My battery died right outside of Mansfield because of a bad alternator. They got me in the same day. He was also so kind to me over the phone and talked through everything before I even got there. Feeling very grateful and happy with the experience.
These guys are as good as they get and don’t rip you off with BS charges or talking you into fixing things that don’t need fixed. Definitely recommend.

These guys are great. Fair, Honest prices, they'll tell you what's wrong and fix it for a good price. They also keep you in the loop which is what any mechanic should do. Good shop with good people. Go to them for all your vehicle needs.

Tyler was absolutley great, we were just passing by from california and was recommended by Matt from O'Rileys. We got there 30 min before closing and Tyler was kind enough to help us, even got the job done in less than an hour and our truck was running just as smooth as before.
I called for repairs and was taken in the next morning. Needed my car by 4:30. I got a call with the problem and the cost to fix it. The price was very good. Drove it home after work. I will go back if I need further work
Jp does a great job and dosent try to gouge you for repairs that u didn't even ask to be done like most all dealerships do...overall a great experience everytime I've needed his services.
Only have one vehicle for work and pleasure had problems with cooling system drop it off at night they call me by noon the next day make sure I had a vehicle for work. The work was quick and the price was real close to the estimate nice people to work with

I've been using JP's services for a long time. I'm a transplant from another state, and when I first came to Mansfield, I had a extremely bad experience with a mechanic who destroyed my transmission because he didn't know what he was doing. I found JP Auto by randomly googling close mechanics.
I've been extremely happy with JP's service, he's quick, affordable, and will not fix anything that doesn't need to be done.
There are times where he will look at it within a couple hours of bringing a vehicle in. This is UNHEARD OF at any mechanic, anywhere! He will not rip you off, and definitely knows what he is doing. If needed, he will show you exactly what he recommends replacement.
He has been known to refuse service if you only want to use a cheap part, instead of a decent, quality part, if he knows that you'll simply be needing to replace it again in a couple months. This is not because he wants you to spend more, it's because he doesn't want you to have to incur the same expense in a couple months fixing the same problem, ultimately costing you double what it would originally cost with a quality part.
He has the best pricing on parts, and does not jack up the price to rip you off. Unlike some of the brake repair shops in Mansfield that will charge you $80 for the BRAKE PAD PART, he will charge you the real cost, which is about 1/3 of what the brake repair shops would.
All in all, best mechanic shop in town. You won't be disappointed, nor will you feel taken advantage of.
