Ive had a terrible experience with this yard. I called ahead to confirm they had a car door I needed, and they assured me it was available. I even called again before leaving the house to make sure it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, they couldn't find the door, claiming they had taken it off to give to me but then lost it. This is incredibly unprofessional, especially since I run an LLC and rely on timely and reliable service. Although they tried to make amends by giving me an overpriced $40 side mirror for free that I could have gotten on Amazon for cheaper and offering free delivery for the new door, the inconvenience and frustration were unacceptable. I needed this done before Christmas, and now my plans are delayed. Additionally, it has been 4 days since I was told the door would be shipped, and I'm still waiting. Calling them everyday to check on status of order. Very disappointing experience.

Recently was in need of a fuel tank for a Dodge Ram 2500 diesel and to my luck none were available locally to me. I considered buying online, but everything was either back ordered or out of my price point. Contacted Indian Creek and they were able to help source a tank for me and have it ready for pick up in a matter of time. The overall customer service was fantastic and easy to work with.
