repair. Dhvuv was amazing. He fixed my screen and hooked me up with a better phone case and screen protector. Last night I dropped the phone. The screen went black and I was in a panic. Dhvuv looked at it and fixed the loose wire at no additional. Batteries Plus is very good to me and I can't recommend them high enough.
Back in August, I had the pleasure of meeting Parth when I visited the store to pick up a new battery for my 4Runner. He truly went above and beyond to assist me. Despite it being close to closing time, he took the time to help while I had my baby with me. He removed my old battery, installed the new one, and ensured everything was taken care of properly.
During our conversation, he mentioned that he was working a double shift that day and is currently a college student pursuing an engineering degree, using this job to support his education. His dedication and professionalism were genuinely impressive.

Had an appointment to have an iPhone screen repaired. Dhruv quickly confirmed that only the screen protector was damaged, and no repair was needed for the screen. He replaced the screen protector quickly and I was in my way. Great service. Would definitely come back for future repairs.

Only place that had a new phone screen ready to go and be replaced. Fixed my Samsung S23 in under a half hour. Half the screen didn't work, pixel damage, and a cracked screen. All fixed + a warranty in under 30mins for the same price I got everywhere else

? I woke up Sunday morning and my iPhone 11 died on the charger. After having tried all the usual tricks and hacks I sought out a repair service. Batteries Plus showed up in my search results and saw the Bristol location was open.
I walked in on a Sunday afternoon, the employee Krish told me right away that he was confident it was just a battery issue given the age of the device and no other issues.
?The iPhone battery repair was quoted to me at $79.99
He had 2 other phone repairs ahead of me but gave me a clear expectation of when my phone would be expected to be started/finished.
When I stopped back he was in the middle of the repair and it was confirmed the battery was the problem.
? Krish was also helpful in answering other battery related questions I had. He told me they do watch and key fob battery replacement too in which they offer lifetime warranties. I plan on bringing my watch here next for a new battery.

Brought my phone here to have the screen replacement this was the authorized repair site for my warranty. When they opened up the phone they broke my camera. They said they would fix it on them and are ordering the parts now, and they would call me when it came in. Not once did I get a phone call I had to follow up with them 3 times over a month with our a working camera. Very disappointed that the service that broke the camera couldn't even be bothered to pick up the phone and try to make it right in a timely manner. Will not be recommending them to anyone.
I'm really pleased with the services here. Batteries Plus is an authorized Samsung repair center. I wish I would have known that the last time I cracked my screen. Easy to make an online appointment. The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. They replaced my screen in 45 minutes. It's perfect!
