Took the truck in for an alignment and tire balance. Was told they couldn't do the alignment due to the vehicle needing a d/s lower ball joint and a p/s tie rod end.
Was charged $70 bucks and tires didn't even get balanced. Lol. Good grief.
Edit** The owner had me call and was very confrontational. He called me a prick because I didn't have an answer to what I thought was a fair price to be rejected for an alignment.
I was confused as to why he would ask me to call. 🥴😅😆
We delt with Zane at Ricks. We custom build a rollback. Zane was great from start to finish. We had the truck made in around one week, and the build exceeds my expectations. From start to finish the process was great. Thank you very much to Zane and the team at Ricks.
We have had several trucks repaired here. They have place lights on several of our tow trucks, and they have been amazing. Lucas is the service center is amazing, and he’s came up with wonderful ideas for us!
Absolutely amazing experience. Came with my mom for an oil change and i was not bored at all waiting. They have a tv you can use; newspapers to read; water, coffee, and hot chocolate to drink; and i got to meet their "mascot", i didnt get a picture but hes a cute little fluffy white dog who'll take all the love he can get, he's such a sweetie.

Talked to them a bout a Cadillac obviously damaged, headlight changed, finder misaligned, refused to put it on the rack for me to inspect. Rich was very rude, and non professional. Guessing they don't like cash

I have purchased 4 trucks from Rick since Sept. 2017. Most recently a brand new Ram 5500, since the day I picked it up I had to take it to the Ram dealer to have the radio fixed, the alignment done properly and finally had to take it back to “ricks” twice for them to fix the neutral release. Rick has deleted my comments on Facebook because he is a coward and wants to make everyone think he is a well established business person with integrity. WRONG, each time we have had to take the truck back its 45 mins on way. Why you might ask? Because RICK does not check anything prior to leaving the lot. $77,000 then you call rick for the third time with a issue on a brand new truck and he tells us that we have no idea what we’re talking about and it must have been something we had done. Let me tell you, when rick is caught in a lie or is incorrect get ready because he loves to start screaming & cursing at his customers. It almost reminds you of a child passing candy in the store, the parent saying “no” and the kid having a fit, kicking and screaming. I have spent over $300,000 at “ricks” since Sept. 2017 and this is how we were treated. We asked him to send someone to us to fix the issue since it was the same as before (with the free spool that is) and he refused. He holds zero accountability for his employees actions or his own. As you can see on facebook every negative review he has, he immediately has something to say or degrades his customers. Childish doesn’t even begin to describe his actions. Rick is attempting to save face to other potential victims on facebook by adding his far stretch of the truth comments and deleting mine. Good thing you can not delete a google review rick. All in, any business can be great when everything goes as planed. A business and/or business owners show their true practices when there is an issues that needs to be solved. Well, I have now seen the true “rick” at “ricks rollbacks” & “ricks auto sales”. I hope you read this and not make the same mistake I did thinking that this “family business” will treat you with respect & integrity. Check out the pictures of my post he deleted on facebook. We also had a video that he deleted.
I just purchased my 4th tow truck from Rick's. Every time I've dealt with them it has been a pleasant and professional experience. I look forward to more business in the future!
