just payed 1100 dollars at this place to get my car back just to find that they had broken my window in (it was tinted) my filter for my cold air intake was just gone, and my battery was ripped out. when i asked them about the missing items they completely avoided the question.
I can't give 10 stars, or I would. We broke down off the highway about 25 miles north of Madras. When we called, Jim knew EXACTLY where we were and even described it back to us to ensure he got to the right place. He arrived faster than the speed of light! Not only that, but he was VERY kind and professional. We had a ride coming to get us, but he was still concerned about our well being and safety. He offered to give us a lift into town and was very accommodating. We need more Jim's in the world. I would recommend you call if you're in need. I know I was SO HAPPY and IMPRESSED to have a kind hearted, service oriented, local helping me in my time of need. YOU ROCK JIM!
Breaking down on a Highway in a 16 foot box truck, is a stressful situation. Fortunately Ira's rescued us quickly.. they gave us an accurate time frame, and made sure we got to our hotel safely. They had a safe place to store our vehicle until the rental company could retrieve it. Jim and his crew were Professional, courteous and trustworthy. They did alot to make a stressful situation easier to deal with. Thanks Jim and crew!
