I broke down on 30 E. this morning . I’d call my insurance company fat towing out Mansfield. The driver Was there a faster than I’ve ever been picked up before I didn’t wait about 30 minutes on the side of the interstate. The gentleman that says to me picking me up was cool. Give good conversation the newest job and he was fast. He got me home and park me right where I want it to be. I appreciate what you did.
We were stuck at 1130 at night in snow. We called and they quickly dispatched a wrecker out to us. We were pulled out in under an hour from the time I made the call! The price was incredibly reasonable! Highly recommend!
I can’t thank this tow truck company enough. They were prompt, professional, and genuinely kind during a time of need. Their help made a stressful situation much more manageable. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing reliable service.
Horrible service! They damaged my vehicle last Thursday (Christmas Day) and I have been without a vehicle since then-4 days now. The owner said he was going to fix it, but no definite date or time. Now he’s not answering my calls.
They were very professional and kept an open line of communication. Keeping us in the loop. Where they were, how far away they were, when they would arrive. They put my mind at ease and were good at their job. Refreshing to see those that really know what they're doing and take pride in doing it right, the first time. Plenty of businesses to choose from for towing. You should choose this one.
Chris did a great job with rescuing my daughter and her family when her tire blew out. He responded quickly and the rate was reasonable for the distance. Highly recommend and I will personally use them again for any towing needs. Thanks again, Chris!

Had to get towed and Chris came and got me taken care of, and when I asked if I could ride with him to pep boys where I was going to get a ride home He even went out of his way to take me home instead. Could genuinely tell he liked his job which is pretty rare these days.
Do not let AAA dispatch anyone else but WESTSIDE Towing. I fooled around with another towing company for over an hour before they said they couldn’t tow it because they brought a flatbed and couldn’t figure out how to lift the hood. The next day I tried again. AAA sent WESTSIDE within 15 minutes of them arriving the car was loaded up and on it’s way. Very kind and friendly folks -made a bad situation a little more enjoyable.
Chris was absolutely the best! Very competent and very polite and well mannered even though he had a tricky situation to be able to load my car. Very good job!!
Justin is the best!! We have used different towing companies in the past and Justin at Westside towing is hands down THE best!! He took the extra time to make sure our vehicle didn't get messed up and had no problem answering our questions. Definitely will be calling them again if a need arises.
Man Joe was a fantastic man. Not only did he tow my vehicle he showed me exactly what I needed to fix. And even tho he was on call n had got woken up out his sleep, he was very nice and went above and beyond by fixing 1 of the issues himself. Thank God for Joe!! Excellent service

Blew a tire on the highway and they were contacted through my insurance company. Responded very fast and were able to deal with a stripped lugnut and change the tire quick and point me in the direction of a local tire shop due to not trusting a donut tire for the rest of my 3hr drive
They were supposed to call n lmk when they were coming. They called me twice n hung up. Then they called my husband and talked to him . When the guy from the company got here he just stood in my driveway texting for like 10 minutes
Finally he came to the door and stood there
for a few minutes, didn’t even knock. This company is not very lady friendly from my experience and can’t communicate with the customer.
Had my truck towed to Shelby today from Mansfield, and my driver Joe did an excellent job, telling me everything he was doing and being cautious with every move. Tow went smooth and highly recommend!
The estimated wait time was an hour and a half but they arrived within about 30 to 45 minutes. Friendly guy showed up and got the vehicle home for us in no time at all. Super professional. Would recommend!
Justin towed my car from Mount Vernon, OH to Weekly's in Butler, OH to be serviced tomorrow morning. He was professional, kind and patient getting the job done efficiently I couldn’t have asked for a better driver. Great company, great employee 5 stars!!
My daughter and son-in-law were bike down in Belview, Ohio. AAA could not get anyone to take the contract to bring them back to me in Dayton. They waited 4 hours until we called Joe at Westside Towing! Joe was absolutely fantastic to work with. He called on some of his drivers and got one to take the call. I can’t say enough positive things about how they came through for us! If I’m ever in need again I will definitely call Westside and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! Thanks again for all your help, Joe!

I got my car stuck on a stump, thought I would be there all night. Joe was out in less than 20 minutes and got my car in stuck in less than 10 minutes without any damage! Westside Towing and Joe specifically are awesome! Definitely recommend them to anybody and would for sure use again in the future. Thank you for the help and awesome service!!!
The gentleman who towed me from my hotel to PepBoys was kind but he left a tow chain on the car on the passenger side rear tire area. We aren’t sure what happened but the hook on the chain bent the suspension frame and scratched up nearby parts. PepBoys was able to remove it and changed my tires so I could get home (which was not in Mansfield). Now tomorrow I have to go to VW to get it checked and likely fixed. Someone at Westside Towing told the guy at PepBoys they would pay for repairs since it was a PepBoys towing service contractor. Waiting to see if the damage is bad enough that will require work before contacting Westside.
I found myself in a very bad situation and needed a tow. I was fortunate enough to have a great driver answer my call for help. He was extremely frustrated but understandably so. He got me out and towed my baby to the shop to have a repair done. Overall, this is a decent company with honest employees and quick service.
After our roadside assistance through USAA messed around and sent two companies that never showed, Paul from Westside got our broken truck and camper trailer from Mansfield to Columbus without a hitch. He is a jewel! He worked through several problems without breaking a sweat. He even tried to refuse a little extra money as a tip. Can't recommend these guys enough. Thanks for pulling us out of a bad situation.
Joe was definitely a help when statefarms wasn't providing me with assistance! It took him less than 5 mins to fix my tire and find where I was located!
