My daughter broke down on her way back to Boone on Wednesday evening. We were not able to get the car towed until today. I called this morning to make arrangements to get the car home. The sweet dispatcher advised me to call when I was about 30 mins away as we live 1 1/2 hours away from where her car was and she would get someone dispatched. The tow operator stayed in contact with me letting me know where he was and how long it would take him to get there. He arrived shortly after me. He was very knowledgeable and professional. If I ever have to use a towing service in that area again, it will most definitely be them. I highly recommend Champion Towing. So grateful for their wonderful service.
Champion towing is a decent tow service. If you are in need of a tow then work giving a call. They however do not have a secure lot to store your vehicle and don't have cameras or guards, just a gate with a basic lock. So when you tow your vehicle make sure you have it towed to your house and not there.
This is the most helpful company, speaking about locally. My parents were in a wreck and the staff member helped me look through their totaled jeep looking for stuff. Even though there was mess and a ton of glass this man still helped me and he was so friendly. Highly recommend
I needed a vehicle moved, they answered the phone right away and had a driver on the way before I was off the phone. The driver called when he was on location to confirm the vehicle he was picking up and I was charged what they quoted me. Painless service, I can dig it.
My husband and I had a great time at grandfather mountain, until the pulley holding the universal, alternator, and power steering belts fell off. We were stranded far away from home. These gentlemen were heaven sent. The arrived within 20 minutes, took us to a local garage (Nobles Automotove), and only charged us $50.00! They stand by their name, champion! I called around 2 am because I needed a tow truck because my car couldn’t make it up a hill. I waited until 5 am with no type of communication whatsoever. I called multiple times as did my friends and no one answered. we were left stranded and to find a solution elsewhere. wouldn’t suggest. yes

So pleased and happy to know my daughter was in good hands yesterday, after her husband's Honda Element broke down on 421. I had coordinated with Hampton's here in Boone, who contacted Champion. My daughter said within minutes, Champion called and gave her a reliable ETA. My daughter said the driver was polite and professional, and gave her a ride to the mechanic shop during the tow. I was broken down on 77 in Statesville in the early morning hours. I had used Champion Towing before and knew they had a quick response time and great service, gave them a call. My car and I was back before the sun came up!! 😀 Great Company!!
I had to get my vehicle towed this morning when I lost all power in it heading to work. When I called it was 630 in the morning and below 40 degrees outside. I called Champion after having a bad experience with another 24hr service that wouldn’t come and get me until after shift change an hour and a half later. Champion was there within 30mins and the driver waited with me a until my buddy showed up to take me to work. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely use them again and refer them to everyone. Thanks guys.
Had a flat tire on the way to Boone from Greensboro, Champion went above and beyond to help us out, Bobby even tried calling various Tire Company's to see if they had a tire, we ended up having our car towed back to Greensboro he made the trip back home very pleasant. Bronco quit Sunday in May 0800 hours and after calling 6 other cos. who said no way, the Champion guys came out within an hour and had me back at their shop. The owner called around for a new fuel pump, sent someone to pick it up and had the gas tank removed, pump installed and tank back on by 1300 hours. Wow. On the road again that hour for a price lower than expected. Beyond excellent service. My highest recmmendation
We had our alternator go out on the way home from Banner Elk to Greensboro. Champion towing was able to get us within 30 minutes and tow us back to Greensboro right away. Great owner and company
