I called to try to get a part for my car i spoke to someone named bob he has very bad customer service he said he didnt understand what i was looking for and hung up the phone
Was Sold the wrong product. Then had to eat 50 bucks when returned. Id say make sure you double check when ordering but doesnt make a difference. Scaming at its finest
Was told it would be here on the 28th and it is now the 7th and no phone call no email nothing. Not very impressive I dont think I will recommend them.

The will call door is at the far end of the building so head east on NE Cameron till you get to the end of the building and turn left, they are at the back.
They do their best to make sure that you get the product that you want and they make sure that that product ends up in your hands they have an excellent selection of aftermarket parts and you can buy new or used as long as you've got your receipt you can bring the product back and no refund your money I've had nothing but good experience at LKQ Keystone Automotive
Dan took care of business got me a good price on my company account everybody that work with me on the deal did a good job can't complain got a hell of a deal on the part and that way to help me take care of my kids vehicle that broke down even having a shop never hurts to get good deals and that way and keep everybody rolling yes I would recommend giving these guys a call to see if they got everything that you need. I've Ben in the automotive field for over 45 plus years and heavy commercial Trucking equipment so it's hard to find good people in the industry like it was when I was younger good job for kids over there at LKQ and thanks again
Not good exsperiance at all. They gave me a broken power steering pump, and then we I tried to exchange it they tried to give me a different part all together. Now I have to wait for another 2 days for another one to come from Washington, and that's if they can get it right this time. We finally just asked for a refund. Its not always like this. Its a hit or miss kinda deal.
Ordered a side mirror, received the wrong part initiated a return and still I have not yet received my refund. I suggest you either check your part before you leave or just avoid doing business with this company.
The wait times here are just plain stupid. Bring lunch with you or maybe even dinner. Perhaps there understaffed? Spent 25 minutes here yesterday to find out my part wasn't even ready. Today I call first to make sure it was here and I've been here 20-25 minutes today waiting my turn in the line. That's why I was able to write this review..
Horrible service, messed up several of my orders, long waits once you get there to pick up your part, which they won't call you when it's ready. Decided to go elsewhere.
I ordere a core support through LKQ, the lady from corporate which assisted me in the purchasing stage of this transaction was very helpful, the system after that was terrible. They were suppose to call me when the part was ready for pick up and only when I called a week later they said it was ready. Fast forward to when I pick the part up they send me to the wrong location 20 minutes away in traffic, after getting to the right place it took an hour of waiting in line to get my part because the people helping at the window are the same people that then have to go look for your part and bring it to you, which holds the line up. There needs to be a quicker process, I will order online through someone else next time to avoid the hassle of keeping business local.
