I went in today because my key fob battery was shot and the closest store was AutoZone. I met this polite girl named emiley and she helped me pick the right battery and helped me install it because I had no idea what I was doing. She was very polite and helped me with any of the questions that I needed and she also made sure that the key fob battery was working so I wouldn’t have to come back at a later date. More stores should have workers like Emiley who go above and beyond for her customers.
Love the folks at this location. Woke up to a dead battery, but had bought a Duralast battery from AZ. They tried to charge it but it was dead, but still under warranty so got a replacement battery! Awesome customer service from Emiley F. And Zack C.
I went to pick up a battery for my vehicle that I ordered online. I arrived shortly after the store opened and the person working was VERY rude. I was basically told that the company sucks as soon as I approached the counter. The website recommended the wrong battery. I had to return it once I realized it didn't fit my vehicle. That was another hassle. I won't ever use AutoZone for anything ever again. There are plenty of other better options.
This location has gone to shit. (Nothing against Rob, Cliff or Trenton) But the store manager isn’t doing a good job at all. Poor management for sure. Should fire immediately and hire someone who can actually DO THE JOB.
Guy at counter was very put off by me asking for his help to find a lug bolt. It's no wonder people shop online, advance auto parts down the street much more helpful.
I got great customer service from Trenton, as soon as I walked in he greeted me with a what can I help you find, in my case a new battery for my car key and he then jump on the register when I was ready to check out so I didn't have to wait, lastly he informed me about the battery being double packaged and he help me open it. He gave great customer service from one retail man to another I appreciated that from him, *****five star service that I will enjoy next time I shop there
I was told by an employee there, that if their phone rings, it's their CORPORATE policy to stop in the middle of ringing out a customer and go spend 10 minutes on the phone helping that person out instead of finishing up with the customer in front of them trying to pay for their order.
I Purchased a Jump Start Pack (Duralast). On 3/29/24 at about 8:50pm . The Employee (Blonde Hair) kid didn’t know anything, was a complete no help. I specifically asked him if I can RETURN this. He told me YES. Didn’t explain the policy to me at all. I returned to this exact location in the Morning and now there telling me I can’t return.. I’m going to be talking to corporate even I have to call them everyday.
Went in for some oil and the person behind the counter was extremely helpful when it seemed to ring-in the wrong price.They got it taken care of and I was well on my way.
I needed a battery changed but was told due to the car being a volvo (it could potentially lose important settings that would make it undriveable.) you don't change batteries for Volvos. Anyhow, luckily the man that told me this was too busy to help at that time but said he would be with me in a few. In the meantime Andrew C. became available. He was awesome. He let me know I might lose settings and might need a tow out of there if this didn't work. I was okay with that. He connected a battery charger to the battery cables to hold the charge and replaced the battery. It was awesome and I was so thankful I didn't have to go to a Volvo dealer to get the battery replaced. I think his tag said he was a manager and it is well deserved.
We were just having one of those days on June 30th! My 2 sisters & I finally got together, we live in different states & today we had plans. We wanted to get an early start but when she tried to start her car it wouldn't start. She started making calls for a towing service & called a few auto service shops that might look at her car that day. At one point she had her cell phone & land line in each ear. Robert, at Auto Zone, took her call & he was the only one that gave her an option for that day. " I think I can help you ! " We got the car started & headed to Hoosick Road. Robert, we cannot thank you enough! He changed the battery, cleaned the connectors & made sure everything was secure before we left. You just don't see that kindness these days. You could tell that this was just the way he was. Robert, we want you to know how grateful & appreciative we are & the rest of our day was great!
Worst. Always old bearded man standing with front door held open as he leans against it smoking. Flicking ashes at customers of shopping center. Smoke going inside door. Total disregard of customers and laws.

Walked into same auto zone 720 Brunswick Shopping Center ( in mall with Market 32)
i walked in and three employees turned saw me turned back to each other..disregarded me/ customer. I was only customer in store.
i looked at area where item I needed to purchase should be. Read lables. could not find product..or substitute that stated product would do as I needed.
Looked..read lable front...in clear view or three employees. Te bearded man...same as i reviewd previously as smoking at your front open door was using counter as drum. As group gossiped and talked about non work related topics.
After ten minutes...no assist!!!...they stood at counter talking they began to talk about other employees..specifically a woman off that morning to go to physician.
They dont like her. Betting! she would not come in that day...trashed an employee in front of customer.
Still no hello can we help you find something....nothing. Group just did all but work. Paid time I certain.
Again worst Auto Zone or auto store. Dead beat empoyees totally unprofessional. Lost a likely easy sale.....profits for owner lost.
So there it is.....image remains...worst!

Apparently auto zone stores are there for other reason..then to make sales. profits, and follow local smoking laws.

The older gentleman at the front counter during this visit was rude, and unhelpful when I attempted to inquire about an specific part. I be unsure if it be due to me accent or the fact I be an woman that hath an very limited knowledge of vehicles? I was unimpressed with the service. The gentleman I worked with the day before, as well as other staff that I have encountered here were quite professional ,and polite however! I have only encountered an unpleasant visit once at this location.
My friend's car had a headlight out and it was night. Luckily this Autozone was on the way home. Staff was very friendly and helped us change the headlight before closing. They saved us soo much time and didn't ask for anything. So thankful we ran into them.
My battery died at price chopper and the manager Anthony was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to fix my battery and made sure i was able to drive away safely. Thank God for Anthony, he was definitely my angel today. Blessings to him and the family at auto zone 🙏🏽
Normally I would rate this place as a 5 star. However, the other day when getting brakes, an air filter and other parts, the staff seemed too busy to assist to us but one of them was more than happy to help us if we are checking out. When he found out we needed help instead, he said he had to go... the rest of the staff there, put their heads down and ignored us. So we put the stuff we had started to gather back, and spent our $200+ down the street at your competitor.
I have been purchasing my parts for auto maintanance and body restoration from Auto Zone since they first opened their doors. Sometimes you have to be patient waiting for other customers, but Auto Zone always has what I need.
They helped me change my brake lights for free and I was in and out within 15 minutes! Great experience, will definitely come back if I need anything else!
One of the worst customer service places I've ever saw staff very helpful but very slow after about 15min standing at the counter and no help someone decided to come out and pick up the phone second time this has happened here will not be returning to this store!!!
I came into this location because I had a problem with an alternator that I purchased at another autozone in December. I was on a road trip 300 miles from home and it was getting late. I found this place on google maps on my smartphone 7 miles away and managed to limp the car there. The guys there looked up my phone number in the system and it turned out that my alternator was still under warranty. They tested the old unit and my battery. The battery tested good, and the alternator tested bad. They replaced my alternator under warranty, and in less than 2 hours and no moneys exchanged, I was back on the road, and my car ran perfectly all the way home. Every penny I ever spent at Autozone came back to me last night, and I owe it to the great customer service at the Troy location. Thank you guys!
