Went here because one of my headlights burned out. The young man helping me was kind, courteous and extremely helpful finding me the correct part in seconds. He even installed the new bulb for me!
The guys that work there are friendly and knowledgeable. There was plenty of choices for a hitch installation on my car. Their hours are nice too since they're open early.
I would NOT recommend I stopped to get my battery checked and it was bad but the person working there did NOT know how to change my battery so that building lost 200$ today because the employee didn’t know how to change a battery and it’s posted free battery check and change
Nataleigh took a day trip to visit Collin. On the way back had the left rear tire blow out.

This trip is mostly rural open land. God was looking out for her because she was close to a town. She was an hour and 16 mins from home.
HUGE Thank you to Wiley and Chris. These men took time to help Nataleigh. They changed the tire. Pumped up the spare and did so in cold and windy weather. 37 degrees, 23 wind chill. 12 mph wind.
Very thankful for all your help. God bless you both. O'Reilly's you have two very fine men working there. Such a God send in her journey home.
Now time to get a new tire tomorrow. The screw went through the tread and ripped through the sidewall.

I bought an A/C compressor and the new part was bad, the store manager did not check the other store to see if they had one in stock and said she had to order it, i then had to buy the second part and was charged for 2 core charges. i was told that i could file a labor claim to cover the extra charges for shop bill. my bill went from $195 to $990 because of this. this was In April, I am yet to hear back and i called to speak to GM Jason and he never returned my call. after calling the 800 number i was told it could take 6 to 8 weeks to hear anything. store told me 10 days, they need to train the staff and if she had looked at the other store, the part didnt have to be ordered!!! Dont go to O'Reilly for anything!!!
Had the brake pads for my 1997 Ford Mustang GT in stock and the same price as the competitors. It was closer to my house which made it convenient for me. They also let me borrow the caliper tool that came in very handy. The employees were very polite and helpful.
They are awesome, knowledgeable and polite. Never had any issues highly recommended. Always found they are cheeper than the rest of the auto part stores. Parts are good quality.

I stopped for a battery, it's a typical Fall, rainy, dreary morning. The gentleman that assisted me, was very professional, courteous and respectful. He proceeded to change the battery, which was twelve years old, made sure my vehicle would turn over and crank as it should. I had been told a day or so prior, that my battery wasn't 100%. I asked him to check it for me using their equipment, it was bad, very bad. I'm very appreciative of him taking the time to ensure the job was done properly and effectively. I also appreciate him testing the old battery because I asked him to. Dealing with the "public" as he does, he does what people ask him to do, I was no different. That's why he didn't test it first. Thank You Again!
