Came in to get a car battery for my dying Jeep and let the guy know all the facts about it. After asking several times to go look at the battery, the guy couldn’t be bothered and gave me a battery. When I went to get it installed, was told I got the wrong battery and had to drive back to get the right one for my automatic stop/start after already letting him know about this the first time. Guy also charged me extra for the battery.

They do not keep warranty info so if u ever need to replace a lifetime part you have to keep your recept from 10 to 15 years ago I'll never buy parts with napa again autozone keeps all records in there computer and never have any issue with warranty

Hadmany cars serviced over the years. Always use NAPA parts. I get the lifetime warranty stuff. Now with over 200k on two vehicles it's paying off.
