Great customer service and I got the exact parts I needed for a fair price. I would definitely recommend getting your used parts here. Such a nice resource to have in our backyard.

From my experience, purchasing from Milliron Auto Parts is a risk, and they are certainly undeserving of my trust as I found they were dishonorable of their word! I bought a used replacement 3.6L motor for my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited costing over $3K. I was assured that the motor had been ‘tested and validated’ for stability; however, following many installation labor hours and extensive costs with hopeful anticipation of my Jeep being drivable again, it was discovered diagnostically that the timing chain was loudly rattling with e-codes proving the replacement motor’s malfunction, requiring additional expensive costs to fix it. When I reached out to Milliron for understanding and assistance, I received only arrogant rudeness from the general manager, who insisted, he himself checked out the motor, all while attesting that they have no certified mechanics to effectively prove motor durability. When I pressed for cost coverage mediation to fix the faulty motor I purchased from them, the general manager insisted (while self-righteously talking over me than listening), that he had already talked to me for “8 minutes” and "couldn’t do anything more" than offer (unreasonable solutions) or a motor return/refund, without conscience for the additional labor hours and costs to uninstall their faulty motor and return it! Before closing our conversation, the general manager excused the dishonor of selling a faulty motor as “we are human and errs can be made” without principle for the trouble I endured and costs I incurred because of their evaluation insufficiency! Moreover, I escalated my concern to the owner of Milliron Auto Parts via email and wasn’t provided so much as a courteous reply! Clearly, client satisfaction is the least of their priorities! Yes, these are used parts and risk is inherent in purchase, but this motor could not have been ‘tested and validated’ adequately. We live in a broken world whereby selfishness reigns above all else, but I had hoped a business who claims a reputable history would be honorable to sell used motors that are solid in value and aid its customers with solutions when their so-called ‘testing’ efforts fail greatly short. Defensive and dismissive communication is only further illustrative of their poor integrity. As a Christian, I am frustrated beyond words and I’m left with yet another footprint reminder of the ethical corruption our society endures. Nonetheless, I take solace in biblical peace, according to Deuteronomy 32:5 (NKJ), “They have corrupted themselves; They are not His children, Because of their blemish: A perverse and crooked generation”, furthering in Deuteronomy 32:35-36, “Vengeance is Mine, and recompense; Their foot shall slip in due time; For the day of their calamity is at hand, And the things to come hasten upon them. “For the Lord will judge His people and have compassion on His servants”. For all the unsuspecting customers who will fall prey to their lack of dignity I've experienced, I wish you the wisdom of discernment before you pursue purchase from this establishment.

I found a door panel that looked just like mine even tho it came from a car 2 years newer. When I got it home I found that it mounted entirely differently. I expected a hassle when I took it back but my money was cheerfully refunded.

Bought a transmission from the verified auto parts first they ordered the wrong one took an additional 2 weeks to get the correct one in the transmission I got had 17k more miles then the one I paid for and they offer no compensation for selling me something different then what I paid for. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

Had an engine warranty that was considered life time warranty. Once needed replace was told I get a 90 day warranty and they stop lifetime warranty’s this month. After further conversation I was told I could get a lifetime warranty but would not be able to due to the mileage on the replacement engine they were giving me. I question I thought you didn’t do lifetime warranty’s anymore starting this month? His response was not on this engine due to the mileage. So my lifetime warranty was voided due to the part they had available does not make since. I told them I would wait for an engine with less miles he said they only had 1 in stock which I had a friend call after I purchased and they had more. The sales guy Dylan Carroll was very rude and unprofessional even to the mechanic I was getting the work done at. I gave him the location I needed the engine delivery when the engine came he left me a voicemail at work telling me to come pick it up. I called and ask why wasn’t it delivered he act like the conversation never happen that I wanted it delivered. But I never had to provide an address or name of the mechanic because he already had it. Once the engine was delivered he never notified me to tell me your engine was delivered the whole experience was awful and I will never give them my business again. Bring back salesman Ed he was a blessing to work with. THIS IS ONLY MY 4th review ever that’s how bad my experience was. Also engine was not complete no wiring harness thermostat housing turbo or anything that’s was included in the initial replacement

Horrible service, I have had to return parts that work long enough for the warranty to get close to running out.I called Today to check on yet another replacement for the 2nd occasion. Yes your starter is here came in around 11am. I explained that my Daughter would come by after work. She gets there ,to be told the part was damaged in transit, I had to call there, speak with someone who has to be a Family member or on heavy dosage medication. I would travel to a farther competitor. Spending money with a Business with what I consider Horrible Customer Service .

I always end up there like right at closing time, yet the staff is friendly and helpful. I take my cans in here b/c I feel they are consistent about how the weigh your cans, unlike the other place. I dont care for getting a check, but its not that big of a deal, I just cash mine at Kroger, since I bank with Chime. Kroger only charges 1.5%, or maybe 2%, not sure but its not much. But everyone is so polite and friendly at Milliron, even at 5 till closing!!

Bought multiple remanufactured engines from these guys had one that was bad from the remanufacturer. Millirons refused to warranty it and we couldn't even get the warranty department to return our calls. Eventually disputed the charge since the second engine they sent us took off and ran perfectly fine. After the dispute they refunded the engine but not the core ($300), and not the labor ($50 per hour 20.4 hour job) that is allegedly part of their parts and labor warranty they claim to have. Figured it was a one off thing still ordered a few things from them. Then ordered a steering column for a customer and it comes with a destroyed clock spring and wiring harness only for them to tell us after the fact they can't guarantee clock springs. After the part shows up considerably late when we were told it was three days out last Tuesday and we received the part next Tuesday. I try to use them to save some customers some money when applicable but they seem to be getting less and less reliable didn't use to have any issues with them. Definitely questioning doing any more business with them after wasting my and my customers time and money. After spending between ten and twenty thousand dollars with them over the last 3 years it's just a bit ridiculous

AWESOME for a gear head. Tons to choose from and organized by section so what your looking for is easily attainable. Bring your own tools and something to carry them because you will be walking through rows and rows of cars, you have to leave yours on the other side of the fence. They do supply plenty of wheel barrows to carry your parts back if needed. Friendly old school mechanics are there to help you if you have any questions.

Have damn near anything you want for a vehicle. Most of it you have to go and get it off the vehicle. They tell you where to locate it. Bring your own tools but they do have wheelbarrow to use.

Clay was very helpful and found what I have been looking for. Had everything all set. He called me back a few hours later and said GM said they couldn't sell to me because my credit card is from Indiana, where I live. What the hell is that all about? I've never had anyone refuse to sell me something because I live in another state. He offered the number of another yard they work with and that guy priced me the same with 2 major parts of the assembly missing. Pretty unhappy at this point.

Great place to get part. You take your own tools and take the parts off. Can get batteries and tires too. Great people inside to deal with. Can tell you what isle you need.

Well organized with friendly and helpful staff. The prices are reasonable. The parts are of good quality. If you're not real sure what you need, they can help you. Want the cheapest prices? Pull them yourself. They even have some basic tools you can borrow if you forget something. The best place around, really. Been there several times and left happy each time.

Always great service and decent prices. Can often get parts that the chain stores can't. There are different hours for the pick and pull lot vs the full service office. Best to call before you come.

Pay $2 to get in and pull your own parts! Paid $8 for a brake caliper vs $75, used, online...

The junk yard is neat and organized. Be prepared to pay a $2 admission fee per person and don't wear any open toed shoes or you won't be allowed in.

You can tell they put a lot into making the yard look presentable. I'm not sure how quickly the inventory is replenished but I was able to find some parts that I needed, including a set of 4 used tires which are great so far. I spent a few hours there recently and realized I lossed my car key, it was not on a bunch so I was very worried and it was getting late plus I had an hour and a half back to Columbus ahead of me. I retraced my steps and was able to find the key within minutes. I'm talking about somewhere that was covered with a thick blanket of snow everywhere that you could hardly push a wheelbarrow through. Had it not been for the effort they put into making the yard clutter free as much as possible I know I would have never found my key. I've been to many junkyards and this one stands at the top of my list in terms of going the extra mile to appeal to customers. Even the wheelbarrows are fancy. I don't mind paying the $2 for the entry fee because of my experience there. Keep it up!
