Will never forget Rob's Truck! Their team member knew enough to find us on the side of 476 after blowing a tire. He brought all equipment needed, was considerate, and speedily worked with Turnpike personnel to get us on our way safely.
Excellent place to get your truck's alignment taken care of. Went to a different shop that was unable to get my tri axle to stop pulling to the right, and Robs got it driving straight again.

My truck blew a suspension air bag not far from their shop. I was able to get it there and they had me back on the road in a couple hours. Excellent service.
Zero stars.. had my RV towed there.. took over three weeks to get a estimate that shows undamaged parts on list to be replaced, a insane 35 hr estimate on labor and I had to call multiple times to finally get the estimate.. 12,478.00 estimate.. on a Chevy p30 chassis RV.. it doesn't take a genius to know that is way out of line.. he wanted a fee for estimate but never invoiced for that.. said he would invoice me for a hr diagnostic.. never did.. but told guy at another place that I donated the RV to for disabled vets... I owed 200.00. If that's the hourly rate.. it still doesn't rationally a come up to 12,000 + if I could afford that I wouldn't have bought a 1000$ RV.. just ridiculous and I don't like that I had to call this guy numerous times to get them to do the estimate for over 3 weeks.. I don't care how big this company is as it seems they got that way with a lot of shady behavior and downright theft from customers.. there are plenty of other places I wish I went.. only thing they did right was when tow was request, it was there inside the 2hr window they stated.. the rest..is a joke.. oh. He did waive the 200$ fee as it is goin to vets.. I refused to pay for that nonsense estimate and recommend to everyone... Use anyone else.. not this place.. and has 1 star since no star is not a option here..
Anything to do with Robs is always conducted in a very professional manner, always polite,staff, Jessica was great , very cheery and polite . Had my truck in and out I no time. Thanks guys .
This review is more than eight years overdue. I was planning to buy a truck in the area and drive it back to Kansas in 2015. Rob's knew this and they could've treated me like an out-of-towner who would never be back but they didn't. They did a thorough inspection of the truck for a fair price which gave me peace of mind.
Dropped off a box truck to be brought up to inspection standards. 2 days after they said it'd be done, I picked it up. An exposed wire harness under the steering column and a mysteriously hard to roll up passenger window later, I was told to calm down because I pushed back when he denied having messed up the window when he doesn't actually work on the trucks himself. This is poor customer service. Also checked the fluids, and they put the bare minimum amount in that they could. Rob's towing, trying to cost cut by being stingy with wiper fluid, is pretty embarrassing.
I wish there is a negative zero star rating… this shop are criminals and time wasters… I called for inspection and went there, there held truck for whole day in the shop… my driver witnessed they were not working on truck but ended up coming out later in the day to say they could not finish… next day we came and they handed us a repair cost of $5600…. I knew truck needed no repairs… so I took truck to my old shop and for inspection, I pointed all parts robs wanted to change and my guy said all those parts hard 75% of life.. I went back to robs and they insisted… I went back to a different shop and they also confirmed nothing was wrong with what robs wanted to charge me for… they did all minor fixes for $450….I went back to robs and they still insisted… obviously they wanted to rip me off… I went to a different inspection site in pa and in less than 2 hours they confirmed and approved inspection and said nothing was wrong with what robs wanted to bill me for… they are not trustworthy…. Stay away
I am very impressed with the quality, friendliness and professionalism of Rob's. I brought my motorhome in to have my front tires replaced and for them to fix a slow leak in the inner dually on the passenger side. When they removed the inner tire, they brought to my attention it's condition. The sidewall bands close to the rim were showing and appeared ready to burst. As a result, it made sense for me to replace all six of my tires and they were able to make that happen. Also to be noted, I have metal stems that I searched high and low for on the internet that would extend past the rims. As requested, they did not replace them as most shops would have done. I also have a cat that resides in my motorhome. They took wonderful care to make sure doors/windows were closed and that my cat did not leave the motorhome.
Was coming home and was driving near one of the service vehicles this company owns and the service vehicle proceeded to run me off the road. Seemed like a bad case of road rage, due to I was driving the speed limit. Must be proud to hire drivers like this!

We needed some work on the buttom of our older, pop up camper. This was our first time servicing it since our purchase. Wheels, breaks etc. All though this is a truck place they were able to complete the job. Communication is a bit lacking. We realized we had to call few times after not hearing from them for a whole week, to be informed and sign off on the job all though they had our contact number. BUT they were able to finish it right on time before our big trip. The mechanics took the time to explain the work and the added little things that we were actually missing all together at pick up. Over all we were happy with the job and if we need more done would be back
Called for a 15 minute job, an easy to reach plastic air line, 4 hours later I called and asked where the service truck was...they arrogantly said...you go behind our contract customers....but thanks for the credit card info!

They tried to charge me $250 for an air leak at the fitting on my airbag while doing an alignment. The idiot that did it did not use a torque wrench when he shimmed it and my rears almost broke away from my truck.
THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. BEWARE!!!
Had to make a road service call due to an air bag on tractor. Very fast show up time and very fast at picking up the part and the install was also fast. The mechanic that did the work was very friendly and helpful. He even found out what was causing the air bag issue. Will be using you guys when ever I’m in the area in the future!
A week back i had my straight truck towed to this shop,it had an electrical issue in the dashboard where the wipers,charging pot and the lights in the cabin were all down. The front writer told me they gona fix this issue asap,they demanded six hours for diagnosis.one hour being $130.I agreed but after that nothing was fixed instead they demanded more 30 hours!! 30*$130=$3900! Basically all these dudes squeeze the hell out you and they don’t care other than minding about how they can get more money from you on a minor issue.. I had to pay them the first bill of $1000 and drove my truck to NC. Surprisingly,the truck they wanted to fix at almost $5000 on a mere electrical issue, it had to be fixed for ONLY $250 for just 2 hours!!!!!

Very helpful people, great mechanics. I had a head lite problem. Your mechanic came out and found out that the previous repair was done wrong. He replaced the lite harness properly and was done. Great job. 4 out of 5 stars leaves room for improvements . Thanks again.
Job is well done and fast, but if you didn't ask for an estimate ahead, they will call you an Easy Squeeze and will squeeze at least 100$ above the normal price .
