Scheduled me in amidst their last hour of their workday. Incredibly kind and courteous. Kyle my mechanic was also very professional and pointed out future things to look at without pressuring service or sale. Delighted by my experience
Ive been having a rough time, and today to top it off my tires got messed up. I inched my way down to Firestone, and was greeted by Sofia and Sam. Thease two were super friendly. Sofia helped me start the processing, super nice came and looked at the tires and helped me with my choices. Once we got everything sorted she got my keys and i sat in the waiting room. Sofia and Sam kept me updated through the process and continued to be friendly the entire time. I felt so welcome with all the BS I have going on it was super nice to have friendly faces.
I will 1000% be coming back for my alignment and breaks when i need them done!

Sofia gave excellent customer service, explaining my options for service, and got me in and out the same day despite it being the end of the business day. I was treated like a real person and they went above and beyond to get me on the road safely. I will definitely be back!

Took my vehicle to get a tire plugged, they wanted to replace tire. I asked if they can put on my spare tire, they said yes. My spare tire was put on and when I left I heard my tire rubbing. About a short time later my truck caught on fire. A mechanic told me my front differential went out. I contacted Firestone to make a claim and the person that contacted me back after I finally reached out to corporate because no one from the store was reaching back out was very rude! Told me I should’ve read my handbook and they are not fixing anything! I wouldn’t ever recommend this store or Firestone at all.
Great shop helped me out in the great snow storm of 2026 lol had a flat and they fixed it with excellent service can’t say enough good things about everyone at that shop on 1/26/26
If you need a place for your KSU student to service their car, look no further than Firestone!! As a mom, who lives out of state and has a student going to KSU this place has been a Godsend! Mike and Sam, the managers, are wonderful, caring individuals!! They are honest about what absolutely needs to get done and what can wait a bit…..which is great when you’re on a budget! Mike is very thorough and patient at explaining the details of what is wrong and what is to be done. I highly recommend taking your car to this establishment!!!
Cannot say enough great things about Mike and Jake who got me in last minute to do a safety inspection on my van so that my son could complete his drivers ed. They were super busy, but Mike took some time to understand my situation, and then they went above and beyond to make it work. Great customer service. Would recommend this place to anyone!
Everyone was so sweet and helpful! Spoke a lot with Sam and Sophia, who were both very personable and great at walking me through the process. Will definitely be returning for anything I need done on my car!
Sofia and Sam were extremely helpful with getting me back on the road after a flat. Both went above and beyond to make sure my car was in good shape, conducting thorough inspections, and communicating throughout. Would highly recommend this location, and Sofia and Sam in particular.
The service at this location is amazing. The workers are super friendly and understanding. I know very little about cars and they take the time to fully explain the issues your vehicle is having in a simplified manner while giving you real advice on how soon it may need fixed. You truly can not go wrong with the staff here, especially the lady that works there she is very knowledgeable and helpful.
I dropped my car off to have two tires replaced. Had an appointment and was told to give them two hours. After three and half hours and not hearing anything I called. I was told they were just finishing it up and getting it ready to pull it out of the bay. When I arrived my car was still in the bay and the front end alignment was never done. I asked the service manager Mike Mabee why it wasn’t done and he responded very rudely “do you see how busy we are?” Well Mike no need to be rude and you should not have scheduled so many appointments if the shop couldn’t handle it. Maybe Mike should have started helping the mechanics instead of hiding behind his computer. I truly believe four hours is plenty of time to replace two tires and check the alignment. I am a paying customer and there was no reason for him to be so rude. Sophie at the front desk was extremely polite and kept apologizing for the way I was treated. Very poorly ran by the service manager
The staff at this facility is very helpful and friendly. We live in Pittsburgh and the car broke down in Kent.. They kept us informed and kept the vehicle until we could get it towed back to Pittsburgh.
Sam at Firestone makes this location much more than a place for maintenance & repairs. Her team is quick, thorough, and always willing to help. I recently needed new tires and they had them ordered prior to my arrival and had them installed so quickly. Whenever I need something and call, they can usually get me in same day and when I am there, it is very quick. I have a very busy schedule so the ease and convenience of this Firestone location makes it my go-to!
Words cannot express how fantastic the service was! Sam worked so hard to make sure I got what I needed all in one visit and was absolutely so sweet and friendly from the first moment I walked in the door and my car was well taken care of!
Sofia or Sophie I can exactly remember was absolutely amazing! I missed my appointment and she still was so kind to take me in and they got my car done the next day WITH discounts! These people are amazing and what they do with cars and people!
The person who checked me in and helped me out was fantastic. They were very communicative and kind. They worked with me every step of the way and was the best customer service I've had in a very long time. I'd return simply because they were amazing!

Every time I come here I get the best care. My company absolutely loves it here. They won't let me go anywhere else. We bring Every vehicle we have in the fleet here. Sam takes excellent care of us. I personally have been coming here for well over a year and don't plan on going anywhere else.
Got a flat tire and brought it in right away. Even though they were running behind and short on mechanics, Mike was super nice and helpful and took the tire and Eddy was able to patch it and have it fixed in under 2 hours!
