I have dealt with these guys 15+years, personally and with our fleet at work, extremely professional, knowledgable, and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone!
Bought car battery here 4 years and 4 months ago with a 5 year warranty. Battery ceased to start car this morning. After jump starting, went right over here. They have drive through type service. Pulled up to door and honked horn. They opened door right up and I pulled in. Told them what happened. Tested battery (1 dead cell), and they replaced battery with similar new 5 year battery. NO CHARGE for battery OR installation. This new battery will live out remaining 8 months of original warranty. Pretty much a BOGO battery. In/out in about 30 minutes.
Purchased a new battery for $200. Tried starting the vehicle 2 days later and it was dead. Put the battery on our tester, and it was at 5%! Took the battery back to this location to exchange and was given nothing but attitude. Was told they needed to put it on the charger, find out why it wasn't holding the charge. I said, no, the receipt clearly states: " Free replacement for 12 months".
Was told they had nothing to replace it with. ?? My husband went back later that day and told them he just wanted his money back, obviously the battery is defective. The guy claims he doesn't have to do that and proceeded to argue with him. Completely unacceptable.
Honor your policies, and treat your customers with courtesy.
We will never purchase anything from here again.
Purchased a brand new car battery 2 days ago, the very next day my car wouldn't start so I took it to AAA instead of Battery wholesale. AAA told me that it was a dead battery, with a 95% charge but only 25% health. They couldn't even do a full vehicle inspection because the battery was no good. I'm not sure if Battery Wholesale knew that they gave me a bad battery or not, but they were pretty rude when I came back to get it replaced, saying it wasn't the battery and probably the starter, when that was obviously not the case.
My wife took a battery in to get charged and the worker told my wife it was a bad battery just to get her to buy a new one which she did. So i charged the old battery (which is only 6 months old) myself and it work’s completely fine. Where is the honesty. I cant even send my wife to the store alone without being ripped off/scammed. Battery wholesale on central past king on the left hand side was the location.
Needed a new battery for my Honda key fob. Battery Wholesale had it and Lee asked if I would like him to go ahead and install it. I was back on the road in less than 5 minutes and out only $5 bucks. You can bet the dealer would have charged a lot more just for the battery.
Terry and Lee were great, they checked my battery and changed it out for me no problems. Plus it was less Expensive than other places I called great place I will definitely be back
I want to thank Lee and Rob for quickly taking care of my problem. My car wouldn’t start after work today and my key fob/metal key wouldn’t work as well. I have had AAA for 40 years and called them. A nice enough man jumped my battery but told me that my battery was dead. My husband recommended going to Battery Wholesale to have the battery tested. Lee and Rob tested my battery and said that it was in good condition. The key fob needed a new battery. I had it replaced and headed home. Excellent customer service and only 5-10 minutes of my time. I highly recommend this business!
Have been going here for at least 10 years. First customer this AM, not sure the young guy putting battery in has been here very long. Seemed to have trouble testing the batt. He put in new battery and said go ahead start the car. Glad I was watching him, because I said, “ you going to tighten the bolts down and clamp the air intake down”? O yea! I had to show him 2 other fasteners that he failed to tighten 😡

Great shop! Went in with a garage door opener backup battery and they had it on hand ready to go. Fast, quick service. The two gentleman at the counter were very nice and personable and we chatted for a few while my kids played with their shop dog. Can’t recommend a batter place for batteries. Thanks guys!
Took our car in for an oil change and was told that I needed a new battery before the cold temperatures set in. Took the vehicle back to Battery Wholesale where I purchased the battery 3 years ago. They quickly checked my battery and agreed that it needed to be replaced. My battery was replaced at “no charge.” I was “in and out” within about 20 minutes.

I needed a battery for my car so I called around and they had the best price so I went there and was impressed that you pull in and do not even get out of your car. They put in the new battery (fast) and I was on my way! Will definitely come back. Great customer service too.
I was beyond impressed with my experience here. I was looking for a very specific battery for my 1981 Yamaha motorcycle. I called up with the part number, and they had exactly what I needed in stock and ready to go. The price was lower than anywhere else, and they filled up the acid for me at no extra charge. All I had to do was trickle charge at home for a few hours. At most other places, batteries like this come dry, acid is sold separately, and must be filled up on your own. I highly highly recommend this place, and plan to come back for my other battery needs. Great staff, service, and availability.
Dropped a charger of here to be repaired. After 4 weeks they called and said "it was time to replace it". They had no explanation of what was wrong or why it needed to be replaced. I picked it up and sent it back to the manufacture that originally made it. They fixed it for $45 including the return shipping. I doubt that battery wholesale even looked at it. And if they did they they shouldn't say they are qualified for these repairs, because obviously they are not. They wasted 4 weeks of us having a machine not working due to a malfunctioning charger.
Chad and Lee were very helpful! They both helped me find the right battery to replace in my car and completed the service in a timely manner. Not only was the service fast, they were able to replace the battery in my key fob. I would highly recommend going here for any battery services as the service was great and the prices are fair. Bottom line, your attidue was terrible and it was the way you glared at me, giving me the impression you did not want to assist me. Maybe you had a bad day, but don't take it out on the customer. Please, have the owner call me, or better yet, maybe I will call them!
If you want to help me; help yourself by adopting a new attitude towards life and your customers. Who knows, you may be surprised on what a new attitude can accomplish, It may manifest itself by increasing the P in your P&L?
It's simple, you catch more flies with honey, which is what I tell my 8 year old. If you would have had the same helpful attitude that you struck in your reply, I would not be waisting my time writing this.
The staff was friendly and very helpful. They were able to help find me the correct replacement battery for my lawn mower. I had the same bad experience as one of the other reviewers. These guys are all smiles till you have a problem and want them to stand behind their product. I purchased several batteries from them one day but when one started acting strange and wouldn’t take a charge after 6 months they responded like jerks.
As soon as I entered the door with the battery the guy started telling me my charger must be junk. It was B.S. because the charger worked fine on other batteries. He gave the same excuses the other reviewer mentioned. They must have “talking points” they are taught in order to deflect any warranty claims. He was full of them and when I was able to disprove some of his theories he just moved on to the next one. It is clear that this company has no intention of ever honoring a warranty.
Anyone know where I can find a battery supplier with integrity? I buy about 50 car batteries a year.
Well, this is good. I bought a top of the line Platinum battery approx. two years ago with 5 year full replacement due to defect. I placed the dead battery on my charger for 10 hours at 6 amps and could not bring it up to full charge, about 75% is the best I could get. I took it back with the original receipt requesting a replacement and was told they cannot verify it is defective until it is fully charged. I tried to explain that it refuses to acheive anything better than 75%. They pretty much said sorry about your bad luck but no replacement. Never again!
Chad gave me the best customer service! He checked things over with me and was VERY detailed in explaining what was happening and what needed to be done. Extremely polite and helpful gentleman. I'm highly satisfied with the services he provided, and that he took the time to teach me about batteries and my car. 10/10 will come back. Prices are awesome, too.
Courteous and timely with their service. Chad cleaned off some corrosion on my car battery then took the time to charge it to full strength to verify that my current battery was still in good shape and did not need to be replaced. Amazing that such great service still exists in this world! I strongly recommend this team!!

Tim did a great job with the install and was FAST and courteous. I was there when the shop opened at 8 am and pulled out at 8:20 am with a new battery installed. Cleaned all the corrosion properly off the battery cables before installing new battery also. Top notch service.
I was having car issues this morning and after I got my car started went to have them check on a battery I had purchased last year. The battery was fine, but they also cleaned my cables and checked the starter. Very friendly and I feel like they went above what they had to do. Appreciated the assistance!
