Such a great business! Tow truck came and got my car out of the ditch after I was hit by a semi-truck and helped me get what I needed out of the car. Staff was super helpful walking me through the process with insurance!
Edit: You sent the bill through to Collections, don't even lie. The person we talked to at the front desk admitted you do this, as well as you using a third party for mailing your bills. It never ONCE made it to my insurance, so you're lying through your teeth to save face. Pathetic.. Had my car towed by AA after a wreck, and couldn't get to my car for almost a week for insurance or police files. Signed it over, and they said I'd get a bill for using their lot until the car could be auctioned off. Five months later I get a massive bill from a collection agency, with zero notifications prior from AA that I owed them anything yet.... My credit takes a hit, due to no prior communication on their end. Called customer service, and they were absolutely worthless, and had no answers for why they did that. Never doing business with these Scammers again. They'll just send you straight to collection.
