We had a skid steer that was inoperable, in the field on our property and could not get it started. We were given his name from another business and he came the next morning . He diagnosed the problem, went to get the part, came back , put it on and it cranked right up. Justin is very knowledgeable about machines and repaired ours in a timely manner. His fee was reasonable.
Update (2025) - Still have not received a call back or our money back. The sheriffs office knew exactly who I was referring to when making report but advised legal cost would be more than $380. So we let it go. Completely disappointed.
Stolen money!! Calling and texting repeatedly with no response. Paid $380 via CashApp for JR to get replacement part he took off my fiancé truck, not only did JR take the old part with him that he took off( which we paid him $240 for) - he NEVER came back with the new part after we paid him an additional $380 to purchase replacement. Called him several times and texted him and no response. So he now has the old part and $380 for the replacement we never got.
Calling law enforcement and Having to report money stolen at this time with my bank- huge inconvenient, unprofessional and illegal practices here. DO NOT USE!

Amazing guys! We were having trouble with our campers slides and jacks not working correctly. Jr came out to the campground, found the problem quickly and went to get the part to fix it. I would highly recommend JR'S if you need a fix.
I can't begin to put into words how much of a life saver Justin and his family was. My truck caught on fire and was in need of immediate repair. I was basically stranded in NC for almost a week but Justin and his family made me feel at home. The business is located about 8 miles outside of the town and they even assisted me with transportation to the hotel I stayed in because I could not get any kind of taxi whatsoever. He worked tirelessly, even taking timeout of a wedding rehearsal to work on my truck so I could be up and running. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. If you're ever in the area and have any truck issues, don't hesitate to call. I'll never forget his kindness.
Awesome service. Was able to come out and help Identify a shake I was having in my steering after coming down the mountain from Boone. Good fair pricing that doesnt take advantage of truckers also.
My trailer brakes was acting up on my trailer. I called JR’s and explained what was going on. He told me to come by. Got there and within 15 minutes, he was able to diagnose the problem. To make it better, he has the parts to fix the trailer. To man things even better, he allowed me to park my rig at his shop so that I didn’t have to drive one hour away to a Truckstop. Great professional service. I highly recommend JR’s Truck and Repair!

These guys know trucks! Justin fixed a terrible vibration coming from the rear of my truck. Took him 45 min! Also purchased a programmer from them. He set it up in minutes and I love it! It has amazing power now! Great people!
