Good place most of the people know what there talking about if not they will get someone who can help you better

Personel at counter in the evenings are not well trained in how to do their job or find the right part people need.

I like the atmosphere. They have the best drinks around. The customer service is flawless. There's a trio that always help me. Chris, tyler and wade. There swell guys.

Don't tell Jesse, from Advance across the road, that I've been here. O'Reilly's loaner tool selection is better. Update: sometimes the staff is not as knowledgeable as the company would like one to believe. When faced with a simple question, one employee faltered and asked another. The other employee did not know, did not care (as witnessed by facial expression), and did not try to find a suitable answer or alternative means of collecting requested data.

Great service BUT OPEN UR BOX!! got a used part instead of new one ? should of opened it but hey i shouldn't have too right? But wont be going back...no axle or money ? so which worker got it?

Can get the parts for my truck within a day of ordering them but prices are a little bit high.

Very helpful staff! He helped me carry some stuff out when I went so I didn't have to make 2 trips

most everybody knows their job and knows how to look up parts does a great job finding parts for you and what you need

They really need some training in customer service. Very rude and unfriendly. This is the only parts store in my hometown that has the most unprofessional attitude in dealing with the public. No time to waste dealing with untrained employees and most unfriendly!!!

They have a large variety of just about anything you need very knowledgeable staff I was well satisfied with my visit to O'Reilly's Auto Parts

This store is great. Everyone there was very kind and accommodating.

We have had excellent experiences at this location. William has gone above and beyond to help us with two of our cars. He replaced the battery in our Jeep and ran thorough diagnostic testing on our Durango. The staff is prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. Would highly recommend this O’Reilly Auto Parts!

Nobody in town had or could order a part I needed. O'Reilly's took the time to look up the part. It was here at 7:30 the next morning. I'll be going back.

My truck wouldn't start in Walmart parking lot, after asking several people if they can help and jump me off to no avail, I ended up walking over to O'Reilly's to see if one of the employees could help me. Without any hesitation this gentleman went to the back and grabbed a jump box and walked with me all the way over to Walmart parking lot from the store he was working at. Don't find many people these days that we would go that far out of their way for a total stranger. Respect.
