Here the goods are not subject to return, no matter what anyone says or declares. I bought a front axle shaft for Mazda6. The next day I could not return it. They said that they are not supposed to do this by law. I categorically do not advise getting involved.
Went in looking for a car jack and I was told they didn’t have a jack specific to my car model (Rav 4). Like any other business, you reserve the right to refuse service to anyone but be upfront about it, whatever your motivations may be. When I pressed them about the ridiculous notion that a car jack only has to be model specific (they would not give me a ford/chevy jack), the old man got rid of me by saying it’d cost me $75 if they found one. So I went to pull n save and got one for $9.
Bought some rear struts for my volvo and had them shipped to me in Nebraska. Great price and really helped out. Only place I could find some used ones and in good condition!

WAY over priced, rude. This dude thinks that because he has you over the barrel, perhaps being the only guy nearby with the part you need, that it's ok to rip you off. What a joke, I went there just because I didn't want to drive to another nearby place, but when I saw the price he was charging, I walked out and went to another spot and got my part for $75 cheaper than what he was trying to charge me. HE'S A RIP OFF!!!!

These guys know their german cars! They went above and beyond helping me find the right part for my BMW and when one failed spectacularly they made it right. Everything was fairly priced and If I could rate higher than five stars I would.

Horrible people, mike is a rip off. Selling parts like they’ve dipped them in too gold. Who would want to buy wrecked used parts for the same price as a dealership. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME ON THESE KNOW IT ALL PEOPLE. Bought my parts from LKQ for 4 times less then what this RIP OFF PLACE.
Well after reading the last couple reviews i was wondering if i had gone to a different place. i needed a few interior parts one in particular the little window lock button next to the hazard and DTC button in my 07 328i. i was expecting them to say sure weze gotz lotz of dem layin around. and i was thinking i would be walking out of there with the little button for $5.00 max but oh no. after hearing some lame excuse and then trying to be persuaded to buy the entire vent assembly with all three buttons and after telling them all i needed was just the one little button. they then tried to sell me just the button foe $25.00. WOW really i said $25.00 seriously. they said ya $25.00 and then said ITS REALLY NOT WORTH ARE TIME EVEN. Oh well there it is folks my money wasn't even worth their time. yet i drove 42 miles round trip from Portland to support local business but i wasn't worth there time so i got home ordered part off eBay for $8.95 free shipping. and people wonder why brick and mortar stores are going out of business. customer service grade F did they find time for a paying customer? grade F did they try to RIP ME OFF yes they did overall grade F will i ever go back HELL NO.....
Came here for parts for my 2001 E55 AMG. They had two in stock! They were the only one in town with an E55 and they have tons of rare and unique European cars there for hard to find parts. Staff was super helpful and was even able to confirm fitment for me on the spot. Call them if you're having problems finding parts. They also have really hard to find complete engines from M5's, Cayenne Turbo's etc.

First time working with this company, and their customer service is amazing. We took a gamble on a used transmission which ended up being no good, they helped search for other options, and when they came up empty handed they refunded our customers money with out a hassle. They also made recommendations about who else to try. This type of customer service is refreshing in their industry and their honesty is top notch.
If I could put more than 5 starts I would, GAW is the best in the industry! I was looking for an AMP for my Cayenne, and I was extremely satisfied with their level of service. Keep doing what you're doing guys!!
I want to say that this place has the best customer service out there! A few months ago, my car randomly caught on fire and burned the whole front end. In just a few hours I was left with no car.. Andy, the owner of GAW, and the whole team was there to help me out. They offered me a car to drive in for the time during which the whole insurance process was being figured out. Eventually, since the insurance did not want to pay for the damage, they towed my burned car for parts and offered me a Subaru Outback 2009 in trade. I cant promise you that they will trade you your damaged car with a different one, but I can definitely say these guys have a heart of gold and will go out of their way to help you out and make sure you are happy! If you EVER need any kind of parts or car service, make sure to call Gresham Auto Wrecking first. You wont regret it!
Needed an air suspension compressor for my allroad. They picked up the phone at 4:45 pm in Friday before labor day. They couldn't get it off the car in time on Friday but it went our Tuesday am after Labor Day and got here on Wednesday. Did a nice packing job and the pare worked great. I put it in and was driving the car the same day it arrived.
Bought a tranny for my BMW and Gresham auto wrecking guaranteed the tranny and it had a grind, so Mike and Andy made sure to get me another one and they took care of as they said they would. I will definitely do business with them again!!!!
Purchased a seat from them, recently called to see if I could return it as it doesn't fit the vehicle I am putting it in, he said that he only has a 10 day grace period on returns, this is day 14 and he told me there is nothing he can do. I will never look for parts at this place again, and will not recommend their services to anyone. I purchased the part the night before and was assured that the part would be ready to pickup in the morning on my way to work. I had to wait there for over 30 minutes for someone to go grab the part. Horrible customer service. I appreciate you guys making me late to work as well. I too was told that it could be returned if it didn't fit, but over the phone and after the purchase it's a whole different story.
I bought a set of wheels and they held them for me till I could get them picked up. When I was able to look the wheels over I found one with a bent/damaged lip. Mike was honest and said he didn't see the damage. He provided excellent customer service and refunded me $50 to help cover the cost of having the wheel repaired.
I needed whole bunch of parts for my e46 (hoses, radiator, control arm, reinforcement). They had everything for a really good price too. Whenever I need parts for my BMW again I know where to go.
I wanna give a shout out to the guys at Gresham auto wrecking... They are awesome. I called Saturday and talked to Fred about a drive line for my e46 coupe. He didn't have one in stock, so I called back Monday to see I'd I could order one. He told me he'd already called a couple places and couldn't find one. During chatting with him, I told him I was car sharing with my wife while my e46 was down, who works downtown portland while I work on the east end of Columbia blvd. He decided to call a couple more vendors and eventually found me one.
When I went after work to pick it up, I accidentally left my wallet on the counter. I called back after 5 (closing time) and he answered, expecting it to be me. The guys stayed almost an hour after closing time so I could get back across town to pick it up!
I can't be happier with the service they provided, and the quality of the part. They are stand up guys. I will DEFINITELY be using them again!
I was looking for a set of tires for my 2004 Volvo XC70. I came across one of GAW's postings on Craigslist; I got an awesome set of wheels and tires, and ended up buying most of an interior as well. Their prices are very reasonable. Fred and Daniel are wonderful to work with. They specialize in European brands--if you need European car parts from a yard you can trust, look no further than Gresham Auto Wreckers. I would give them many more than 5 stars were it possible to do so. Look for their postings on Craigslist.
Gresham Auto Wrecking, NEVER buy parts from them! They exaggerate on all there prices. The sales person there try's to persuade you that they're giving you a very good deal when in fact he's ripping you off. They tell you that you have the option to return and then when he hands you the receipt he tells you that he gave you such a good deal that there are no returns. That's completely crap.
