Went there today to pick up parts we ordered. Guy behind the counter was rude and when he was asked a question about a part he replied I'm not a mechanic I don't know. Needless to say we will never shop this store again. If you can't be polite to people DO NOT work with the public

Syntrell provided excellent customer service today! I was frustrated when I came in with the issue I was having, and Syntrell's cheerful attitude and help turned my day around. We were able to fix the issue as well, and I was able to make it home with no problem.

Customer service could be better. It's not all the employees, but some are lazy and just not helpful when you go in. Some are excellent. They know who they are because they know if they're lazy or not. All stores suffer when they have that 1 person, and this place has that 1 person.

Just stopped in on this blustery day for a broken wiper. Not only were all 3 of the employees friendly but they were able to repair my wiper and have me on my way in no time! While she was repairing my wiper the other guy was wiping the snow off of my car. Talk about great hometown service!

I frequently buy at stow autozone , I never had such terrible experience, l have been here thrice , two star is for other two visits which were pleasant and because of one dumb person who uses foul language to get something back from where he put it to check price….

Went in to purchase 3 items I knew I wanted. Had a few issues in the past but nothing major. The associate was friendly and helpful the whole time. This time I went in to buy a battery jumper. The box was on the wrong price tag and the store manager offered me 10% off. Funny thing is, after the 10% it was still cheaper online at multiple stores and they wouldn’t price match. Manager was rude about it also, not sure why he was upset his products were on the wrong shelf and costed more than other stores even after his joke of a discount. 10% discount brought it to 108 and online/other stores was 99. Unless you want attitude and a waste of time for overpriced products, go to another store or order online.

I walked in today asking for help to check and add oil to my jeep. Austin F was SO nice! He showed me how to check the oil levels and added the oil for me. These guys are so sweet :)

Paid 100.00 on led headlights my drivers high beam burned out within about 2 months of using them. Dustin refused to do a refund on the headlights so now I'm stuck with LED lights that don't work AND I'm out 100.00.... sadly I won't be back to this location

I went in for a free battery testing, found out I need a new one, the manager Scott was nothing but helpful in finding me a new one and gave me options along with this he installed it. Would recommend

I pulled into the parking lot and there were a bunch of men outside smoking. Upon walking into the store, there were no employees inside. I waited until an older gentleman walked inside from the group, to assist me. He was courteous and helped me with my purchase. I asked him if they knew how to replace the taillight that is burnt out in my car. He had another customer, so he told me to ask the guys outside to help me, which I did. One man told me that he "wasn't on the clock" and "we don't do taillights, I don't know what the old man is talking about. He is mentally challenged. I'm sorry." I am absolutely beyond belief of this other employees' disrespect not only a customer, but his fellow employee, who was the only person who respected me during my trip. Thank you to the nice older gentleman, but I will not be returning to this store.

Bought wipers for both of my cars. I had trouble installing the wipers on both cars. Brought each car, in turn, over to this AutoZone store and the staff there installed the wipers for me and declined a tip when I offered one. Thanks guys! Awesome service! I'll be back when I need parts for my cars.

Horrible experience! Lazy employee called on 01/08/23 at 4:00 pm to confirm the part I needed was in stock. I also wanted to confirm that if i placed an online order that i would be able to pick it up by closing time (6pm) on Sunday. He claimed it was in stock so I placed my online order and headed that way. Half way there at 4:22 pm I get an email saying my pickup order has been canceled. I then proceeded to call the store numerous times and no one picked up. Had my girlfriend call from a different number and they instantly answered the phone. I had her ask why my order was canceled and the same guy claimed the part was not in stock and didn't know when they would be able to get it... Well the very next day (today) 01/09/23 I call first thing in the morning and get the "manager" I play dumb and just ask if they have the part I need in stock. He says they have it in stock and he has his hands on it. I explained the whole situation to the "manager" and he seemed like he didn't care and didn't want to hold his employees accountable.. I want to speak to someone further regarding this situation. Very unprofessional and just down right wrong! Terrible employee needs terminated.

Went in yesterday for a headlight, having no idea what I was doing. Was offered no help other than providing the light number I needed and had to figure out how to change the headlight myself as a clueless college student. I was disappointed as I have had good experiences at other Autozones in the past. I recommend going to a different store location if you need assistance.

I was just at this AutoZone to get a headlight for my 2009 CRV. Not only were both gentlemen friendly, but the one came out and installed the headlight even though it was spitting snow. I neglected to get his name unfortunately but thank you for providing superb customer service. I gave it 5 stars but for some reason it's showing 4.3..

While AutoZone has tons of great stuff, I'm usually only in for the basic maintenance items. There's almost always a tremendous "oil change" special. Got a full synthetic oil, oil filter, and air filter for $42. Can't get that price going to one of those quick oil change places.

I stopped at the auto zone in Kent on 59 yesterday morning on my way to work due to leaving the house and both of my headlights were out. I stopped to get new bulbs and Scott helped me out. He wasn't sure if it was the bulbs or a fuse so he came out to investigate. He had a bulb laying out and hooked it up to make sure it was the bulbs. He didn't want me to buy a fuse if it wasn't needed. He hooked up the bulb after much hard work trying to get it out of the tiny space it was in. It worked and he also switched out the other 1 as well. He went above and beyond for me and I greatly appreciated it!!! He is awesome. Thanks again Scott!!!

When you call 15 minutes before close to tell them that you'll arrive right at closing time and that you need a part to make a Father's day present happen and you wanted to make sure they didn't shut you out but you arrive at 9:01 and they all fly out of there as they watch you pull in it's pretty sad... But I honestly can't say I'm surprised. And if anyone in management actually cares it was today. Thanks for nothing.....

Our associate was beyond helpful!! My car had started misfiring, so he quickly ran a diagnostic, gave us our parts options, registered me for rewards & explained how to apply for a rebate! It was a quick, efficient, relatively painless visit (compared to the cost of paying someone else for the repair!😉)!

I had an issue with my Chevy Silverado, Bethe B. helped me troubleshoot the codes, & recommended Cataclean (?) fixed the problem & saved me from replacing up to 3 O2 sensors for no reason. She is smart & knowledgeable & I would recommend her to anyone who needs help with anything automotive related! 10/10 A++

These guys are such a hassle when returning items per conditions of return policy. They lack discernment dealing with colorful people. Seems like these guys were born in the Stone age. I am severely dissapointed with asszone. Have spent thousands and still get no respect. Go to advanced Auto on 43. They are a lot more cultured and down to earth. ADVANCED AUTO PARTS IS NO 1

When your car won't start, the last thing you want is a bad store associate helping you. Gary was the exact opposite. I had to walk to Autozone with my battery, so he opened early just to help me, and gave me a discount due to having to walk back. Very good manager, and he has been very helpful in the past. Highly recommend

Went in to get a new headlight. Sales person was polite, professional, and dilligent. Quickly identified and located correct part. Replaced the light bulb for me, saving me a trip home! Very helpful and would recommend. Prices are reasonable.
