Went in looking for a car jack and I was told they didn’t have a jack specific to my car model (Rav 4). Like any other business, you reserve the right to refuse service to anyone but be upfront about it, whatever your motivations may be. When I pressed them about the ridiculous notion that a car jack only has to be model specific (they would not give me a ford/chevy jack), the old man got rid of me by saying it’d cost me $75 if they found one. So I went to pull n save and got one for $9.
Awesome parts for reasonable prices. I have been bailed out by this place multiple times and will use them again with no hesitation. Very helpful when it counts! I was able to great multiple parts that are matching color through these guys
Quiet rude, don't bother with them. Overpricing stuff like it is worth a million dollars. Seemed quiet annoyed by having to do their job.
