Careful of their drivers. One was blocking access to our business and talking on his phone. I motioned for him to move on because we have large trucks coming and going. And its posted no parking. He waved me off so I thought he didn't understand. I walked over to the passenger door and opened it to see if he was broke down. It happens. He went crazy and started screaming and yelling telling me not to touch his door. When I told him he couldn't park where he was he came across the seat and kicked at me twice, grabbed the door and shut it. Hate to see what would happen if a customer pissed him off.
This company helped quickly, communicated, and I was impressed with the speed and efficiency of this guy's work. He knew exactly what he was doing....very impressed with his professionalism, as well.
We have a large tractor that needed to be moved. Ron and Kevin were amazing, they figured out how to get it lifted and moved to a different location in our yard. They came out the next day after I requested the service and were amazing. I would highly recommend.
This company needs to have a serious conversation with their drivers. We had one following us so close on I205 (at freeway speeds) it was not only dangerous, it was illegal. We called the company to report it and they didn’t answer or call back. You can see in the photo of our rear view mirror how closely they were following. This lasted 5 or so minutes with us traveling a bit over the speed limit and no place on the right for us to get over and out of the way. We got over when we were able, they then proceeded to ride the next person’s bumper. They are an accident waiting to happen.
Do not get a tow from this company. They charged my card twice (for $425) gave me a refund no problem. Then two months later they have multiple people contacting me saying I didn’t pay even after sending them multiple copies of my bank statement. They proceeded to say they would be putting a lien on my car etc. This towing company should not be in business.
Young operator was quick and efficient as well as super friendly I don't think he was even 21 I have towed a bit and he was fast efficient and good price would highly recommend
Showed up an hour later than they said, charged 3 hours for a local tow, they blamed it on traffic, but my driver, who went to pick up the trailer from the broke down tractor made it the same route and distance in 35 minutes each way. They also charged $89 for a credit card fee. The total was $1064, to go from Columbia Blvd to SE Portland. I will never, ever call these guys again.
This company is trash! They towed my car from a legal parking spot and their only reason was because someone told them to! I had to pay a 200 drop fee and they have no remorse or excuse for their actions.
Horrible experience. Will only take CASH and made us pay over 12% of the car’s retail value to get it. Had it less than a day. Yelled at me over the phone. If you have any choice, go anywhere else!
Having to get a tow SUCKS. Having to get a tow for a vehicle you just bought and didn't even make it home in, REALLY SUCKS.
But it was refreshing to know that on a Saturday afternoon I could call and get a tow within 15 minutes (not 3 hours or a whole day like a couple other local companies) and at a reasonable rate. Kevin, my driver was also very friendly and polite.
Great experience overall.
2pm on a Monday, Flat Tow 52 blocks from 135th & Sunnyside to Tire Store off 83rd & Sunnyside.....$285.00, Driver was GREAT but said his boss made him charge that because I had a "Expressive Car".
Just know to ASK when you call how much. This was partly my fault because I didn't ask first and hold them to what should have been a $150 tow Max!
These people are good at what they do. I got the opinion that they actually care for the people they are trying to help.
I’m glad I didn’t pay to much attention to the negative Reviews. It only makes sense that people that get things taken away like for breaking the laws or not paying their bills wouldn’t leave a negative and defer blame to someone else.

They speak in third person. They won't offer an appointment, you have to ask for it. They can't tell you where they are located, just the area. Tried to charge extra fees for gate fees, daily fees, and holding fees. Different employees tell you different rules so you can get charged more.

Horrible company with horrible customer service, this company charged through the roof to tow a motorcycle less than 5 miles, on top of that they damaged my motorcycle during the tow and when brought to their attention I was met with anger and lies about trying to screw them over. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Over priced and under educated.
Excellent company! Called and they showed up within 10 mins mid day! Will definitely keep them in our phone book for future use! Good honest company. Thank you guys!!!!!

Work truck broke down on McLoughlin. Truck is a large white box van literally sitting in north turn lane on intersection of Roethe rd and McLoughlin. It took them over 2 hrs. and several conversations to explain the location. They eventually towed the truck a 1/2 mile - let me write that again - a HALF MILE to Chevy dealership. $365.00. Nope. Just, nope.
I had a very pleasant experience with this company, my car was stuck and when Angel arrived he was very helpful, friendly and on time. One of the nicest person I've met. I would totally recommend clackamas towing to everyone because they do an amazing job.
Clackamas towing is very professional, I would definitely recommend this company if you are in need of road side assistance and towing etc. Angel one of the drivers is extremely friendly and I can tell he just wants to grow his business by providing hard work and getting the job done right.
I called his company because it was the closest Google would show. I was only asking him to tow my truck less than a mile to my house and it cost me $225. That’s ridiculous I do not recommend this company ever.
