We highly recommend and will use again in the future if/when we need a tow! We had a great experience with our tow and driver. On a crappy day for us, our tow truck driver was able to give us a smile and quick service. Best of all when he arrived to our house with our car and noticed 3 very excited children, he was sure to let them see the car coming off of the truck, and gave it a couple extra raises and lowers much to the kids excitement, AND gave them each a stuffed animal. Something that might seem little really broke the tension and stress for us, and most of all made our kids happy. Thank you to our driver, for taking the extra couple of seconds to give our kids a little show and understanding the excitement of little kids who like trucks!
Bob is a true master of his craft. He called before arriving and was within the 1-2pm time window. Within about 5 minutes he had my Escape loaded and off we went. He was wonderful to chat with on the drive over and had my vehicle off the flatbed just as quickly as he had it on. Highly recommend
We are car wrapping shop, and one of our cars we finished a project on was on the hydraulic jacks. Although the project was completed we couldn't make customer happy if we can't release their car as couplings on the jack failed which made it impossible for us to bring down the car. As we pride ourselves in customer service we had to find a quick solution to make the customer happy. I called AutoHaus and they were on site within an hour. Ty from AutoHaus assessed the situation, and rapidly found a solution. He was meticulous, detailed oriented, communicative and overall expert in what he does. The car was off the failed car jacks within 10 mins. We couldn't be happier. AutoHaus thank you and your team on being there for us and our customer.
