I went there for them to check my battery and electrical system to see why my battery shorted out, it must have been that I had the lights on for 2 minutes after I turned the car off. They came out who took the machine and checked everything and everything was okay
The assistant manager Chris at this O'Reillys (store 4993) is great. I'm in a wheelchair, and the he came out to bring me my parts. Very nice of him. Thank you for going above and beyond! I recommend this store to my fiends and family
Had a fantastic experience with Anthony a few days ago. I needed a new AGM battery for my Dodge Ram pickup. He was accommodating, courteous, informative, and very helpful. They couldn’t assist me in installing it due to all my aftermarket stuff, however he came outside and handed me the tools I needed and kept me company while I changed it. He went over and beyond to make sure I completed the task I was taking on. Thank you Anthony!
Watch what you buy they sell you used parts. I tried talking to the regional manager and all he could do was insult me and yell at me. Horrible customer service.
I pulled up here with no brake lights and Beth the store manager immediately helped me. She also gave me new bulb lights free. Her and Christopher were exceptional I truly appreciate their business and I will return. I also needed air in my tire and Beth pulled her personal car around and used her air pump to give me air. They both definitely made my day if ever need anything car related ALWAYS SHOP HERE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT. I TRULY TRULY APPRECIATE THEM
came in and talked to a “manager” named beth , and absolutely disappointed, couldn’t help me whatsoever she acted like she didn’t know anything, the other employees there knew so much more then her and helps me with what i needed and as a “manager” that is very sad. great location with SOME fantastic employees but the management is kinda pathetic. thankyou so much to logan and anthony

On Sunday evening, July 2, 2023, I heard a screeching noise from my front brakes. I knew what this meant, time for new front brake pads with rotors, so I immediately headed to the Kent O'reilly's for cost of new front brake pads with rotors. My service representative was Anthony, and he went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. He not only got me the prices of a new front brake with rotors for my car, but without me asking him, he recommended a good mechanic to do the work for me; so I wouldn't have to do it myself! Thanks also to Shane for assisting me.
Wow I am truly blown away. O’reilly himself would be so proud of andrew! He picked out pink antifreeze (slay) and filled up the car so quickly! Honestly a 10/10 experience, and I’ll maybe be coming back!
The guys that work here are super friendly! They replaced my windshield wiper blades and my car battery for me. Great customer service, Highly recommend!
Very helpful crew here. I'm in a wheelchair so im not able to get in and out of the car easily, so they came out and changed my rear wiper blade for me. Not only that, but they were the only shop in town with my size blade (8"). I would highly recommend this store to anyone
Rude employee Mark had a problem with simply doing his job and putting in a new battery in the car for my wife. Apparently he has a problem with being outside in a little drizzle. Idc if it's cold out just do your job. Customer service can't be lacking when you have 2 other Auto parts stores within 5 minutes. Won't be back. I'll take my business elsewhere where employees have good attitudes

My daughter was in town for college. She lives out of state from us. She went to the Kent location and they were not only courteous and kind. But they were also helpful: they went above and beyond to make sure she was safe in her vehicle. It means the world to a parent that someone would treat my kid like that. I can’t thank them enough. Very very grateful to them.

Very dissapointed in the service I received recently - They guy behind the counter went in the back and was gone for 5 minutes, but didn't say if we was going to get my part or leave for the day.
When he came back to tell me what he found in the back, he decided to pick up the phone and ignore me, instead of putting the caller on hold.
I tried to relay my experience to the Manager, but he was no help and became aggressive with me!

I am so grateful for the very knowledgeable and friendly Brian that works at this location. O'Reilly's needs to give him a raise because he is the type of employee they need more of!
When I joined the O'Reily, based on the employee over, more 150 dollars spent will have your reward, 5 dollars into your email address. After a whole day, I didn't get anything. I called and talked to one of employees saying "When to have it". The employee said it took a few months to get 5 dollars reward. I laughed, and asked how to cancel subscribes. He goes "just throw away". Such a good sports. Please be aware of the trash info.
I absolutely love this group of guys. They are ALWAYS helpful. If you have any issues and need help with your car get ahold of Ed. He's helped my mother and I multiple times. I can not recommend these guys enough.
My car battery died suddenly and unexpectedly while I was vising friends in Kent. I called O'Reilly's and spoke to a man on the phone who walked me through every possible scenario and priced out the options for me right there. I wasn't able to get the car there until 6:30 on a Sunday, but you would've never known it was near closing time. The entire staff was very helpful and professional, a very nice man installed the battery there on the spot. I don't often write reviews however these men provided excellent customer service and really helped me out. I happily recommend this establishment.
