Very rude staff that will make you feel like you are inconveniencing them if you call to make payment arrangements. I guess they’d rather you just not call and tell them what’s going on. My car payment is up to date however I had a terrible experience with them and cannot wait to refinance. Predatory lending company, threatens to take your car even if you are less than 10 days late even though 10 days is when they will charge a late fee. Make sure you never have a financial hardship ever in life if you go with this company, they won’t work with you and will threaten you in a heartbeat. Very condescending and disgusting. Hope they go out of business.
I came to read the reviews, which really align with what I've dealt with with this company, is so sad they have ZERO understanding and not quite willing to work with anybody.. they act like they own the vehicle that im financing, for instance very first payment they never attempted to withdraw from my account. I even called them and said hey are you gonna take the money out they said yes, never came out next day I called to see why it didn't deduct they said I had insufficient funds.. had over 7,000 in my account so that wasnt possible they even charged me a $50 fee im so disappointed that I went through them and quite frankly looking to refinance with my credit union
Never dealt with any company who are disrespectful and harass you if your a day or 2 late don't finance through these people at all cost they are very rude and disrespectful they harrasst me over 1 day being short 20 dollars smh
Definitely stay away from them. Haven’t had an active car loan with them in MONTHS. Today they just pulled my credit without consent or any contact and gave me a HARD inquiry.
The only way this company gets five stars is their employees are making reviews!! If I can give them a -0 I would . Screw the last review about paying bills on time people get in a rut and the cost of living is increasing . This company does not care and will definitely try and get disrespectful with you.
Very rude can’t even answer the phone correctly I asked for one week extension cause my pay changed to no-weekly last was very rude and said no she wasn’t helping me she is a horrible person
Have had my car for 4 years with 100% payment waiting and they just called and cussed me out for being late...even tho it was only due two days ago and I paid more than half on my car..they have always allowed me to do so for almost four years. Now I just got talked to like I never pay my car.....I have 100%payment raiting on my credit...I can't wait to never have to deal with them again.
Never had a problem. Never missed a payment or late on the two cars I purchased. As long as you pay your bills on time you won’t have an issue lol (like the other reviewers)
I want to take my previous review away. I don't know who I talked to there, but she was a rude person. Basically said my priorities are not straight.. no lady, the economy is not straight... Need a new place to do business with right away.
Wish I had read reviews before I purchased my vehicle through them. I had no idea to whom my loan was with and I have to agree with all of the 1 star rate reviews. I'm in the hospital and they are awful that I am late. My payments was due Friday so, I was hospitalized on Sunday, still in and they're going to repo me for 7 days late on current pay. RIDE is plus curiosity for them.
The lady who answers the phone is so rude she’s not nice at all, she needs to take some customer service classes! I’ve had my vehicle 3 years and I’ve been late 3 times, but I’ve always paid. She told me I better make my payment or return the vehicle or they will come get it. This is my third strike! Lmao what are we 5.. I can’t wait to get out of this loan! She’s so rude! I’m a business owner and I’ve never ever talked to any of my clients like this!

Just had someone go out to my mother's house over making a half payment and arranging to pay it today. They were looking to repo the car today. If you are even one day late, expect to be harassed like no other. It is worse than any collection agency. They will call your employer and bombard them, they will go to your mother's house and tell her they want to repo your 26,000$ car over being 120$ late even if you told them you will pay it the following week. I am refinancing and would recommend anyone to stay away from this place
The only reason its not one star is because they did help me out when I needed it. HOWEVER I have never been late on a payment thus far and wanted to check to see if maybe I could overall change my payment date after I paid the next month. Whoever I talked to (was a women) had an attitude immediately and started going on about how they can repo my car and this and that and how I better make my payment on time. I've never been late. However I can't wait to get out of this contract. Never dealt with somebody so unprofessional. I honestly just hung up. I won't be talked to that way over something that small. It was a simple question?
Payment less than 30 days late, many harassing phone calls and threat of Repo even though I informed them payment was going to be made in less than a week payment planned to be made in four days.
Make sure you deal with a legitimate company. I filed a chapter 11 bankruptcy after finding out I owed serious back taxes they still tried to fight me. Now all they do is harass you with relief from auto stay letters when your late. DONT EVER finance from them. If any bank is local don’t even do it. The worst place ever. Rita is owed more money and they don’t even bother me smh.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. They were there when I needed help financing a car which was great… but they are extremely rude. Like… I want to refinance my car with someone else that’s how bad they treat customers
I have had two loans through this company. They specialize in providing loans to people who have credit challenges. If you take a loan from them be advised that you should do so with the intention to establish/fix your credit by making ALL payments on time, not a single day after the due date.
I have never had a problem with them and am grateful they were able to help me given the situation I was in when I borrowed from them. My only complaint is that they charge for online and phone payments.
Again, they deal with people who have credit challenges and they don’t play. As long as you meet the terms of your loan, a contract which you signed, you won’t have a problem.
Great Company to work with Michelle and Tina are both great to deal with on a regular basis . Also for Mr. Klaben to give me a second chance for a loan was amazing , great guy he is and I am truly Thankful to him . I used Auto Loan for both a used vehicle and also I purchased a new vehicle with them , and I would have used them again for the 3rd one if they did outside loans , again Thank You all for what you have done for me and I would highly recommend this company and also the Klaben Family !!!! And as for the negative reviews people are leaving simply pay your bill and they won't have a issue they divide your payments up in half monthly it's not hard smh !
Car loans for people without perfect credit. If you have a job, they'll finance you. Higher APR than mainstream lenders, but make your payments on time and you'll never have a problem. Pay off your car and it builds your credit. I've never had an issue with any of the staff. Are they friendly? Maybe not, but I didn't come here to buy friends, I came to buy a car. They're professional and efficent.
The program is good, Klaben was excellent to work with! Unfortunately one bad apple can ruin the entire barrel and the person we deal with the most, which directly affects how we view the company, is beyond RUDE to everyone all the time for no reason!! I believe most customers would rate much higher if not for our extremely unpleasant interactions with said person!!

Don't listen to these bad reviews the folks here at auto loan are great and you will get finance and have no probs at all if you make your car payment like you supposed to

Wasnt even a full month behind, lady said she'd reposess my car and did so in less than an hour, these people are never in a good mood. One lady there implied that I had been driving a car uninsured and contradicting herself I caught her in a lie about the way their payment process really works before she took my car. Please if you have any sense when looking for a car do not go through this company and dont try to get financed through Klaben motor sales because this is one who they go through. Only gave 1 star because I had to tell about this.
This place is really insane and sick ast the same time you have the two chunky woman sitting in the back either eating or on Facebook or evening smoking like crazy outside lil ms piggy and chunky bear than you have the white chick with black hair trying to play the thug of the group hahahaha making threats trying to speak to you like your a nobody when they never know who or what people do they blow up your job or cell phone even if your a day late knowing people don't get paid till a Friday this company is a huge mistake and I can't wait to buy my new jeep and get over these petty people the best person they have is the blonde with blue eyes she's always happy and very caring but to everyone else have a heart scums
I have honestly never been treated with such wonderful customer service and respect. When no one else would finance me, (I had no credit, not bad credit which is actually way worse) Auto Loan came through. This is actually the second time I've financed a car through this lender and have had no problems whatsoever. They offer everything they promise and even allowed me to pay off (my first) car early, with no penalties. I highly recommend this lender!
Rude people, loves to reposess and will spend any amount of money to do so! Doesn't treat all customers the same! I recommend you stay away from Klaben Motor Sales and Auto Loan! There worse than CNAC or DBS... Byrider and ABC Motor Cars!
