I had a great experience at Caprara’s Auto Body. Bob took care of everything from start to finish and made the whole process completely stress-free. The repair was done perfectly, and the quality of work really shows. Excellent service, clear communication, and very professional throughout. Caprara's is the only place I will ever bring my vehicles for bodywork. In a short amount of time, my truck looked brand new when they were finished. They replaced the bed side panel, bumper, tailgate, trim, and aluminum rim repairs. They detailed the outside and interior which was unexpected. They also provided me with a FREE loaner car while the repairs were being done. Jeremy and his friendly staff were the best people to work with. Thanks for the awesome job.

I couldn’t be happier with the work Jeremy at Caprara’s did on my GMC Denali after a tree fell on it. From start to finish, he was professional, communicative, and clearly dedicated to doing the job right. The repairs were flawless — you’d never know the truck had been damaged at all. Sent my brand new truck in for a bed liner, the attention to detail is like no other. Every plug, cover, or plate war removed so if any work needed to be done in the future you could still access them, and to top it off the truck came back cleaner than i gave it to them.

I brought my 52 Ford to this shop.to have accident repair and was told we don’t do that kind of work. I’ve been a customer for a long time and always loved the work they did. I’m really disappointed that they make so much money that they can turn paying customers away. Sad to say my relationship with this self proclaimed shop can turn long time customers away! Too bad you’ve become so good you can turn long time customers away!

Caprara’s beats the competition! They did an exceptional job at an amazing price and all in one day! After getting 2 quotes from other body shops, that were very high, Jeremy took a look at the small dent and said it could be repaired for less than my insurance deductible! And tthe auto body artists did just that! Thanks!

Everyone from the moment you walk into the front door is super inviting and very welcoming, ready to listen and engage in whatever it is you need help with, their not out to break your pocket but get you the best value on your vehicle as possible and just overall great people. Great experience with Capraras and Jeremy. He got us through a fender replacement after a minor accident. The responsible party elected to avoid insurance and Capraras helped play middle man for a smooth transaction. Nice, friendly staff, and the work was done quickly and looks great.

I had an amazing experience with Caprara's. Came in extremely tensed about my trunk after a different body shop told me my car was totaled. Bob took a look at it and assured me I was in good hands. Worked with my time crunch and gave me a very FAIR and HONEST quote. Workmanship is top notch as well. They really treat you like one of their own here. I had to come pick up my car earlier than anticipated, and they went above and beyond again. Can't recommend them enough.

Caprara's is AMAZING!!! The staff, the service, the work!!! I got into an accident with my car and was recommended to go there. I was using the other person's insurance and everyone there walked me through all the steps. They made the entire process easy. They worked with a difficult insurance company and got all the repairs approved. And the work... I can only say that Jeremy is THE BEST and the job they did on my car was not only excellent but they went above and beyond. No one will be disappointed taking their car to Caprara's. I know that if anything ever happened to my car again, I wouldn't even consider anywhere else. Thank you EVERYONE there. I appreciate what you did to get me my car back looking as if it was new! : )

Got a dent on my new truck and one paintless dent repair place told me they couldn't do it, Capraras got it done and you can't tell. All this on the day of a snow storm and no need to reschedule it. Thanks guys!

If you want your car worked on by knowledgeable honest people who love cars, this is the place to go period. Made an appt to install an aftermarket bumper on my Audi S5. Shipped the bumper directly to the shop and went in for the appointment a few weeks later. I was initially afraid about bumper fitment, but they were able to trim areas of the crash bar to fit the bumper on nice and snug. They also fabricated a custom bracket to fit my front camera on properly. They even ended up painting the intercooler black to hide it behind the new grill, even though I didn't ask. And it looks that much better for it. Paint job on the entire bumper was also done exactly as I asked. And to top it off, price was very fair. The entire process was done in 3 days. If I need any more body work done in the future, I know where I'm going.

These guys are amazing. You don't know if your body guys is good until your 4 year old son decides to scratch stars in the door you just had painted. Because Caprara's did the paint correctly and had plenty of clear coat, these mind blowing results were possible without repainting the door. They simply lightly sanded and polished. Absolutely mind blowing!!!

My girlfriend's car was rear ended in August, and a co-worker referred me to Caprara's. He told me not to bother looking anywhere else: just go to Caprara's... so I did. I spoke with the owner Bob, and he was fantastic. I also spoke with Jeremy who was ALSO fantastic. They're thorough, easy to talk with, and great at communicating every step of the process.. I never once needed to call them for "an update" because they clearly outlined every next step. Even though that car was totaled by insurance, Bob and Jeremy advised me on how I should deal with the insurance company to ensure I get a reasonable payout. They genuinely care about your outcome from such a stressful situation. Even though that car was totaled, I ended up bringing back my Lexus to de-chrome the grill. I hate chrome. Yep, I hate it so much. I dropped it off for an expected three days, but they had it back to me in two with a nice satin black trim! How many stars can you give? Only five? these guys deserve a million stars!

I know what you're thinking, another fake review right? WRONG!!!! My car was damaged in a nasty hit & run accident and Caprara's Auto Body completely saved the day! Bob, Jeremy, and all the staff at the company were extremely considerate, knowledgeable, and downright exceptionally excellent people. I was given a ride home from their garage and their team was able to explain the whole process to me from start to finish (I had never been in an accident before). They made the whole situation less stressful for me and repaired my car so good that it looked better than it did when I initially bought it from Hyundai! Go on and take a good look at the photos, I kid you not! A major thanks to the Caprara family for their hard work, dedication, and sincerity. It's hard to find mechanics and auto body institutions with integrity. This company is a crown jewel of Troy, NY. Thanks again for everything.
