Absolutely do not go there. The people are very disrespectful and rude. Also, I had a problem with my car in the parking lot. The staff came one after another, telling me to leave, and one even threatened to call the police. The staff were incredibly awful. I will never shop there again. I live on Hoosick Street, but even if it were the last place left, I would never go there.
The battery in our truck died in the parking lot, and two different employees came out to help us (one to test the battery and one to replace the one that died). Everyone was so kind and helpful. We're very grateful!
Love the people here. They go out of ur way to help you.we all know how wxpensive cars r and I hare the money we get charge to fix them. 150 and up just for labor. Thats per hour. Sad shit. But at least we can go here and get some parte cheaper. The people r great
One of a senior staff was extremely rude. I believe he should be fired immediately. I’ll figure out his name next time. If he wants to keep this job, he needs to watch his attitude.
Josh was so helpful. Highly recommend coming here. They always know what they're talking about! Josh personally explained to me how to identify broken fuzes showed me where to find them and made sure I got all of the right products. Service like this is invaluable. Highly recommend over competitors!
I was there app.7/15,early afternoon & there was only 1 guy there. The Gentleman there was very nice, he checked my oil & filled it, as customer's went in he told them he wld b rt there. He also checked & filled my Radiator Overflow & my Windshield & filled it. He wld not take a tip, I Thanked him & he went into take care of other customers.... VERY FRIENDLY AN VERY GOOD SERVICE!!!! 👍

Scuzzy chain smoking men all standing at front door. Cloud of smoke inside outside. I left. Why risk health. It is odd how these stores make it. Like McDonalds coffee. Groups of cheap smoking old men blocking customers safety.
I'm really not sure what's keeping these auto parts stores a float. Cheaper same quality parts online. I hope they can compete with prices on the web. These stores are handy..... But not that handy when you're paying almost double
I walked in and a tech was helping someone outside. There was another tech outside doing idk what. I waited a long time before anyone came in to help me. I wouldn't have minded as much if someone acknowledged me. I had to literally walk around the two because they were blocking the door. They could've said something when I was trying to squeeze around them to get in the door
I went into Advanced Auto Parts looking for the DIY materials and a fathers day gift.
A gentleman by the name of Zack offered to help me out. Together he helped my select the best wipers for my vehicles and a perfect gift for my father.
Zack clearly knows what he is doing and is a extremely efficient employee. Overall, my experience was one of the best I've ever had at any retail store.
I will continue to shop at Advanced Auto Parts for years to come thanks to Zack.
I was extremely pleased with the service rendered by the employees when I had problems with my car's battery. The gentleman tested my existing battery, gave me the results, helped me purchase a replacement which perfectly suited my car and then he installed my new battery, complete with cleaning an accumulation of corrosion off my battery clamp! For NO charge! 30 minutes later I was on my way home! Amazing, that in this era of inflated service charges and add-on fees that a company would ignore the opportunity to charge for their service! AMAZING! Thank You, Advance Auto for your impressive customer service!
The man working was helpful and friendly despite being short staffed. Tested my check engine light and gave advise on what I should do. Would come back if I need anything else.
Came here to pick up a new car battery that I had full intention of installing myself. The guy at the desk insisted on helping so I allowed him to.
He starts to install the battery but it's causing the car alarm and wipers to go off. He tells me "I have a serious electrical issue" and he can't help me further. So I get my car towed to Midas up the street. They call and say the person who attempted to install the battery at this Advanced Auto location installed the battery backwards and most likely attributed to my alternator now failing.
Avoid this location, or at the very least, avoid them installing anything important on your vehicle. The store and products themselves are fine.
I usually enjoy making trips to this store, despite the heavy traffic others have mentioned. The staff has always been really nice and very helpful.
Tonight, however, I placed an order online for a part I desperately need to pass inspection. The store's hours as posted were until 8pm. I showed up at 7:44 and the door was already locked.
The employee at the front desk ignored me trying to show him my phone as a way of signalling I just needed to pick up an online order. He then vanished and could be seen talking with people in the far end of the store. This was a very frustrating customer experience for a 2-minute pickup of a pre-ordered item.
Great place, and great experience I had here. I went there freezing my van heater was not working, they rectified the issues and fix it. They save my day literally I was freezing, almost frost bite. They Gentleman name Ray, he was so helpful and friendly. He made my day, I would recommend this place and I trust these guys. Thank you Ray.
I went in to buy a replacement headlamp. The person greeted me, and offered to replace the bulb for me. It only took a couple of minutes. Very impressed with the customer service.
